THIS IS JUST SO NECESSARY What a role model, things like this need to be casually spoken about !!! My whole life people have AVOIDED talking about stuff like that with me (whispered, told me to leave a room) because I'm a guy. But I LOVE my female friends who will just chat to me about it. ITS BIOLOGY. Let's be open, chill and COOL about it all
Definitely! You seem like a great guy, just some advice, I don't know if you know this, but try to be as inclusive as possible when talking about periods! Periods aren't limited to cis women. Trans guys, nonbinary people, etc. all can have periods, and it's important to recognize that, because they're often seen as a 'girl thing', but it's literally all people who have a uterus. Keep that in mind, and you'll continue to be a great person! Have an amazing day!
Booyyy there needs to be more guys like you. I enjoy talking about periods, especially the more scientific aspect of it. If you havent already, ASAP science has a video on periods ^^
Salem The ukulele yep - “really bitch”, “u probs late”, “media socially”, “never use”, “treat yourself” idk about others? I just read those from this video after I saw “my poor body”😂
Whenever my period is late i always have the thought of "am i pregnant" even tho i'm gay and also a virgin, but hey, never know if i'm going to be the next virgin mary
SAAAAME like i'm gay and in a relationship and a virgin but when it is late i'm like WOOOOOOW better start looking for jobs and getting purple baby clothes and looking for names in a baby book
I'm a guy and I once got really sick and was feeling INTENSE STABBING PAINS in my abdominal region and I was on the floor in like tears and my friend who's a girl came up to me and was like "what does it feel like" I explained it to her and she was like "oh yeah same" and I was like "why are you not dying" and she said "it just feels like a period tbh" IM FUCKING SORRY!!! SOME PEOPLE HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS FOR A WHOLE WEEK EVERY MONTH FOR YEARS!! now when I hear people say guys are tougher than girls I'm like "let me tell you a story..."
Actually really thanks I appreciate this comment cuz most people are like "its just cramps" and Ita usually at school so the peeps who say that to me often get a peice of stationary thrown at them cuz especially when I've got up early for school and my stomache is trying to destroy me from the inside I CANNOT TAKE anyone ever saying I'm being dramatic lmao! also.... I was once doing archery and assault courses on my period and I told my friend cuz although I did it the sensation was uncomfortable and a boy overheard and was like EWWWW and I was just like SERIOUSLY I'm not bleeding all over the floor am I?
I get SO EXCITED when big youtubers use their platforms to talk about periods. There's such an unnecessary stigma surrounding periods and I'm bloody sick of it. Your experience was really interesting! A lot of people probably have similar experiences and don't know wtf is happening, so this is great. I don't know if it's your thing, but I make monthly vlogs called "Week in the Life of a Period" to tackle the stigma and I'd be SO interested to see a week in the life of yours! Great video, well done! 👏
I like clue, but my period is so violently irregular that it can't ever predict correctly.... sometimes it's a 43 day cycle with ten days of heavy bleeding and pain, sometimes it's a 32 day cycle, couple days of bleeding and just chill. I'm having a great time.
mine was super irregular and inconsistent and it turned out I had PCOS; the docs tested me for endometriosis too. Could be worth discussing with your GP!
mine is super irregular... i first got mine 3-4 years ago and i can only recall it being consistent for 2 or 3 months maybe twice? i saw a gp about it (at the time it had been almost a year since having my last period) but he sort of just told me that it's normal. i suppose it's normal... but almost a year? what's your experience like with periods? this sort of inconsistency worries me
I got my first period when I was 11. At school. I freaking cried in the bathroom that day because I didn't want to grow up. It was like a death sentence
Abigail :P I was 10 and it was at school too, the worst part was that i was the first out if like everyone i knew to get my period and i would snap at them and nobody understood until like 3 years later when everyone else got theirs:(
Lmao when i didnt get mine yet i was like "I DONT WANNA GROW UP AND GET MY PERIOD!!" and i was crying 😂😂but i got it now and im like "well, this is my life now."
I got mine when I was 11 too (I'm 21 now), but fortunately my mum had talked to me about periods beforehand and made sure I had a pad in the pocket of my school bag in case I started early.
I'm glad to hear this about you. However, I still don't get why it makes men uncomfortable. I can't relate to male anatomy and issues but I'm not uncomfortable learning or talking about it. Both are natural parts of life
theyre probably freaked out to hear about vaginas not in the sexual context they want to hear it in. some straight guys love pussy unless it doesn't benefit them
Anna Does Things I have never understood this either. During the Easter holidays I was round my boyfriend's house and I bled through my trousers because my flow was heavier than it usually is. I was so scared because I didn't know how he would react... thankfully he was amazing and even helped me scrub the stain out which was a blessing! Any man who is not willing to ever hear about your period and what you are going through - never mind deal with it - isn't worth attention. There are some out there that can accept that it is something that nearly every woman has to go through and can support us. :)
the fear of tampons in teenage boys is actually hilarious someone spilled a bunch of tampons in the hall and a male friend of mine picked one up, clueless. and i looked at him, and asked quietly, "David.. do you know what that is?" he shook his head no. i told him, "that is a tampon." he *shrieked*. like a small child. threw the tampon across the hall saying "ewewewew" and then looked at me and whispered, "was it used?" and i shook my head. "David.. it was still in the wrapper." he just glared at me and then ran to the boys room and washed his hands then came back all upset and disgusted with everything.
I'm so lucky to have my boyfriend lol he's really understanding and chill about periods, he even keeps tampons in his room in case I forget to bring them to his house
One time at summer camp this kid had a REALLY bad nosebleed and they plugged his nose with a tampon because we were far away from the clinic and he was completely unfazed. He was actually making jokes and stuff, which is really surprising.
AnarchistOwl doddlevloggleTbh I've been using the app ever since I ve got my period, i love it 💞...and it is like "clockwork " after you ve used it for a while because it gets collects all your averages... however that is not to say you won't have a few odd periods because our bodies and hormone levels are changing all the time like. My cycles total days went from 55, 41,31,25 and I always knew when to expect it apart from the one after that with 17 days , now I have 30 day averages all together 💕👀
sadeyedphil I have a few tips to end the pain. 1. Apply heat to your abdomen AND YOUR BACK. I was surprised at how much of the pain spreads to my back during my period. 2. Take some Midol. 3. Drink some chamomile tea with a bit of honey. 4. Nibble on some dark chocolate. The magnesium will curb your appetite a bit and should help the cramps. 5. Watch some Netflix or your favorite UA-cam videos to distract from the pain while you chill in bed.
funny story abt the first time i got my period: i was thirteen, and coming back from a science convention with my mum, cousin, and aunt. we all went into wendys and i felt a warm blop of liquid, and i kind of knew it was my period,,, but i also thought i peed myself. so i went out to the car, got a pad, and then went to the restroom and saw the blood and i was just like heck so yep thats what happened and afterwards i ate chicken nuggets. the end.
taylor b I was in math class. With a male teacher. I got up to use the restroom, looked down, saw blood, and sighed louder than I've ever sighed in my life. I went back to class and asking to go to the nurse was sooo awkward, he made it so weird. Then the nurse made a big deal so everyone in the room heard it. Fun.
Jamesy Bumholes Fair point, but it's not a competition about who is in more pain or more scared about something. If they are in pain they are allowed to talk about it with other people who have been in the same boat. Just because somebody hasn't had it as bad as somebody else doesn't mean their pain is invalid.
i honestly love seeing everyone just casually chatting about periods in the comments it makes me v happy :) anyways i've had my period since fifth grade (i was 11) im also a dancer so this was a major inconvenience. i remember the first day i had started i begged my mam to let me go to dance (i didn't btw) i was so embarrassed because i knew older girls who hadn't started yet. i've only recently realized that i am lucky. even though i got my period younger, my actual period is only about 3-4 day with an average to light flow. im coming to terms with the fact that periods are nothing to be ashamed about because they're natural and all almost half of the human population have to go through them
I got mine a few years ago and I cried so hard when I got it. I was on winter break so my mum and I just chilled for the day while I played mine craft. I was so scared of showering, because I thought I would be standing in a pool of blood lol. However I soon realized once I was in the shower there was no way I would want to get out! I do get cramps, which feel like somebody is compressing my lower spine, and my period lasts for 7 days (the first two are the heaviest)
And my friends and I are really casual about our periods. We ask for pads when we need them and everyone is so good about it. Also 3-4 days is so good 😂
probablymel Oh my god are you like my clone because I also have period since 5th grade (11 years old), I also go to dance classes and I always have period for 3-4 days
