I was planning to stay mindful of my oxalate intake, take collagen with milk, D3 + K2 and 70g+ of protein per day. Collagen essentially forms the framing of your bones for the minerals to stick on so it is important.
I don't know if I should advise this but, I broke collar bone and 2 months after doing so, I started testosterone therapy replacement in hopes to heal my collar bone quicker. After the first week, I haven't looked back. Not only am I in the best shape.of my life, but the rate that my collar bone healed is crazy.
