My pains are 2 years old. ITB is crazy painful to palpation, like stubbing with sharp knife. Doctors say it's a bursitis and ITB syndrome. 🤷♀️ I'm hope to try you exercise.
i have followed many videos and my pain is almost gone, I had this pain that seemed to be fixed in the past and it came back, i could barely sit on a chair and within 2 weeks it s almost gone!!!!thanks for your help :)
This was wonderful but not during it! LOOOL!! My glutes are weak and this is the thing....I used to lift heavy weights! I am starting to believe weight training is good but does not mean you have strength or are strong. So grateful to you for this.
I found this video when I woke up & there some stretchs I jade been doing but excersizeing with the stretch bans is something I'm going to add to my routine.❤❤❤
I would love to be able to kneel like I use to before I got a total knee replacement. Kneeling on it is very uncomfortable if not painful. If you have modified versions of kneeling I’d sure appreciate it. ❤

That's the question.. All of the above. But what is the real cause of the pain.. I do have pain from laying o. My side. But ALSO knee pain and other.. but what's causing this agony. Been to Dr's. Some of your side leg exercises helped before. Did a bit.. but it's a whole mess. My head is spinning from this craziness and pain.

you are very welcome, mind body awareness and really activating your glutes is crucial to really engage them.

You can do sidelying position and supine and engage your knee in bent position

Everyday but if for very sore you can resume after a day of rest
