I just went thru a recent breakup with a Bestfriend/ Girlfriend that when I heard.this song shopping inside of the Marina Del Rey Home Depot, I thought immediately of my friend Rebecca.and just started to break down with tears. There's something going on in this song besides the amazing musicians that really hits someone's broken heart from the beautiful memories that we had once shared together and no longer will ever do again. I've been playing guitar for almost 50 years somehow Kevin's guitar solos and Lead work making his guitar cry like that it's truly a gift given to him by God. I would believe that's how God plays guitar and it brings me to tears when I hear it every time. I will have to sit down one time and learn Kevin solos in the song so I'll be able to sleep at night cuz it really hits me hard in my soul and soon my fingers I miss this woman immensely and will always be sad when I hear the song thinking of her the tears are uncontrollable for me at times. Sadly the guitarist Kevin MacMichael died a while ago with lung cancer. Always loved the understated guitar playing in this song. Definitely one of my favourite songs of the mid-late 80's. Under-rated band indeed.

On 31 December 2002, Kevin MacMichael died of lung cancer at the Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He was just 51.
