- Stuck inside? Try this 30 minute workout that you can do from home. It requires no gym/no equipment whatsoever. This workout is really fun, and includes some of my favorite exercises including Burpees, Skaters, Tombstones, and Pushups ;)
As always, each and every movement has a scaled down option available to you if needed, and there is no talking, no mid-roll ads, NO DISTRACTIONS whatsoever, just music and sweat! Let's gooo!
