mt09 woolich tuning pt8. Revisiting my previous changes after investigating the logs.

After the last video I was looking at some of the autotune cell data to see why some areas were extremely rich. After a closer look I could see that the readings were legitimate and not an aberration and that I should have included those cells in the autotune.
So I roll back the previous fuel map changes and set to work explaining (poorly) what I found and why I chose to redo the previous changes with the adjustments for the rich AFR around 59ETV@7000rpm region.
