UA-cam just responded to the SSSniperwolf doxxing Jacksfilms situation. In a chat log, a UA-cam representative is seen saying that they can't take action for "off platform" behaviour. Even though what SSSniperwolf did put another UA-camr (Jacksfilms) and their family in potential danger. There have been multiple examples of UA-cam taking action against people for "off platform behaviour" and SSSniperwolf should NOT be an exception to the rule

What this says to me is that anyone who has been demonitized/banned for doxxing off platform could go to YT support and point at this situation and demand their channel back. YT will only take action when it doesn't effect their bottom line.

1. He has been criticizing the content sniperwolf does because it is morally wrong. Punishing someone for having criticism is no better than dictatorships and communistic countries do, and have been doing ever since the rise of them
2. He's dedicated a channel for bingo that literally goes off of what sniperwolf does. What she does is something anyone can mock her for, so whats the big deal? The most I've ever seen on on this 'new' channel is a 5 second ad. He is not gaining anything.

9. I still have yet to see any info from youtubers or online sources saying he's lied, and yes I have been digging extensively, because it would be a huge controversy in everything.
10. He is spreading awareness of such grave behavior. Its a call to action, and one made with much passion and insurmountable evidence.
11. In some of jack's videos, he has literally gone and asked some of the original tiktok creators themselves if they gave sniperwolf permission to use their tiktoks. Most of them didn't even know she used it, with all of them being unhappy that she has. If that isnt stealing, then what is?. And also, if sniperwolf was doing things the right way, then why have some creators been able to get their clips taken out through youtube?? Explain this please.
12. While yes, he has his opinions on sniperwolf, most of the hate can be reached on your own based solely on the evidence. Clearly it's not hateful enough because youtube has done nothing against jack, despite liking sniperwolf ONLY because she makes them money
13. Defemation only works when someone lies about someone. Take Johnny Depp and Amber Heard for example. Johnny had proof of defamation and won the case. Similar with this, but jack has proof of what Lia does, so its at the very least plausible denyability.
As for harrassment, lia is the one who harasses the most people with her toxic online personality.

I've yet to see any info she's struggling, but even if she is, I feel it was self initiated due to her clear disinterest in being a good person, and actually doing good things such as crediting the creators who actually make her videos possible, and put more effort into making her videos more entertaining to watch in the first place.
But anyway, enough about jack, and more onto Lia.
1. Lia has a reputation of getting people banned for no reason, and no evidence whatsoever. Not exactly a great role model, since this kind of behavior got people unecessarily killed in the harlem witch trials.
2. Lia has a highly toxic personality, and it's very clear when she argues and/or insults people both in videos, (even children who don't know better,) and online, for stuff that sometimes isn't even necessarily that big of a deal mind you.
3. She almost always takes content that was never given permission from the creator to show, and puts the most minimal effort in to actually make it so it doesn't get taken down immediately.
4. She committed armed robbery once, and thats a big no no in morality with whats right.
5. Her now ex-husband Evan had taken her to court for equal rights to her channel, and had brought forth a surge of evidence that clearly shows that lia has lied about almost everything about her past.
6. Lia has put the life of Jack and his wife (who keep in mind, never wanted to feel unsafe) in danger by showing her followers (and for certain, unstable people who could do harm to jack and his family) a picture of his house that people can find. Even if his address is out there to find, it doesn't mean he put it there on purpose. There are companies that can legally do that unless told by the people specifically to erase it.
7. This is the most dispicable thing of all, and nothing will top it . . . Lia promised to call a 10 year old girl who absolutely loved sniperwolf, and then proceeded to put off calling her. It was days away before that young girl died before lia finally contacted her, so there was a very real danger of that girls promise being broken.
There is honestly no way you can successfully defend her whan all she's ever done is harm people. Name 1 good thing she's ever done that has changed the world for the better, and don't say react videos, because I, and a vast majority of people would be happier watching those very tiktoks on our own time.

* And then there is international law, where US politicians are so corrupt and lined with money from Israeli interest groups, Israel can get away with anything, the US will veto anything, regarding resolutions coming from every single human rights organization out there. Imagine if creators like Markiplier, Pewdiepie and Jacksepticeye stood up against this situation saying that this shouldn't be acceptable.