probablymel I stardet my first period one day before I had a dance show kinda thing and got really nervous. I ran to the toilet about every 10 minute to check if anything gone wrong. I was so nervous I couldn't even smile on the stage during the performance. (all of this was about 2 years ago, I'm still nervous when I get my period check it up very often, but I stopped dancing but this got other reasons)
I have a dance concert coming up this year, and if my calculations are correct, I'll get it the exact same day!!! Nooo! Most of my costumes are white! And if it doesn't come I'm going to be soo paranoid that I have and I don't know! :o
I do really want to try the cups but?? How do I wash it at school? Like yes hello fellow student don't mind me while I wash my vagina blood down the drain
I heard people just empty it into the toilet and use toilet paper or baby wipes to clean it. I personally never have to do that while I'm at school. For me it's enough to empty it once in the morning and once in the evening. My flow is medium I would say. I do definitely recommend them btw. Most convenient way to deal with your period in my opinion. When I'm not in pain I tend to completely forget that I'm on my period at all. You could try it out during holidays or the weekend at first and judge for yourself how much you bleed in a few hours. The flow does tend to change tho. Mine is the heaviest on the second day for example. So keep that in mind.
Bring wipes, hand sanitizer and a water bottle in with you. Sanitize those hands, grab your cup and throw the blood down the toilet. If there's blood on your hand use tissues or wipes to clean yourself up. Then use the water bottle to wash off the cup into the toilet and dry it off with tissue. Reinsert your cup, wipe your hands and throw the wipes into the sanitary bin. Make sure everything is g then go out and wash your hands. It's really not as daunting as it seems :)
I have really bad cramps right now and they won't go awayyy I feel like I'm going to be sick I've tried paracetamol, ibuprofen and a heated thing BUT IT WONT STOP HELP MEEE
Little_Pixie_ Try Voltaren. It works for me! But some times I’m crying and dying and bleeding everywhere and then the next month it will be so light I can use those tiny tampons that I swear are made for fetuses. It is so strange. Anyways I also use Clue that dodie uses. K tmi byeee
I'm a male, who does not experience periods, however my lady friends and I are very open about periods and I think it's important for guys to be informed of this and girls shouldn't be ashamed of their body just doing it's thing. ❤
Philip Sklav i'm a male and i've got my period, and i'm super shy about it with family. idk why but it is kinda weird that periods aren't talked about enough
April oh my goooddddd I used to ALWAYS get mine when I had to do a lit exam for some reason and normally I’m really good at lit but when I’m on my period I can’t think straight or even speak properly so that was a whole mess....
I'm trying to get my period back after 2 relapses in anorexia, thank you so much for this video Dodie! It's reassuring that not everyone has a "normal" experience with periods x
Chelsey Prutsman thank you so much for your beautiful message, I'm so sorry you and your family had to deal with this horrible thing. I hope that all is settling down for you now? Sending all my love to you and your family x
I know the feeling, I've had a lot of struggles with getting my period back as well since I lost a lot of weight thanks to depression. Stay strong and hang in there! You're doing great 😊
Something I don't understand is how funny guys at my school find periods. Yeah we bleed out our vaginas every month and go through immense pain- hilarious -_- ha, ha, ha -_-
I also get really emotional before my period, like I cry over the smallest thing and then the next day I get my period then I'm like "I knew I wasn't a sensitive little prick"
Kandy AH I AM SUPER SENSITIVE IN GENERAL SO when I'm on my period I'm like as fragile as a glass. I'm not even joking. If you tell me I got an answer wrong I might start feeling teary. And today, this guy told me I was so dumb repetitively and I got mad so I told him to stop and he wouldn't so I just cried. This is why I HATES PERIODS IT REVEALS MY INNER FEELINGS OUT INTO THE OPEN
Clue is actually my favorite thing ever! I perform all the time and I don't use tampons, so being in tights and tight clothing is very sketchy. I get real irritable two weeks before and get pretty depressed and anxious and I get really bloated. This video is so real and calming because no one really talks about it and it's really nice to have someone actually talk in derail about periods. It's for the continuation of our race after all!
I got mine the second day of middle school on the bus on the way home and it was horrific. I got it before anyone else and I just refuse to wear tampons. I'm really just scared of them and I don't really know what to do about it.
Jinx X My main pains are between my legs. I don't get heavy cramps (so far at least, I've had it for less than a year) but I do get pain in my legs and around there a lot.
It's torture. I was shaving down there and accidentally cut my poor vagina (today) and every time I use the bathroom, I see a bunch of blood on my pad and my hands start shaking a lot and I can't breath too well ;;
ah dodie! i am 15 years old and my period is absolutely horrible. its is so heavy that i have to change super night maxi pads (that are supposed to last 8 hours) every 1-2 hours. My cramps are so terrible that i cant move and i constantly have a heat pad or a hot water bottle. i cant eat because i throw up and constantly feel nauseous so i eat maybe 3 full meals in the 7 days i have my period. I miss school because i cant walk, cant move, can barely even drink water without needing the throw up. I have had around 6-8 doctors appointments just in this year about my period. last year i spent 3-4 days in hospital because my period was so horrible and they thought my appendix had burst- this year i spent almost 7 days in hospital because my period made me throw up over 20 times and i was dehydrated as heck. i was also suffering severe cramps and visited by many surgeons telling me that it was not appendicitis(clinically anyway), until i had an ultrasound (ive had like 5 in 2017 jeez) and there was a pocket of fluid found near my appendix. this meant i was going to have surgery!!! when i had surgery, they removed my appendix (which was inflamed- thx nhs!) and discovered around 15 small cysts on my fallopian tubes and a few larger ones on my ovaries! so i am constantly in pain, it is just increased when im on my period! :) i still feel nauseated, and i have tried mefametic acid (sp?? +++ another one that was supposed to help with bleeding that begins with n i think), i am now on co codamol with is a strong pain killer- which only helps for 2-4 hours so yay. i have tried microgynon 30- a contraceptive pill which didnt do anything rather than make my mood go absolutely mental (laughing one second and crying the next) and now im on noriday (norethisterone) so ha twinning right!! i have an appointment with a gynaecologist which is slightly terrifying when youre only 15 and they dont even know whats wrong with me. i know other people have it far far worse and i should try and remain positive but hormones are kind of not allowing this ha. so for those who say periods arent that bad, i wish.
woah, getting parents involvee? i didnt even tell my mum when i started, kept it quiet for like a year! i hate sharing that kinda stuff so nobody knew until swimming at school when i had to go off for it
I hated it too. I waited 3 friggin days. The only reason I did was cause I though I was gonna die cause I thought I had like kidney failure or something xD
Jenni Wall I had it a few times (but it was really light) but then when mine really started up I drafted a text to my mom and ACCIDENTALLY SENT IT AHHH but I'm glad that I did because I wouldn't have sent it otherwise, I was too anxious about it.
Oh no, that must have really ruined Ben Nevis for you :-( I once got my period (not my first one just a random irregular one) during a similar hike in Austria. Terrible.
in case anyone is worried about toxic shock syndrome, don't be! it used to be an issue when tampons were first used because they were made to hold too much blood. nowadays the tampons literally can't hold enough blood to cause it. so you may end up leaking if you don't change it but you won't have toxic shock syndrome :) also if you're confused about how she can have a bath without blood everywhere, its because the vagina actually closes up in water (obvs its not like airtight or anything but you should be fine to have a bath)
For trans and gender non-conforming people: 'Clue' can be very female-language centred so if you want something more gender neutral/free then there's an app called 'Spot On' that was created by Planned Parenthood and it's very useful!! It does basically all the same stuff as 'Clue', it's just for people of all genders (or lack there of), and it also has useful information for people having hormone replacement therapy who also have a period!!
Casper Turner Clue is actually trying to make their app more gender neutral now :) but I completely understand that you may wish to use a different app for the time being
I really hate having my period not because it's super painful or difficult but because it reminds me that I'm a female no matter how I feel and as a trans boy that really really sucks.
Andy Lyman no matter what biologic characteristics you have you are not female!! you are a male through and through, and im so sorry your periods make you dysphoric! just remember that nothing can change the fact that you are a man
you could try confincing them your period is to bad to function properly, not shure if they will fall for it, but that way you can still ask for the pill?
tip for people with super bad period cramps: ask your doctor if you could start taking mefanamic acid tablets cuz they're kinda meant for menstrual pain and sometimes they stop them or make them lighter LIFE HACK
