I’m going to put my tin foil hat on here and say it’s because she mainly pouches tik tok content. To a small degree she redirects traffic from YT biggest threat. Plus her core audience is not as involved with the community. They don’t know or they don’t care.

I’m not surprised had a dude dox me a while back around 2017-2018 or 2019 it took me months of bitching to UA-cam to get the video removed only for him to turn around and post it again if I lived by my self I wouldn’t care but it’s the fact that A I live with my mom and my grandparents B. This was before my sister turned 18 and moved out so he was endangering a minor, and to make matters worse he’s a groomer and openly admitted to “dating” actually grooming a 14 year old then tried shifting blame onto her mother saying her mother knew which I know he was lying cause no parent in their right mind would look at him and say yes you can date my minor daughter while you’re 31, then he’s made disgusting and predatory comments about me and my mom so I’m pretty sure he’s into incest if he thinks like that, I know for a fact this dude is into bestiality the fact he would share images of anthropomorphic female esk animals with a caption like I would love to mate with her, sad part is this dude is 38 now I believe and he still finds reasons to make videos about me, whether it be my gaming videos, vaping videos or anything else I buy it’s weird asf then he wants to come at me for not having a job because I’m not able to work even more so now that I’ve battled and beat stage 3 head and neck cancer, meanwhile he’s able to walk with no issues but claims he can work he just doesn’t want to hinting at he wants to be a free loader on the taxpayers he’s abusing the system and it’s sad for those of us who need it and can’t get it because of people like him!

It seems like UA-cam won't do anything unless there's legal action involved, like if the person is actually charged and proven guilty in the court.
UA-cam has banned people for offline behavior that didn't go to court though.

The TOS seemed pretty clear to me that punishment was for the creator as a person, not just their main channel. But UA-cam clearly can't read, neither their own rules nor public outcry.

I’m really glad people are not letting this go. I’m not shocked at how disappointing UA-cam’s response was, or how Lia is handling it, but it is still so wildly unfair and irresponsible these responses are, let alone the dangerous precedent this sets for anyone who critiques problematic creators who have large platforms.
It is so wrong that Lia gets off free essentially while UA-cam treats Jack like he was also a problem and basically deserved it. It angers me knowing she’s continuing to make money while Jack hasn’t uploaded anything in days. Likely due to legal advise and UA-cam telling him to stop talking about her. It’s just so gross and upsetting.

"Ban Evading?" I'd agree under normal circumstances. But it's hard to consider this an evasion in any way. UA-cam straight up said, "we don't like how you both acted, and we will demonitize," and then holding the back door open for her and giving her a high five on the way out.

It is evasion. UA-cam has a rule that explicitly says if you get demonetized and try to avoid it with other channels, they would all be terminated. They aren't light about ban evasion and she was literally trying to get around it this way. Uploading her old monetizable videos on other channels until she got caught.

@BlikPic Yes, they do have rules for this and enforce it for others harshly. In the same way that doing what she did would have ordinarily resulted in a ban for literally anyone else on the platform. I don't believe youtube will do anything about it. She is their golden child, and they have proven that they are biased towards her and actively avoid dealing with her in any negative way at all, up to and including demonitization and banning. It's just like a child getting their Gameboy taken away for the day, so they pull out their iPad instead.

This is the second time I’ve seen UA-cam mishandling a revenge-doxxing situation (my first time was when QuantumTV threatened Act Man’s mother).
To say that something’s not right would be an astronomical understatement.
Act Man’s both the victim and the one making more money for YT, yet YT punished him even though they should have no incentive to side with Quantum. Something tells me that YT will just punish the victims in these situations instead of the perpetrators no matter what.

It just sets the precedent that if you’re popular, you can do whatever you want, and even evade the punishment and youtube won’t do anything while her behavior is being glorified. This is why there needs to be actual, enforceable contracts between UA-cam and creators. TOS violations mean absolutely nothing once your channel gets big enough.
UA-cam is absolutely vested in keeping big channels monetized, so I think the most reasonable way to penalize a large channel is complete demonetization of ALL affiliated channels, keeping the revenue earned by those channels in escrow, and imposing an additional "breach of TOS" fine that is like 10-25% of its annual revenue or refunding UA-cam for their loss of potential revenue.
The systems in place only hurt small creators, and im pretty sure YT knows it. If they keep letting creators get bigger they have less control over their revenues (even if they are making more overall), which is why theyve been cracking down so hard on keeping as many channels "ad friendly" as possible.

UA-cam is big… like, very big. A lot of people’s careers have started here. But- while I’m sure people would be very sentimental about UA-cam- I’m sure that. As soon as a new platform comes around that rivals UA-cam, everybody will ditch this place.
NGL UA-cam is still a great platform, but these past years have been making big mistakes. Still, I don't think any switch will happen for a long time.
