    Hi Ben, What are you thoughts on taking GlyNAC (glycine and N-acetylcysteine) in order for the body to create glutathione? Is this also a viable option?

    I got blurry vision from the jibby. High dose milk thistle for a few weeks helped it. This fits in with your synopsis as milk thistle is a very powerful antioxidant.

    Awesome information! Thank you, Dr Lynch! I have a spasm of accommodation in my eyes for about 7 months now, which does not want to go away. Where can I find that image of the eye? It looks like maybe other nutrients that can help the ciliary muscle. Thank you for your work!

I noticed my hair is falling out as well.

    Can I take NAC instead since I heard NAC is the precursor of glutathione?

    • @DrBenLynch
      @DrBenLynch  2 роки тому +1

      I will do a video on this. It's not a direct linear relationship. NAC helps make glutathione - yes - but it's not that simple. Glutathione is recommended.

    What about double vision and light sensitivity?

    • @DrBenLynch
      @DrBenLynch  2 роки тому +1

      I am not sure on these. I know light sensitivity may be associated with higher levels of serotonin. Double vision - not sure. Higher levels of serotonin may become more balanced by using Lithium Orotate and Riboflavin. 5-HTP may increase serotonin along with SSRI's.

    • @DrBenLynch

    Would you do more frequent doses with the capsule form of glutathione?

    • @DrBenLynch
      @DrBenLynch  2 роки тому +3

      The capsules may be taken more frequently too especially if feeling improvement then the improvements fade. As improvements increase in duration, you’ll pace your dosing along this trend taking less often as improvements stick.

    Hi, is there a specific test to test your glutathione level? Also.. I’ve had a glutathione push in the best & reacted terribly to it. I’m MTHFR C677T homozygous so maybe that’s why? If I try the glutathione plus, would I have to take the PQQ also to help with blurry vision?

    Can you please talk about shortness of breath that has not stopped but going on for a year now.

    • @DrBenLynch

      Same nutrients as recommended here. High oxidative stress may increase shortness of breath. Support healthy levels of oxidative stress with Optimal Liposomal Glutathione Plus and PQQ Lozenge. Also, histamine may increase shortness of breath. Support healthy levels of histamine by using Histamine Block Plus. Available at www.seekinghealth.com You can use all of these together. I'd also recommend you consider increasing hydration. Support hydration with Optimal Electrolyte.

    What about cataracts? I'm not even 40 yet and was diagnosed with it in my right eye only. I have malabsorption issues and they found the cataracts post virus. They are reccomending surgery but I feel like there is another answer out there.

      10000000%. Ascorbic acid totally sucks compared to PQQ - in a big way. There is no comparison. Ascorbic acid has 4 cycles of antioxidant potential before becoming a Prooxidant. PQQ has 20,000 cycles.
