I remember playing the 2D version and learning that NPCs only spawn after you change locations, so I basically killed every single cop first so then i could murder every cellmate, doing my time by just sleeping on a bed near a pile of corpses
Poof could play the 2D version of hard time, imo it's better, there's areas outside the prison, the default characters are mostly references and you can drive a bike, you can also sleep anywhere and play as a girl and even become a warden once you get out
You just go back inside the prison or find an officer and they might randomly offer it to you after you've served out your sentence, however at that point there is nothing to do and you can beat all the prisoners up with no repercussions

another fun fact with the wardens death in particular: In almost all, if not all US states, murdering law enforcement, a firefighter, or anyone else in the line of duty is the highest degree of murder possibly in the state (1st-degree murder/capital murder/Malice murder, etc...) and is the capital circumstance that most often results in the death penalty (the only other option for a capital offence in most states is life without the possibility of parole) some other capital offences he technically committed within this video are: Multiple persons going to the same cause/in a short span of time (I believe the second most often one to result in the death penalty, maybe other than felony murder if the felony was rape or kidnapping), murder committed after being convicted of murder (several times), murder committed after terroristic threatening, murdering a witness to a crime, and possibly felony murder.
Tips for you poof. Enter speeds the text along and the fastest way to attack someone standing in your face is to hold A (or punch) and forward and keep holding them both. You'll stun lock them unless they do the same move. So glad you're playing one of my favorite games so much.

These hard time videos are one of the best, but I’m also missing those minecraft videos, like the one with reapz, vuxxy, and teradra on hardcore i think you should bring that back but these are great also😂

I’d love seeing you play this game with cheats, it’s better in a few ways (or at least adds a little variety). Higher intelligence makes you more likely to win trials. You can increase your health in the middle of fights to avoid dying and losing your mind. If you have a lot of money, you’ll have people asking for bribes and even be forced to pay restitution if you lose trials. If you make your sentence extremely long, guards will randomly tell you there’s no hope for rehabilitation and the only thing that’ll fix you is death, start fighting you. Also, you can press tab (or alt tab?) to become another character, including wardens. You can get the wardens arrested by other wardens. If you’re super strong/keep upping your health and kill everyone in the room, they’ll still announce deaths but say there were no witnesses.
I’d love to see Poof play Wrestling MPire. To see what challenges he could do, especially with the train! (I went a whole year undefeated in-game once!)
