How to make a wrap dress fit in 3 steps/DVF wrap dress alteration.

Due to the weight fluctuation the DVF wrap dress is too loose for me, especially the chest aera. I am sewing the wrap dress belts to a new position so the dress fits me better. No sewing mashine needed, no special sewing skill, just 3 simple steps to follow.
