I’m turning 23 in October. I’m a huge BOC fan. If they aren’t in my top 5 they are easily in my top 10. They have no bad albums, such a fantastic band. Can’t wait for the new album. Gonna try to get it the day it comes out.
Stupid(?)-I'm more than DOUBLE your age, and all I can say is THANK GOD there are still some "young people" who have and want REAL MUSIC in their lives!!

Been a BOC fan for 40 years and shared my love of BOC with my son who is now the biggest 18 year old BOC fan! He's seen BOC with me 5 times so far and we are going to see them in February 2021 (God willing!). He is a freshman in college and proudly wears his BOC t-shirts around the campus! Can't wait for the new album, already pre-ordered the CD and vinyl!!
What a year for BOC! Love the new DVD releases, thanks for opening up the video vaults for your UA-cam channel and looking forward to hearing your first new tunes in decades. Great time to be a BOC fan, thanks for the interview!

It's been a long wait but I am stoked for new material. I have seen them live 8 times and they NEVER disappoint. Still wear my favorite tour short I picked up at one of the shows that says 'on tour forever' and that is a sentiment I support
Really enjoyed that interview! Unlike many of their contemporaries, BOC did not let their egos kill the band. I look forward to seeing them again and hope they get back on the road soon.
Love these guys, they've always been such an important part of my musical life, so often when I pick up my guitar I'll start playing "Cities On Flame" or the riff in "Stairway To The Stars" or "Godzilla" or "ETI" lol when they broke into the music scene back in the early 70's I was already being submerged in Zeppelin Sabbath an Deep Purple so I wasn't terribly familiar with em yet, "On Your Feet Or On Your Knees" was my intro to this band then 76 rolled around and "Agents Of Fortune" hit, it was the perfect music at the perfect time, thousands of us pot smoking teenagers under the hypnotic spell of "Don't Fear The Reaper" at the same time😳 it was when I started paying attention to them a bit more and they soon became a valuable piece of my musical arsenal. Great music for me was always like reading a great book or watching a great movie and these guys were defiantly like a great "Twilight Zone" episode or Stephen King novel or something. They had the mystique while keeping the relate ability of life as we all knew it. Although Buck and Eric keep the flame burning for them there was something even more magical about the presence of Allen Joe and Albert that just made this band. The vocal strength and song writing of that bands uniqueness is unmatched today. Although even in their absence Buck and Eric still carry enough of their sound and talent to continue on today (thanks guys) even albums that may not have drawn a lot of attention for whatever reason. If you're a true fan of what this band is and about you know as I do "there is no such thing as a "bad BÖC ALBUM"' listen to "Harvest Moon"' "Damaged" "X Ray Eyes" "the Real World" or anything for that matter on (Heaven Forbid) and tell me that's not a badass album, or "The Old Gods" or "Stone of Love" or anything off "Curse" and tell me it's bad. If your a fan of these guys you love what they do because your one of the "chosen" because "you get it" and I'm certain like myself you're thrilled to know "The Old Gods Return" October 9 2020 with a new chapter in the rock roll bible and "The Symbol Remains"🤘🏻

My bro's and I saw BOC way back in early 80's in Isla Vista (UCSB college town) at an old Bank of America. At the time we worked at a stain glass shop and my brother Doug had fashioned a BEVELED GLASS PYRAMID that hinged open to reveal the BOC SYMBOL SAND BLASTED INTO THE MIRROR base. Doug's been gone for some years now, but he loved BOC so much and we had seen them many many times starting in the mid 70's. Yet the problem here is that none of these classic rock stations ever play new music by these bands. It's utterly pathetic. Never need to hear these songs again, great as they are. I want new music.
One good thing about all of this "corona virus quarantine" bullshit is that it has forced a lot of older bands who always seem to be on endless "classic hits tours" to get back into SOME type of "studio environment" and create new music out of what I guess would be sheer boredom and frustration. If you have a decent rock station in your area lets request some new BOC AirPlay
They deserve it
I Wish Mick Ronson was still alive and could produce and play on this album. Buck and Mick are in a league of there own.
new album blows my mind you need to play "the Alchemist" "Stand and Fight "
I've walked a path of darkness just to open up my mind
I've learned of hidden secrets scattered through the depths of time
And at my father's side I witnessed things I can't describe
"They must be evil!" the people cried
So when the prince went missing and the mob was at our door
The king would not see reason, only vengeance, only war
My father's neck held in his grip until he was no more
But the prince was still alive
And I said
May never a noble of your murderous line
Survive to reach a greater age than thine
Because I'm the Alchemist creator of your fears
I'm the Sorcerer a curse throughout the years
And I won't rest till no one's left
The ending of your line
Their lives are a prison of my design
Through the generations they'd forgotten of my vow
But still my will be done, my curse stays stronger even now
A tragic fall, a fatal brawl, all accidents each time Oh why must the young kings die?
May never a noble of your murderous line
Survive to reach a greater age than thine
It was I, the Alchemist creator of their fears
It was I, the Sorcerer a curse throughout the years
You won't escape your tragic fate
The ending of your line
Your life is a prison of my design
The final king's obsession to escape impending doom
Reached beneath the castle walls where he chanced upon a room and there he found his enemy, the man who cheated death And I said, with my last breath
It was I, the Alchemist creator of your fears
It was I, the Sorcerer. I've waited all these years
And when you pass you'll be the last
A victim of your line
Your life was a prison of my design
I'm the alchemist, I've lived a dozen lives
I'm the sorcerer, the face of your demise
And from these walls, I've made you all believe this curse of mine
The engineer of all you fear, the terror in your mind
I've sacrificed eternal life for justice for the crime
Our lives were a prison of my design