TMI When i first got my period but i think its funny so I'm sharing lol I first started my period when i was 13. I've been blessed from then since to have little to no cramps and very light bleeding. But because of that I didn't know what it was when i started. I must have bled through the night and because it was light it went brown on my pants and I couldn't tell it was blood. SO WHEN I FIRST WENT TO THE LOO THAT DAY IT LOOKS LIKE IVE FUCKING *SHIT* MYSELF IN MY SLEEP MY POOR 13 YEAR OLD SELF. So i binned the evidence almost crying, its as only when i next went to the loo and it was ACTUALLY FUCKING RED AND DIDN'T LOOK THAT SHIT STAINS THAT I UNDERSTOOD, FUCKING STUPID 13 YEAR OLD ME.
I know tons of people who thought that too!!! I was 14 so I was old enough to figure out that it was probably my period but I was super confused that it was dark brown. I googled it and a bunch of people and sites said dark brown blood meant leftover blood from a previous period. Obviously it was my first period so I was super confused and started to wonder if it was something else. I changed my underwear and went back to bed (this was at like 6am and I had nowhere to be that day) and when I woke up later on I'd bled again and it was way redder looking so I knew. But yeah I remember my friend's younger sister thought the same thing too, good to know it's not just be that wondered if I shat myself lol
I was 12. I came home from school and saw a brown spot in my underwear. I thought to myself, surely I haven't pooped my pants. I think I started crying from embarrassment to myself, and my mom came in to see what was wrong. She told me it was my period, and I think I cried even more. Hahaha. You're totally not the only one.
i got my period when i was 10 and because no one ever told me the blood has a possibility of being brown so i actually thought i was dying so when i got home from school (oh yeah i was at school when it started) i told my mom i needed to talk to her and told her what was happening as i was bawling my eyes out and my mom was just like "oh...you've just your period" aahh good times
john trainor that happened to means I didn't even really think it was my period. I thought about it but I was just like "nah this can't be it" WELL NOPE I WAS WRONG
Heaven for boys? Acne, inconsistent hair growth, wet dreams, BO, anger and mood swings, random boners and voice breaks may not be as bad as periods but they're not exactly fun either
I feel like I'm one of the only people who prefers pads to tampons. I mean, I have a pretty heavy flow, so I feel like I just get too paranoid with tampons that they're going to leak (plus I've always had trouble actually getting them in lol). People who don't wear pads as much always complain that it feels disgusting, but I'm used to it by now so it's not as bad for me. Or is that just me??
Jillian Unrau same. I don't know I just don't like the idea of tampons and I have never gotten them to work for me. When people ask me why I don't just use tampons: "Um no. Im not just gonna stick a cork in it. 😂 Jk lol but seriously."
Jillian Unrau me too!!! I prefer pads, but my period is never really heavy only really on the first day. But yes my friends say its weird and must be gross but i am used to it!
It's a nightmare in school cuz you wanna be quick when you're changing a pad but like the school toilets are not ideal and it's so stressful cuz you have to also try not to make noises with the pad wrapper and stuff, it's a full on ordeal hahah
izzy hamon i went like the first three days thinking for some reason i kept pooping myself then the fourth day there was just blood everywhere and i was like ",,,oh"
izzy hamon i just kinda looked and i was like… holy fuck wat no no no not yet pls. i already knew what it was and i didn't want it because i didn't want to go to my mom and say "momma ma pussy bleedin" and that's why i hid my period from my mom for like three months
I started mine this morning and it’s kinda hilarious because we literally had our talk about periods yesterday in science and then this morning I was like “HOLY SHIT IM A WOMAN” but now I’ve come home from school after the second lessen like “eNd tHe pAiN” so rip me
Oml I'm not the only one😂 we started learning about the menstrual cycle in biology a few days ago (our most recent lesson) and I just started today (thankfully at the weekend). I'm kinda glad cause I feel like everyone in my class had already started so I didn't want to be the lil young kid who had no idea what it was like cause I felt like I'd be expected to know 😂
doddlevloggle yeah it was during primary school as well and I had to tell the teacher and it was awful omg because I didn't really no what was happening
honestly I'm super open about periods bc it happens all the time so why not?? so I go up to my guy friends and just say "hey what's flowing? me!" and they still get weirded out... but there's still time 😂 😂 😂
WhateverIsTrueASMR my friend is like that. she wouls walk into rhe classroom and be like 'my lifes miserable' and someone would ask why (usually the same guy asks every time) and she'll say 'im on my period. why else would i be miserable?' and im not as open about it to other people but ill talk to friends about it.
I'm super open about it because i'm super bored about pretending there's another reason i'm feeling grouchy and unwell and snapping at people. I unapologetically discuss it around men/boys too because at some point they're going to have to deal with someone else menstruating, it's better they learn about it!
I'm on my period rn and last night I threw up because of it and was screeching to the eyebrow gods because it hurt so bad, and I get super offended because it takes 79 to 92 years for Advil to kick in. ANNOYING
Check with your pharmacist coz there are better and more targeted pain killers for period pain. I use naprogesic which is the only thing i've found to work! (Here in Australia) But yeh you can get it without a prescription! Cool times yo! Also try a heat pack on ur tummy as well :-)
Sydney Lee oh honey ☹️, I'll give you a tip that might work for you, if you know the day your gonna get your period on, take Advil that night before, before you go to bed, and if you wake up and your period still didn't start take an Advil in the morning as well, this of course won't work if you don't know the exact day of when ur period starts, personally I get a hunch the day before like I can feel it in my bones and then the next day I really do get it, I'm like psychic but I get that not everyone is 😂
💕I take the pill to stop having my period completely (it also got rid of my acne) I skip the last week of hormone free pills in the pack of pills and just start a new pack as soon as I take all the hormone pills. I haven't had a period in like 6 months 💕
i'm not on it anymore but i used to do that too :) I hated the pill though it made me feel really weird. Is it working for you? if it is i'm so glad you have found something that works!!!
Madeline Lucy my teacher is the first person who introduced this idea to me, I then did some research on it my self and determined it was a good option for me, the nurse at PP told me it was totally safe 💕
My GCSE exams run from 15 May to 16 June. My period will run from 14-22 May and then 12-20 June. I will have my period twice during my GCSE exams. Please help.
Also I cannot stress enough how important a healthy diet and EXERCISE are when it comes to periods. When I'm not eating well and not exercising, my periods get heavier and longer and more painful. I went vegan like 3 years ago and giving up dairy made a WORLD of difference (although it was slow at first) now it's like someone turned the intensity on my entire period (PMS cramps mood everything) down like 50 notches. But the important thing is to just eat clean :) (and maybe limit dairy closer to your period). As for exercising, I started lifting weights and doing yoga about a year ago and my period got lighter and shorter omg.
My mind keeps telling me how important it is to be healthy and exercise (which I do normally anyway) but whenever I'm about to start my period, I'm just like 'fuck this I'm just going to starve myself but gimme this bag of chips first.' Then I just start thinking about how terrible periods are and that I would rather die than do it again. I get so fricking depressed and suicidal but I never try (too hard) to kill myself because I realise that I've got shit to do and a life ahead of me. Even though I honestly don't believe that there's a road in front of me, I just go on and make on for myself( 'cause who tf else is gonna do it?). I put those big organ traffic cones behind me because I don't think that it's okay to follow other peoples' steps and also because I don't know where tf I'm going and I don't need anyone thinking I'm a leader.
Ariel Leigh - I know this is true (i think it's scientifically proven or something) but for me i never exercise and I eat fairly unhealthy (i am a vegetarian though) but my periods are still light
As a cis male, this is really interesting. Because of the stigma around it, people like me know very little about it. Knowing more about it helps break this barrier down, which is great. It's overall pretty cool.
The first time I got my period I woke up and I called my mom into the bathroom and the first thing I said was “well I can get pregnant now” I still don’t know why I said that. Like I’m not interested in sex yet and I haven’t had sex yet but it was just my first thought 😂
I really hate that whole women stuff. Its so damn unfair. The guys don't have pains only when they are ill and then they're like "aaah I'm dying!" but if women have pains it means they are just healthy...wtf?!?! Nobody ever asked me whether I wanna have kids one day. Why do I have to bear that whole stuff. Every month I just think "this has to end...for ever!" It's useless for me and I wish so much it was possible to free people who suffer fron their gender. That should be something health insurance funds pay for.I don't see any adventage in being a woman. It's just a pain.
It’s so interesting how you say Ibuprofen. You say “I-bu-pro-fin” quite smoothly and all one syllable, but in America we emphasize it differently, more like “I-bu-PRO-fen. ”
That was the best pun I'll ever make. Period.
evan.
Evan Edinger 😂😂👏
Evan Edinger Bloody brilliant, mate.
Evan Edinger Yes Evan👏🏻👏🏻
a round of menopause,

