Oh my gosh what a great video. I've been roaming around looking at pretty much every city recently so this is like my life! It is SOOOOO interesting seeing what you can get in different cities. That house in Indio was super nice just rough if someone needs to get to OC. That was hysterical the fridge with the orange juice and jello and toward the end the pictures of the AC unit and water heater, laughing out loud over here. Some of these were pretty bad, million dollar fixers! Great video and super fun, do more of these!

I'm glad you enjoyed this video Marjorie! It's great hearing your feedback on how this helps simplify things. I will definitely make more of these. I know, I couldn't believe some of those listing photos and what you get for $1M here in the desert!

Hi Tommy! I just got back from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. I was looking at Homes for sale their and OMG! You should see the homes are nice but way to expensive. So, I was looking at condos and most of them were on the beach. Some had private beaches for the tenants and their families who come to visit. Most of them had rooftop decks with infinity pools overlooking the ocean. They are building many High-Rise condos there but my god they were expensive for a two bedroom or three bedrooms but there is a difference they most come furnished you get everything and some of the furniture is beautiful. But some want $900,000 to a million U.S. dollars. Also, some homes were beautiful, but they were going for 1 to 3 million dollars. Maybe because I was Tommy Bahama attire from Head to Toe. Maybe next time I will wear jeans and a t-shirt and my jogging shoes. Puerto Vallarta is expensive.

But my father was asking why I was looking in Mexico. He wants me to get a house in Palm Desert he loves the Mountain Views and around the city. He traveled through Palm Desert on Highway 111, and he was driving in the morning, and he loved the mountains how they looked Beautiful!!!

The Disney part of the Palm Springs Area helped to raise the prices?

Hello, with no homes fully built it hasn't affected prices. The biggest impact it would make would be on Rancho Mirage, the city it is located in. Thank you for watching!

I have been shocked with how much prices have gone up in the past 3 years. Now, I'm thinking about buying at Cotino, but I'm worried that they are overpriced. Do you think they'll hold and hopefully increase in value?

Housing prices have gone up a lot in the last few years here! Regarding Cotino that’s a complex question that I’d need to go more in depth on then right here. You mentioned that you have a realtor, it would be best to speak with them as I don’t want to step on their toes!
