Marc do you feel like your evening rants have brought any negativity or tension into your life? Regularly doing deep dives on things that are generally stressful or upsetting would be rough for me. I try keep as much positivity in my life as I can - not ignoring the fucked up stuff but not deliberately stewing on it.

TRT leads to significant weight loss, plus muscle is a very demanding tissue which requires more energy to sustain itself. Your maintenance calorie intake is double if not triple of mine. Without my hormones being manually controlled, more cardio I’ll be small, less cardio with more lifting I’ll be chubby. So us naturals have to walk a fine line of either being happy or deeply depressed 😊

NO...good god...trt IS for males that testosterone level are very very low. It only brings it back to normal range. If you take something to lower cholesterol..is it cheating? TRT is for health NOT bodybuilding. @@italianozuzu1232