Lora Reinfeldt You're so right - thanks for the reminder! Apologies if I excluded anyone, didn't intend to. Thank you!!! X
Booyyy there needs to be more guys like you. I enjoy talking about periods, especially the more scientific aspect of it. If you havent already, ASAP science has a video on periods ^^
[FOREVER EMPHASIZING THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS]
Dude we definitely need more guys like you.
Will Moore damn. Go you. Not even my father can stand me taking about my period
hahahaha i'm watching this for the first time now.
Tessa Violet please excuse Jamesy "Buttwhole" I have no idea why he is being rude
Jamesy Bumholes do you feel joy by being rude?

THIS HAIR LENGTH IS SO PERFECT FOR YOU sorry I had to say it thank you bye
True, women have been proven to have a higher pain tolerance bc of birth and periods. Some cramps have been proven to be as painful as heart attacks.
THIS IS HONESTLY MY FAVORITE THING RN AND IDK WHY
WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE YOU
Actually really thanks I appreciate this comment cuz most people are like "its just cramps" and Ita usually at school so the peeps who say that to me often get a peice of stationary thrown at them cuz especially when I've got up early for school and my stomache is trying to destroy me from the inside I CANNOT TAKE anyone ever saying I'm being dramatic lmao!
Erin 'bloody sick of it' ha ha. I don't even know if that was pun intended. lol
It definitely was 😏
Erin I have to; "bloody sick of it"
Literally.
Aways intentional 😉
Pass.
Could be worth discussing with your GP!
same for me, took a year but I got diagnosed with PCOS, perhaps that may be causing it, its surprisingly common!
mine is super irregular... i first got mine 3-4 years ago and i can only recall it being consistent for 2 or 3 months maybe twice? i saw a gp about it (at the time it had been almost a year since having my last period) but he sort of just told me that it's normal. i suppose it's normal... but almost a year? what's your experience like with periods? this sort of inconsistency worries me

