- Shane Van der Merwe bought one of the cleanest Nissan Silvia S14s in the country with the intention of fulfilling his dream of turning it into his Playstation fantasy car. As a real JDM enthusiast, Shane went down the tuning rabbit hole picking all his favourite Japanese upgrades and installing them one by one on the S14.
Watch the video to see what this enthusiast has done to build something unique but not over the top. This S14 can even be returned to a fully stock version of the classic Silvia.

SORRY!! This is not GTR Engine. This is an engine that came out of the GTT R34. RB26DETT is a GTR engine. Nice build though.

Can never go wrong with a set of RPF1's.
While it may not be THE GTR engine, the difference between the two is a moot point when they are “built”. Check out Motive Video’s RB block strength and comparison between all RB’s
Nice build, Maybe just get those wheels balanced. Can see that steering wheel is vibrating quite a bit there.

RB25 Neo from the R32 sedan very legendary engine personally i think it’s better for bhp per cylinder compared to the SR20 in the 200SX chassis cool build but please more boost and angle kit 💯

Seen a few others comment that the RB25 is not the engine from the GT-R, so will just echo that. This by no means stops this from being a cool car.

@@chadbenjamin8118 it's a late model Rb which had all the gremlins sorted like the oil pump which Rb26 is notorious for braking cheaper to get big power
@@dalisomilner7064 Correction. Nissan has refined the later RB26 such as the N1 block.
@@chadbenjamin8118 at what price and how much would you need to make a thousand bhp like he claimed,I'm not saying the rb26 is bad but of the two the Rb25neo is just better bang for the amount and takes more abuse in certain applications like drifting

Dude RB26 is GTR, not RB25, RB25 came out of the skylines that were NOT GTR!
Colour is boring and sometimes old school should just stay old school. Local is not always lekker.

RB25 is not a GT-R engine....... That's the RB26......
GT-R and RB25 do not belong in the same sentence
