Great info Tommy! This will be our first full summer in PS and the heat is definitely intense. But the trade-off is--no people. Where else can you get a front row parking spot at Costco and no line at checkout? 😆 BTW congrats on your little girl, she's so cute.

Great stuff, thanks. Visited Palm Springs last summer, liked it a lot, even the extreme heat. Could be nice to stay there for a longer time.

I have heard that PS is noise natzi place if I bought a house with a pool would like to know I wasn't going to get a fine ever 5 minutes for swimming on a hot night.
They are strict 😂. As long as you aren’t playing music outside you should be fine. They cracked down in the last few years because all of the short term rentals. They are trying to find a balance between people who live there all long and people who want to come here on vacation. The majority of people are respectful but a few bad apples ruins it for everyone.
