This guy has completely changed my training proud to say i look better naturally training with glasses tips. I've also come down in weight paying more attention to form and tension all those peds i took eating right but training way to heavy.

I wish they would talk about what muscles they’re targeting because im still new and Im not sure when an exercise is meant to target a different muscle or the same muscle

How about twists with these movements for deeper development like squeezing a sponge to get fresh blood flowing through muscle? Sir
Sir, is it beneficial to hold breathe while doing exercises or breathe for blood flow or better to mix it up keep body confused and as to make it more efficient
great question! You can hold your breath as the load is traveling through the range of motion, but try to inhale enough oxygen throughout the movement .

Keeping elbow next to the body is advised. The rest I wouldn't see how that could help.
What will be the alternative for last exercise if you don't have that machine in your gym

Using too heavy of a weight does not necessarily make the muscle work harder...the dissipation Factor comes into play!
