Thank you for this great series. Not sure why but I have found the self enquiry material sits better with me if I substitute the words self enquiry with self curiosity. I find I take it on more easily if I call it that. Thanks again for this superb playlist.
Hi! Quick note: this video is missing from the main RO-DBT playlist, so I missed it the first time around. Could you add it? I also want to thank you for the whole series of videos you've done. Your style of teaching and communication make these complex topics accessible and useful!
@@jennifermayph.d.2761 I'm actually watching them all a second time now that I have the Skills Training manual. Super useful Oh and I also stumbled on your Favorite Person video at the end of the DBT skills playlist. I wish I had seen that years and years ago -- it describes my own experiences in ways I never realized. Again, thank you.
I wish I knew (and my past therapists knew) about the "favorite person" dynamic years ago too. It might have saved me a lot of suffering. But even learning about it later in life has been helpful and healing.
Thank you for the series! It’s very helpful! Looks like this video is at the end of the playlist instead of between 12-14. I believe you are the creator of it? And can edit the order by dragging them? ua-cam.com/play/PLwPrhSDQ0V_udTjVVHhz5e1wzOSDyVeN2.html

Thanks! I like your rewording to self-curiosity! I might need to borrow that sometime. 😊👍🏻
Very cool useful for everyone to grow

Oh, wow... thanks for letting me know! I didn't realize that! And I'm glad you've been finding the videos helpful.

Thanks for letting me know! I’ll try to fix that later.
