Promotion letter of Infosys and Salary slip of three years experienced with infosys

I am a TA in Infy who joined as a systems engineer in Infosys this is completely wrong. When I got promoted to TA my salary was increased to 4.8 lpa from 4.2 lpa and now after one increment I am getting 5.4 lpa.

Do they provide increment if there is an increment cycle in 3-4 months after becoming TA, after what duration you got increment post TA progression ?

Kaas ek SSE ko jitna iss video me dikh raha hai utna milta jo lateral nahi hai. Range is 3.78 lpa to 4.52lpa max
