How can I read all values from measuiring device (voltages,current,working time etc.. ). What do I need to change? Another question is why u use m20, m24, m28? Hoping you will see this question. Greetings
Give me your email id i share document with you for reading values from measuring device. We read data form device to PLC datatypes is Real(ex.239.40) so we use double word to declare this datatype. example MD20(32bit) so next data word is MD24.

I think you can do it by using PowerConfig (free Siemens Software) or using the device's webserver (introducing the PAC's IP address on a browser)
How about in scada sir how create of monitoring of power meter in SCADA?
