This is a great workout. I have one question, however. I've been doing hip rolls with the toe bar in my current routine. I like that exercise very much. I see some similar kinds of elements in your bridge lift/roll outs/hamstring curl exercise. But I can see from your video that yours really works your hamstrings, which is an area I want to work on. Since I can't observe myself doing hip rolls, I'm wondering what additional benefits I'd get from adding your exercise in addition to the hip rolls I do now? Thanks in advance!

Also where on the APEX would the tricep ropes would be attached,as i ended up having both the ELITE and APEX G1 which i think is the base model goes up to a 6.can't keep both out to use i can only use one 😢 so which is better for the attachments. Thanks

You’re correct! Hip rolls done as shown on video are more effective… also try on a ball !!! For really great activation.

Tricep ropes replace handles on any machine. Try fitting the accessories on to both machines - they might be interchangeable
