Taisha, I talked to Alan about the Weight Trekker app and shot day. He said that because it’s based on weeks, the day can’t be changed right now. He took the feedback very well and seems to be a great guy! I’m a nerd, too, and went back through and entered 39 weeks of data! 🤪 Love your lives, btw! 😘

Hi Taisha! Great to see you again! Hope you are missing the snow, freezing rain/sleet/ice we are getting here in Louisville. Ugh! Got 8" starting at 7 this morning and now all the other. Weather won't clear out until about noon tomorrow. Can't wait until February!😂🤣😂January is NOT my favorite month! When I first found you in March 2024, I fell for the trap of comparing myself as I was still finding my way. There was so little content out there & I was in the dark about a lot of things (even though my doctor did an excellent job of explaining what I needed to do to get started). Getting started & living this day in and day out is retraining your brain, consistency, changing view of food, determining in your mind that you aren't going to keep doing the same mistakes of the past, etc. I stupidly thought "take the medication" and Taisha is about my height so our paths will be close/similar. At that time I didn't even take into account that you had a head start on me, your eating is plant based, you moved up to 5mg before me & so on. I am glad you frequently talk about this & end your videos with your reminder. I have appreciated that consistency!!!😉😃 Like you have said, stress, monthly cycles, diabetes, activity, food choices, age, & even more things all play roles AND our bodies are all different. Another excellent presentation/reminder of this and I call it "hammering it home"!!!! I was one that needed the hammer!!! LOL!~~Sandra

You were one of my first subscribers when I started making videos and it really means a lot to me that you’re still here, and most importantly, you’re still finding value in the content. I know how easy it is to get caught up in the comparison cycle and this is the first time that I’ve not struggled with that. For so many years consistency was the bane of my existence. lol. I’m being super dramatic but it really has been a lifelong struggle. I’m still developing the skill but I’ve come along way and so have you! I’m not a fan of winter and cold weather at all but I am a fan of the cost of living in the Midwest. 😂

Then I went into the “data” tab and manually entered the info for each week. Don’t forget to select save after you complete all of the fields for each entry day.

I’m going to have another DEXA scan performed on Wednesday and a follow up on Wednesday, February 19 after I finish the 6 week program that I’m starting tomorrow. Muscle gains here we come! 🥰🥳💪🏾🦋
Mindset is definitely 💯 so important. I am doing tons of meditation. Everybody is so inspiring in this community. Yep adding more tools this year. ❤❤❤🎉
