    Sorry why do theses when u can do much safer Machines and cables that's too old school sorry Charles

      it all has its place. sometimes we tend to get bored doing something one way. you could switch and try your hands this way. we must keep things interesting in the gym.

      another thing my guy we might not have machines at home but im sure you have a set of dumbells

      ​@@dirtyreg22 then use one hand for dumbbell and other for holding something to give support. That way you can lift heavier without straining much of your lower back and have a better muscle contraction.
      The major problem with this variation is Charles letting the guy bend way too much. It will cause strain on the lower back and hampers to maximize the load.