Zara Mickelson Yes! That’s very common and it’s so annoying! I just hate the feeling of all that blood gushing out *shivers*
Lol once I sneezed in science when I was on my period and my friend was like “you look like you’ve just seen a ghost”
YES! Or when you laugh or cry. I was at a show and I started crying when my idols came out and ended up bleeding through my pants.
Oh don't get me started on that!
Yeah. Or when you laugh, or cry, or cough.. but those are only the heavy days thank god 😂

I got my first period when I was 11. At school. I freaking cried in the bathroom that day because I didn't want to grow up. It was like a death sentence
Abigail :P when I got mine I remember shouting 'SEND ME TO FUCKING NEVERLAND ALREADY😂'

I got my first period when I was 11. 11. I thought I was dying
Roos vanderHaar Me too! omg
I got mine when I was 11 too (I'm 21 now), but fortunately my mum had talked to me about periods beforehand and made sure I had a pad in the pocket of my school bag in case I started early.
Got mine before I even hit secondary school. *That* was rough.
I was 9!!! I was so terrified my god
Roos vanderHaar same :((
Why do men get so uncomfortable about periods? I will NEVER understand this. I'm not disturbed by the male anatomy and functions...
I'm glad to hear this about you. However, I still don't get why it makes men uncomfortable. I can't relate to male anatomy and issues but I'm not uncomfortable learning or talking about it. Both are natural parts of life
theyre probably freaked out to hear about vaginas not in the sexual context they want to hear it in. some straight guys love pussy unless it doesn't benefit them
Why would it freak them out though, we hear about anatomy, medical procedures and murder every other day and we don't bat an eye
I'm really glad that your boyfriend cares for you like that! This is what every girl needs in her life to be honest, haha
the fear of tampons in teenage boys is actually hilarious
someone spilled a bunch of tampons in the hall and a male friend of mine picked one up, clueless. and i looked at him, and asked quietly, "David.. do you know what that is?"
he shook his head no.
i told him, "that is a tampon."
he *shrieked*. like a small child. threw the tampon across the hall saying "ewewewew" and then looked at me and whispered, "was it used?" and i shook my head.
"David.. it was still in the wrapper."
he just glared at me and then ran to the boys room and washed his hands then came back all upset and disgusted with everything.
Wow he was being so overdramatic 😂😂
I'm so lucky to have my boyfriend lol he's really understanding and chill about periods, he even keeps tampons in his room in case I forget to bring them to his house
Alex LeBlanc what a g
One time at summer camp this kid had a REALLY bad nosebleed and they plugged his nose with a tampon because we were far away from the clinic and he was completely unfazed. He was actually making jokes and stuff, which is really surprising.

The one thing ever info section on clue says: "your body is not a clock"
Nice
oh
AnarchistOwl doddlevloggleTbh I've been using the app ever since I ve got my period, i love it 💞...and it is like "clockwork " after you ve used it for a while because it gets collects all your averages... however that is not to say you won't have a few odd periods because our bodies and hormone levels are changing all the time like. My cycles total days went from 55, 41,31,25 and I always knew when to expect it apart from the one after that with 17 days , now I have 30 day averages all together 💕👀
Oh yeah, of course, this isn't any sort of attack, I just thought it was funny because of the exact wording 😅

sadeyedphil I have a few tips to end the pain.
5. Watch some Netflix or your favorite UA-cam videos to distract from the pain while you chill in bed.