He isn't uploading/streaming because he's afraid that if he does, her and her simps will know he's at home streaming and will potentially take that opportunity to go to his house AGAIN. He's very understandably upset and fearful of the lives of him and his family. MEANWHILE, she's still uploading content and getting views, albeit those views are more hate views and downvotes, but they still count towards her engagement/view metrics unfortunately. UA-cam allows for the breaking of rules because they don't want to be seen as "giving in" to the demands of the court of public opinion. But what becomes the problem, is when the situation is so black and white obvious that even the court of public opinion is right.

what people actually needs to do is email advertisers and tell them to stop advertising on youtube/that they will not invest in their products if it is shown on youtube before this situation is solved.
UA-cam only cares about the bottom line, hit them where it hurts.
That has not worked out well in the past because that harms all creators, not just one or a selection of them. That’s a nuclear option. Maybe reaching out to advertisers that specifically work with her would be an idea. G-fuel dropping her is probably the most serious consequence she has faced.

And a strike (as someone in the film industry) is very different from basically a boycott. A strike is ceasing labor, ie if creators all stopped posting to ruin traffic on UA-cam. What you’re asking for is basically a boycott, you want the money to stop flowing in. However this doesn’t hurt them as they would just cut funding to creators and even after banning sniperwolf they might not get the funding back.

The mind-boggling irony regarding the situation is the video where you criticized Sniperwolf got age-restricted, but two of her Omegle videos were walking scot-free without age-restriction, while one of those videos showed an underage girl flashing her chest to Sniperwolf. And after 9 and 6 years of those videos available to the public, Sniperwolf was still quicker to take action by removing those videos than UA-cam ever will be.
From the get go I knew she wasn't going to get punished. I'm just gonna be straight up: She's a popular and attractive woman creator. She was already going to get preferential treatment, so her not getting punished is to be expected.
It seems lazy to some to constantly say "if the roles were reversed" but it's just unfortunately true. We've seen preferential treatment time and time again based on gender, and this is unfortunately just another example in the pot.
UA-cam just stopped hiding it. They pick and choose how they apply their TOS and who they apply it to. Unfortunately they get to get away with it too because there's not a comparable platform to rival against it. This is the UA-cam we bear witness to now and for as long as it goes unchanged. Bias, favoritism, etc etc.
The *_only time_* that UA-cam should be taking action against creators for off-platform behavior is if those creators have legitimately committed crimes that they can be prosecuted for. SSSniperWolf is now absolutely and undeniably one of those instances.
She actually posted a photo of someone's house on her social media to over 5 million people, and encouraged them to look up that person's address on Google for themselves. That is objectively endangering people's lives right there. There is absolutely zero excuse for UA-cam turning a blind eye to her literally committing a crime like this.
If anyone still had any doubts about the fact that UA-cam does not apply its ToS and Community Guidelines evenly and equally to everyone, and instead exhibits blatant acts of favoritism; Shamelessly looking the other way with content creators that the people at UA-cam personally like, regardless of if those content creators are objectively guilty of violating UA-cam's own ToS and Community Guidelines? This should be the final nail in the coffin against that argument.

I was imagining this was going to be the case. When I read what youtube had to say about doxxing and harassment, they did not specify whether they were talking about doxxing on other platforms, or if they meant on youtube specifically. The rules are so vaguely written that they can be interpreted however the company wishes to interpret it, and therefore choose who they want to ban.

This is on purpose so that if people want to watch the content again or share it, they have to use her video. it turns the content that many have worked on into her content by simply freebooting without crediting people.

Earlier today, UA-cam made a tweet pretty much mocking the whole situation. The tweet said "would it be too meta to do a reaction video to a reaction video". That's from their official account. Someone over there thought it would be a good idea to post that. Obvious favoritism toward Sssniperwolf is obvious.
Sniperwolf has a criminal record, has been inappropriate with minors, steals content, has used racial slurs, ignored a dying child after previously agreeing to a video chat, and now has doxed another UA-camr and gets away with ALL of these things. Men on this platform have lost more for less. Pretty privilege is one hell of a thing.
