First i added a different device in the hardware config found in: Power supply and distribution/power distribution & measurment/Measuring devices/PAC3220/7KM3220
With this i couldnt get it to work, do you know what the difference is between this and the gsd file that you used?

my power meter still can't detected in PLC.. already follow your step.. do you have any advice maybe, in which side I need to check? or maybe there is some setting inside power meter to be able PLC can connect..

No. I will not share any files which are declarated for export control. You must get if from Siemens Portal after register an account and get an confirmation for export control.