funny story abt the first time i got my period:
i was thirteen, and coming back from a science convention with my mum, cousin, and aunt. we all went into wendys and i felt a warm blop of liquid, and i kind of knew it was my period,,, but i also thought i peed myself. so i went out to the car, got a pad, and then went to the restroom and saw the blood and i was just like
heck
so yep thats what happened and afterwards i ate chicken nuggets. the end.
gud story
Nice 👍 how were the nuggets??
Love your profile pic!
taylor b I was in math class. With a male teacher. I got up to use the restroom, looked down, saw blood, and sighed louder than I've ever sighed in my life. I went back to class and asking to go to the nurse was sooo awkward, he made it so weird. Then the nurse made a big deal so everyone in the room heard it. Fun.
Hey.
I have stomach cramps.
They're mean.
So mean.
EDIT: they're back and meaner than ever
Same it's so painful aahhh
ukuleles-eyeliner I'm so close to calling everyone an idiot
Jamesy Bumholes Fair point, but it's not a competition about who is in more pain or more scared about something. If they are in pain they are allowed to talk about it with other people who have been in the same boat.
Just because somebody hasn't had it as bad as somebody else doesn't mean their pain is invalid.
WtfLiyah .__ I have cramps right now.... So very mean, oh so so mean
X Ashleenie X its okay just keep eating
i honestly love seeing everyone just casually chatting about periods in the comments it makes me v happy :) anyways i've had my period since fifth grade (i was 11) im also a dancer so this was a major inconvenience. i remember the first day i had started i begged my mam to let me go to dance (i didn't btw) i was so embarrassed because i knew older girls who hadn't started yet. i've only recently realized that i am lucky. even though i got my period younger, my actual period is only about 3-4 day with an average to light flow. im coming to terms with the fact that periods are nothing to be ashamed about because they're natural and all almost half of the human population have to go through them
I got mine a few years ago and I cried so hard when I got it.
are we not going to talk about the fact dodie has a folder called "my poor body" cause honestly, same
"my poor body"
Oh also there are videos from other youtubers explaining how to use them, advice etc. Really helped me out in the beginning.
I've had to wash it at school before and I'm always worried someone will freak out lolz I wish I had the baby wipe idea
Also Primark/Penneys do little packets of wipes and hand sanitizers so you don't have to feel like you're carrying around a changing (nappy) bag.

I feel like I'm going to be sick
I've tried paracetamol, ibuprofen and a heated thing BUT IT WONT STOP HELP MEEE
Little_Pixie_ try heating a water bottle up and placing it near your ovaries and laying on your stomach.
I'm prescribed ponstan - you take it for the 3 days before you are scheduled to start and it works pretty well, also codeine-based drugs :)
aweee.....feel betterrrr
I have the same problem I told my doctor about and he prescribed some medication painkillers
Philip Sklav I completely agree!
Philip Sklav i'm a male and i've got my period, and i'm super shy about it with family. idk why but it is kinda weird that periods aren't talked about enough

Sophie Payne you can do it! be strong!!

Yeah we bleed out our vaginas every month and go through immense pain- hilarious -_- ha, ha, ha -_-
User Guideu haha, my bathtub looks like a crime scene sometimes, and I ruined 3 pairs of pants. Very funny. (Those were my favorite shorts! ╥^╥)
Lol. Petition to give each man like this a uterus and a vagina. They won't be laughing after that 😂
It’s alien to guys so we laugh at it to make it feel normal. Would you like balls that are portrayed as funny to kick and put men in immense pain?
I CANT BREATHE AT THE "THERES SOMETHING IN MY VAGINA" PART DODIE ILY OMFG 😂😭😂
I also get really emotional before my period, like I cry over the smallest thing and then the next day I get my period then I'm like "I knew I wasn't a sensitive little prick"
i watched a video of a seal hugging a stuffed toy of a baby seal and sobbed my heart out
I watched space jam them cryed when tweety bird got flicked into the wall
Kandy AH I AM SUPER SENSITIVE IN GENERAL SO when I'm on my period I'm like as fragile as a glass. I'm not even joking. If you tell me I got an answer wrong I might start feeling teary. And today, this guy told me I was so dumb repetitively and I got mad so I told him to stop and he wouldn't so I just cried. This is why I HATES PERIODS IT REVEALS MY INNER FEELINGS OUT INTO THE OPEN
I get super moody whenever I'm on mine and I literally need everyone to give me space otherwise I will snap at people and it's the worst
Kandy I cried today because I saw dog food , DOG FOOD . My period is coming I know it
Clue is actually my favorite thing ever!
When I first clicked on this video I thought it said "I vlogged from my vagina every month" and I was so confused
Olivia Larrison pfFt lmao
well she technically did in the past didn’t she?
im a trans guy (pre everything) and seeing other people - cis or not - talking openly about this kinda stuff makes me rlly hap x

i hope any surgeries/transitioning goes well!!!
i LOVE THIS!!!!! ANATOMY IS NOT GROSS AND NEEDS TO BE TALKED ABOUT!
itsbee I mean sometimes it is a little gross lol but yeah
Yeah sometimes it can be a bit gross tbh haha but that doesn't mean people shouldn't talk about it anyway!
itsbee YOUR COMMENT NEEDS SO MANY MORE LIKES !!
I thought I was the only one who gets aches between my legs.. It's awful!
Jinx X My main pains are between my legs. I don't get heavy cramps (so far at least, I've had it for less than a year) but I do get pain in my legs and around there a lot.
Mine are in my back
My pains are on side of my legs, right below my belly area AND IT HURTS
Having an intense fear of blood makes the whole period experience 100% worse😭
Oml that must be terrible! I don't have a fear of blood, but I hate seeing it every time I'm on my period and I go to the toilet...
Special Kay MEEEEE
It's torture. I was shaving down there and accidentally cut my poor vagina (today) and every time I use the bathroom, I see a bunch of blood on my pad and my hands start shaking a lot and I can't breath too well ;;

ah dodie! i am 15 years old and my period is absolutely horrible. its is so heavy that i have to change super night maxi pads (that are supposed to last 8 hours) every 1-2 hours.
Chelsey Prutsman thank you! i have faith itll get sorted at some point
Amy Hendry hang in there ♥️ so sorry to here what you're going through, hopefully they'll find out what's wrong and be able to fix it!
ow I'm sorry you have to go through all that... have you gone to the gynecologist?
thank you and hopefully they will, i havent visited the gynaecologist yet but my appointment is set :)
Rebecca M yeah that's been mentions before but my gp dismissed it i think, but i'll look into it x
my period came when i finished the video
thanks dodie
Saame , I came back to comment the same thing
woah, getting parents involvee? i didnt even tell my mum when i started, kept it quiet for like a year! i hate sharing that kinda stuff so nobody knew until swimming at school when i had to go off for it
I hated it too.
Jenni Wall I told my mom right away and she freaked out as if I did something terrible. She didn't want me to grow up haha
You should do a Q & A about periods for younger viewers or anyone interested. Break those social barriers about periods

I once got my period (not my first one just a random irregular one) during a similar hike in Austria. Terrible.
i got mine christmas day, it was like "MERRY CHRISTMAS BITCH"
in case anyone is worried about toxic shock syndrome, don't be! it used to be an issue when tampons were first used because they were made to hold too much blood. nowadays the tampons literally can't hold enough blood to cause it. so you may end up leaking if you don't change it but you won't have toxic shock syndrome :)
also if you're confused about how she can have a bath without blood everywhere, its because the vagina actually closes up in water (obvs its not like airtight or anything but you should be fine to have a bath)
Thanks for the info! ^^
np :) glad to help
ninjaluvsmarshmallow also using organic tampons lessons the chance a whole lot as well. plus they're better, bc no chemicals.

