    To all the girls here who suffer from painful periods what really hepled me is practicing yoga every day(besides the firstdayofperiod) Daily yoga practice balances the hormones and you will experience less painful periods ❤❤

      I agree! I feel the same. Since I started to practice Yoga, my menstrual cramps and my headaches decreased a lot. Now I’m almost don’t feel them.

    Its magical......yoga really helped me to overcome period cramps ...i generally suffer from very painful cramps for 2 days...i have sleepless nights...so i decided to practice yoga ..i practiced yoga just 8 days before my periods and surprisingly i got my periods on exact date and without pain.... I am really thankful to you and advice all the women and girls out there who are suffering from period cramps should definitely practise yoga
    I hope my review will be beneficial .

Mataji please share things that should and shouldn't be done during those days of the month, some say don't loft heavy object, dont sit down, dont drink milk, dont lie on stomach to will put pressure what all practices and values should we do for healthy uterus??( if anyone came across this comment share your experience and things your mom and grand ma tells you to not to do ..)

    Always stay hydrated drinking water,juice, early morning eat almond,dates with milk ,before I have same issue but when I change pattern of life it will help every morning after 2glass water ,after freshup eat almond do some basic asana and then take your milk,juice breakfast around 10.30/11 eat banana or apple I also started narisuddha Patanjali medicine for irriguler or heavy bleeding or to get rid of periods problem ..to be honest I feel much more better during periods after somechanges or taking Patanjali products

      @@subtlylondon9090 in age of 35 year .. believe me when I started patanjali nari suddha tablet along with 3 asan of period problem.solved immediately...facing that problem for 2-3 mths irregular period and painful period sometime heavy bleeding issue and yes if you are going through some personal problem or stress, it will help you in future if u continue with yoga Asana,keep u maintain mentally and physically

      @@subtlylondon9090 no don't do asana during heavy periods days.. My flow was 3-6 days.. And remember nari suddha can take in 2or 3 days if u feel it's very heavy. ... Asked person in patanjali store tel your history problem first

    Today at work, they send me home because I was dizzy, sweating, cramps, nauseous. I couldn’t barely walk, because of the dizziness, had to sit low on the ground. This was the first time my period was so horrible. I am going to try these things mentioned in the video, thank you 🙏

      Is your symptoms better now?? Because I am also going through the same problems dizziness, excessive bleeding, unbearable cramps, nausea and can't even able to walk. I consulted many doctors and my reports are also normal but why this is happening and how to stop this I don't know.

      It's been 10 yrs I do it every morning 100 counts...and I am extremely fit and fine...
      My husband says u never fall sick.
      Note: Don't do in pregnancy, or while conceiving.
      Also start with 25 counts initially bcoz u will have light stomach pain for 2-3days....

    absolutely can´t sign what she said. To me it has a lot to do with nutrition.
    To stop eating carbs and sugar, including too much fruit. All of this can´t be in the daily eating plan.
    Also milk products...may be because of milksugar...may be also because of hormones from the animal.
    But all of this gives heavy bleeding and heavy period cramps.
    Who else experienced this?

      Lemon water twice a day squeeze lemon in water. Lots of green vegetables fruits oranges strawberries etc vitamin C. K. A. IRON from fruits n vegetables. Avoid dairy! Foods!! Also eat beets but not when on period. 🙏🏿💖 sleep meditation.
      Also ask for a.sonogram from doctor

    - additional fresh fruits in your diet
    - drink warm water every morning
    - eat dates
    - take fresh aloe vera with honey and take it first thing in the morning
    - consume turmeric with hot milk and honey before going to bed
    - ginger cinnamon and cloves in the morning as a tea
    - lentils, vegetables, milk
    - 1 to 14 days of your cycle: consume 2 table spoons of flax seeds, 2 ts of pumpkin seeds (a day ?)
    - 15-20 days: 2ts sunflower and sesame seeds + avoid heavy activity

    Maam your's suggestions are too good. For heavy blooding I use Lemme Be Pads, which are really good.

    I am so tired and weak by going to hospital my menstrual is very long about 2 months also sometimes . 😢 my all blood is finished in menstrual 😢.so meine blood vi chadaya tha lekin firse wahi hal hein thik hi nahi hota 😢maam can you suggest me how to control bleeding plzz plzzz

    Ma'am I listened your suggestions nd they are very effective & good for health, but I hv such 3 disease this is
    Severe anxiety & depression disease
    , severe constipation & fisher, & irregular menstruation & havey bleeding from last 4 year the result is severe anemia. (Blood deficiency) I am a 19 year old..
    Ma'am what can i do?? I have already treated form alophathic docter of last 4-5 years but no complete result..plz sugges me what I do?? 🙏

      Lemon water twice a day squeeze lemon in water. Lots of green vegetables fruits oranges strawberries etc vitamin C. K. A. IRON from fruits n vegetables. Avoid dairy! Foods!! Also eat beets but not when on period. 🙏🏿💖 Also Sleep meditation
