Great for you, and your loved one. It is always a thrill to have your own condo, to move into it, and most importantly, to inhabit it 24/7/365 and imprinting it as your personal ecosystem.😀
Welcome back from America to the Philippines ☺️👍🇺🇲🇵🇭 hope you explore more of the NCR or national capital region or metro manila area, I'm kinda sad that most vloggers in the Philippines ignore the NCR, it's pretty damn interesting in my opinion. 7:22 don't overwork yourself if you can't do it, we don't need daily vlogs, maybe weekly vlogs is good enough ☺️👌
Hey Justin, I saw another vlogger say that he stayed in a brand new condo and later moved somewhere else. He said that he met another expat later that had moved into the condo that he stayed in and it had run down. He said it seemed like the condo management didn't put the maintenance fees back into the building. It may be a cultural thing for them to put that money elsewhere. Just wanted to give you a heads up to watch for that before you purchase one.
I was wondering what you’re up to?! I haven’t seen any noti since you arrived. Glad to see you found a condo with a stunning view ❤️ Justin that’s a very cheap apartment. Are the air conditioners inverter?
That is so cheap compared to renting in USA and here in London where my daughter and my son in law is renting for 1 bedroom with their monthly bills is costing them £16oo a month so yes Phili is a lot more cheaper
I myself was last week in BGC looking for apartments. Looked at Park West, Central Park West (near Mitsukoshi Mall), Uptown Park Suites, and near Uptown Ritz. Yes, you can find some impressive places in the 25,000 to 35,000 p. range. You stated your plan to travel other places around RP (El Nido, PG, Bohol, etc). Therefore, I assume you would keep your place at Brio while visiting other places via AirB&Bs, I assume? Yes, R/E prices in the US are outrageous. My plan is, and will continue to be to own and rent out to tenants places in Arizona using a local manager, while renting in SE Asia. My next move is to refinance a house, and use that cash to purchase another unit, probably another condo in Chandler/ Tempe area. Here I have my cake and eat it too.
I know that it is now "illegal" to construct buildings in the Philippines that is not earthquake proof. The Finance Centre, developed by Daiichi Properties, is one of the known BGC building as verified earthquake proof. With the earthquake in Turkey and Syria, is there a way of verifying if these buildings in the Philippines are indeed earthquake proof? I'm currently planning to rent a place in the Philippines (BGC/Makati area) when I visit there. I don't think it's paranoia. I think it's just plain and simple primary safety requirements in my list. Hope that this criterion is part of your musts. Good luck to your ventures. Your videos are always informative. Keep it up.
@@itsJustinSpencer Thank you for your reply! I will be in Makati June 4th - 7th from Laoag City to renew my SRRV, I will stop at the condo to have a look, again thanks.
Lucky for you because your money has a higher value when you use it here in the Philippines. But imagine those local filipinos strieving hard to get out of poverty with lesser income and value of money they earn here. This is the reason why many of Filipinos work abroad.
Welcome back to the Philippines.
Million dollar view! Good luck in your new place.
Justin is back!!
Nice view of the skylines in makati, rockwell, bgc. Good choice.

Well if they are not inverter I’ll be spending up to extra 58% on my electric bills 😂

I love your plan Jon, that’s exactly what I’d do
Yeah- renting at brio as a base and then having other air bnbs
@@itsJustinSpencer Makes sense.
Viewtiful 😊 6 mos. Or bust 😅 MNL is busy-ness city 😮
looks great.... location location location
wishing you luck...
Hi! Did you look at acqua private residences? Contemplating between the two of them :)
Yes check out the vlog: how can this possibly be Manila for my opinion on acqua

Beware of the electricity cost also. Know the history of the cost electricity bill to avoid being shocked in the future.
Are you a remote work professional? Have you committed to staying in Philippines for awhile? Purely out of curiosity.
I’ve been building online businesses since I was 19, I’ve run ads for businesses for 10+ years, yes I’m going to stay put here for a while
Crazy, that's how much I spend on groceries a month due to inflation. I can't wait to move.
Just a simple question for you, can you be able to have and hook up a washer in the condo unit that you are renting? Thanks!
Yes
@@itsJustinSpencer Thank you for your reply! I will be in Makati June 4th - 7th from Laoag City to renew my SRRV, I will stop at the condo to have a look, again thanks.
