Today's light workout wraps up week 1 of 4 and is meant to be used as an active recovery from the other workouts earlier in the week, so we're focusing on low impact dynamic stretching movements.
This 20-minute program can also be used as a great warmup to a harder workout if you're so inclined.
If you've been following along with the workouts every day, take the next two days to rest up and be ready to hit the ground running on Monday. I'll see you there!