Casper Turner Clue is actually trying to make their app more gender neutral now :) but I completely understand that you may wish to use a different app for the time being
Casper Turner Thank you so much!!!!
Jamesy Bumholes what the actual fuck? please leave, you are not welcome here.
Jamesy Bumholes wtf is wrong with you!
Casper Turner there is only 2 genders
I really hate having my period not because it's super painful or difficult but because it reminds me that I'm a female no matter how I feel and as a trans boy that really really sucks.
Andy Lyman hang in there dude. you have a friend in everyone here I'm sure, and I hope one day you feel truly comfortable with your body
Andy Lyman no matter what biologic characteristics you have you are not female!! you are a male through and through, and im so sorry your periods make you dysphoric! just remember that nothing can change the fact that you are a man
sorry you've gotta go though this, that must really suck :-( could you look into something such as the pill or an injection that stops your period?
ella no sadly my parents aren't super accepting and I'm not old enough to get it myself
you could try confincing them your period is to bad to function properly, not shure if they will fall for it, but that way you can still ask for the pill?
I got my first period on April fools day......
tip for people with super bad period cramps: ask your doctor if you could start taking mefanamic acid tablets cuz they're kinda meant for menstrual pain and sometimes they stop them or make them lighter LIFE HACK
Lozzalia hop omg thank you sm
Lozzalia hop oh yes I used to use those! They really worked. Not sure how healthy they are but they did wonders
Lozzalia hop THANK YOU
Rachelygo ikr I think it's the really strong ones that cause slight damage but that might just be if you don't follow the directions 😅
It doesn't make bleeding lighter it's purely an NSAID like ibuprofen, but yes, works much better for periods!
TMI When i first got my period but i think its funny so I'm sharing lol
I first started my period when i was 13.
EMMAwkward was this a universal experience? I literally giggled out loud because this was biographical for me, exact same confusion and all!
I'm so glad I'm not alone in this experience 😖😂
Omg that happened to me too 😂
Just Rae yep sounds about right
YAY CONFUSING HUMAN BODY!!!!!!!
john trainor that happened to means I didn't even really think it was my period. I thought about it but I was just like "nah this can't be it" WELL NOPE I WAS WRONG
I don't understand y puberty is like heaven for guys but for girls were just a bunch of of aching bleeding tubes.
I'm uncomfortable by my own comment
Pumpkin Bunny LMAO
Heaven for boys? Acne, inconsistent hair growth, wet dreams, BO, anger and mood swings, random boners and voice breaks may not be as bad as periods but they're not exactly fun either
@@willherondale6367 well girls also get like have of though's things PLUS their periods
@@willherondale6367 aaaa I spy a shadowhunters fan.
@@chelseacarhart9568 yep, doesn't make it heaven for boys
I feel like I'm one of the only people who prefers pads to tampons. I mean, I have a pretty heavy flow, so I feel like I just get too paranoid with tampons that they're going to leak (plus I've always had trouble actually getting them in lol). People who don't wear pads as much always complain that it feels disgusting, but I'm used to it by now so it's not as bad for me. Or is that just me??
Nah, I agree. I've always worn pads and it never feels "disgusting" or anything like that. I guess i'm just used to them...
Jillian Unrau same. I don't know I just don't like the idea of tampons and I have never gotten them to work for me. When people ask me why I don't just use tampons: "Um no. Im not just gonna stick a cork in it. 😂 Jk lol but seriously."
Jillian Unrau totally the thought of using tampons actually disgusts me so I only use pads, and I think they're way more comfortable lol
B. R. Oh good it's not just me lol
Jillian Unrau me too!!! I prefer pads, but my period is never really heavy only really on the first day. But yes my friends say its weird and must be gross but i am used to it!
when ever a girl uses the bathroom during their period, it's like the shining in a toilet
True
Exactly 😂
It's a nightmare in school cuz you wanna be quick when you're changing a pad but like the school toilets are not ideal and it's so stressful cuz you have to also try not to make noises with the pad wrapper and stuff, it's a full on ordeal hahah
@@lizziethewitch7770 I always 'accidently' hit the dryer thing and then quickly change it
@@goshdangit4503 good technique
i couldn't be the only one who at first thought they shat themselves
I thought the same haha especially because I was 11 and that's pretty early haha
izzy hamon what same
izzy hamon i went like the first three days thinking for some reason i kept pooping myself then the fourth day there was just blood everywhere and i was like ",,,oh"
IS THAT KATYA YES IT IS
izzy hamon i just kinda looked and i was like… holy fuck wat no no no not yet pls. i already knew what it was and i didn't want it because i didn't want to go to my mom and say "momma ma pussy bleedin" and that's why i hid my period from my mom for like three months
I started mine this morning and it’s kinda hilarious because we literally had our talk about periods yesterday in science and then this morning I was like “HOLY SHIT IM A WOMAN” but now I’ve come home from school after the second lessen like “eNd tHe pAiN” so rip me
Lesson* oops lmao
Oml I'm not the only one😂 we started learning about the menstrual cycle in biology a few days ago (our most recent lesson) and I just started today (thankfully at the weekend). I'm kinda glad cause I feel like everyone in my class had already started so I didn't want to be the lil young kid who had no idea what it was like cause I felt like I'd be expected to know 😂
Yay dodie! I use clue too! It's a amazing app don't you agree? Any other clue users out there?
YAAAS

doddlevloggle yeah it was during primary school as well and I had to tell the teacher and it was awful omg because I didn't really no what was happening
Ellen Lavender thank god im not the only one who got it at ten
my fRIEND STARTED HERS WHEN SHE WAS 8
Dancingcat 27 ayy I'm glad I wasn't the only one either
I have anemia and understand the struggles with periods. I also use the app clue, its so good
The title of the video never fails me from rolling on the floor
honestly I'm super open about periods bc it happens all the time so why not?? so I go up to my guy friends and just say "hey what's flowing? me!" and they still get weirded out... but there's still time 😂 😂 😂
WhateverIsTrueASMR my friend is like that. she wouls walk into rhe classroom and be like 'my lifes miserable' and someone would ask why (usually the same guy asks every time) and she'll say 'im on my period. why else would i be miserable?' and im not as open about it to other people but ill talk to friends about it.
I'm super open about it because i'm super bored about pretending there's another reason i'm feeling grouchy and unwell and snapping at people. I unapologetically discuss it around men/boys too because at some point they're going to have to deal with someone else menstruating, it's better they learn about it!
Katelynn Huck Yassss it's the only way to go, haha!
Rosa Coriander Exactly! If 50% of us go through it 12 times a year, then get bloody (no pun intended) used to it 😂
I'm on my period rn and last night I threw up because of it and was screeching to the eyebrow gods because it hurt so bad, and I get super offended because it takes 79 to 92 years for Advil to kick in. ANNOYING
Sydney Lee that is fucking ME right now literally right now someone help lmao
ugh i hope they pass soon. I yelled at mine lmao, now they are gone.
Check with your pharmacist coz there are better and more targeted pain killers for period pain. I use naprogesic which is the only thing i've found to work! (Here in Australia) But yeh you can get it without a prescription! Cool times yo! Also try a heat pack on ur tummy as well :-)
Sydney Lee oh honey ☹️, I'll give you a tip that might work for you, if you know the day your gonna get your period on, take Advil that night before, before you go to bed, and if you wake up and your period still didn't start take an Advil in the morning as well, this of course won't work if you don't know the exact day of when ur period starts, personally I get a hunch the day before like I can feel it in my bones and then the next day I really do get it, I'm like psychic but I get that not everyone is 😂
WEAR A HEAT PAD ON YOUR UTURUS AREA IT HELPS SO MUCH
6:49 HAHAHAHA IM CACKLING
we need a gif of that
rose r I KNOW ME TOO
Baileyy M someone get on that
My dumb ass got really worried when I saw the title
lets clap for Dodie because she is stunning 👏👏👏👏👏

💕I take the pill to stop having my period completely (it also got rid of my acne) I skip the last week of hormone free pills in the pack of pills and just start a new pack as soon as I take all the hormone pills. I haven't had a period in like 6 months 💕
i'm not on it anymore but i used to do that too :) I hated the pill though it made me feel really weird. Is it working for you? if it is i'm so glad you have found something that works!!!
Kory Mann sounds unhealthy. Doesn't your body need to cleanse every once in a while?
Peach Fox if you're not ovulating then you won't have anything to cleanse out of your uterus
Peach Fox need to cleanse what? lol. you dont have a period because you're creating nothing.
Also paracetamol does FUCK ALL for me and I'm allergic to Ibuprofen. Again, please help.
+Claudia Hayes Awee that sucks 😞
Claudia Hayes I genuinely feel so sorry for you! My thoughts and prayers go to you, my friend 😂

Birdiehasnolife honestly tho
Ariel Leigh - I know this is true (i think it's scientifically proven or something) but for me i never exercise and I eat fairly unhealthy (i am a vegetarian though) but my periods are still light
that map on your phone tho haha xp
'my poor body'
lol
+doddlevloggle OH HI THERE DODIE THIS IS EXCITING WOW I'M FREAKING TF OUT
As a cis male, this is really interesting. Because of the stigma around it, people like me know very little about it. Knowing more about it helps break this barrier down, which is great. It's overall pretty cool.
omg dodie thank you! I have recently started my period (im 13) and thank you for all the advice I will recommend the app to friends?! x
Gum ball Princess same haha
My cramps are literally killing me I feel like someone is REPEATEDLY STABBING ME IN THE STOMACH
Oh my gosh, I thought it was clickbait.

Dab your too smol to be here please go watch some sponge bob or shrek.
why is this child so famous
I was ten years old and in the school restroom, looked down and thought "it's time"
I then proceeded to happily call my mom on the school phone
Aylin Ledezma happily?! I was 10 too and I broke down in every way possible
maryam ahmed O_o it's okay if you were a scared, that's normal! I was just happy to feel a little older.
"ItS TimE" im dead
actually same
Lol I’m 13 and I’m still a child
The first time I got my period I woke up and I called my mom into the bathroom and the first thing I said was “well I can get pregnant now”
I still don’t know why I said that. Like I’m not interested in sex yet and I haven’t had sex yet but it was just my first thought 😂
MinosaurChicken Isn'tASpy I thought something similar when I first got mine lol.not into sex yet either lol
i love this comment so much
I really hate that whole women stuff. Its so damn unfair. The guys don't have pains only when they are ill and then they're like "aaah I'm dying!" but if women have pains it means they are just healthy...wtf?!?! Nobody ever asked me whether I wanna have kids one day. Why do I have to bear that whole stuff. Every month I just think
"this has to end...for ever!" It's useless for me and I wish so much it was possible to free people who suffer fron their gender. That should be something health insurance funds pay for.I don't see any adventage in being a woman. It's just a pain.
Miss Anderson you can have an operation to stop your period and stop you from having kids so there is ways to escape the whole thing.
Miss Anderson stfu you cry baby
Miss Anderson
The upside: us women get to brag about being stronger >:)
+Thatonetranskid I'm not sure if this helps at all, but Precious Stars Pads on youtube has a tutorial on how to simulate a period.
My stupid male friend keep saying that erections are more painful than periods and childbirth. It's annoying and not at all true.
Plzzzz do a vid on menstrual cups, I have no idea anything about them but now I'm in intrigued! 😱 😱
WhateverIsTrueASMR Hannah Witton did a really good video/series about them, worth a watch
WhateverIsTrueASMR +
WhateverIsTrueASMR yes I agree, I always use tampons bc I hate pads, but I wanna know more about the cups
Breanna Gratz yeah I've never heard of them before!

It’s so interesting how you say Ibuprofen. You say “I-bu-pro-fin” quite smoothly and all one syllable, but in America we emphasize it differently, more like “I-bu-PRO-fen. ”
i need one of those evan guys
best comment so far
unfortunately, you can get one only in the UK :D
how about (dear) evan hansen?
I love how honest and real this is ✨
