Edit: Exclusive to starter/structure means they could only be gotten by buying 1 of them and weren't reprinted in a regular set. Cards printed in a reprint set will still be eligible as they weren't in regular set. Of course 3x of each of the cards.

My man are pack openers not card readers give them a break. Love to see the goat cyberknight battling it out with the champion himself, well I guess CK is now the champ huh.
Why is everyone whining about missing the 2004 thing. Cyber gimped himself extremely hard with self inflicted restrictions by the packs opened. 24 packs from 2004 is extremely OP. Try doing a pack sim of 24x Dark Beginning 1, and tell me your results. I just did that ruleset and got a deck with 3x Confiscation, a Forceful Sentry, Dark Hole, Monster Reborn, Torrential, Trunade, Trap Holes, Rush recklessly, Summoned skull. Playsets of stuff like Hane-Hane. Man eater bugs, 4 starred lady bugs fissure etc. 2004 has access to the first reprint set featuring all of the busted stuff in one pack. And even if DB1 was not allowed, you can still go for invasion of chaos until you get 1-2 chaos cards. then go for the other 2004 sets to get a light/dark roster. Dude went ahead and opened LOB to get a pot of greed which allows him to draw more cards out of a deck filled with mediocre cards.
Ooooo you could go chalk with a Chaos deck, Warriors, or you could go with one of my favorites - relinquished! Goat format .com will have more ideas for you
What a bout a separate series where you (obviously would only apply to Ruxin bc he’s the host) continuously modify your deck based off of the wheel instead of a completely new deck each time.
New thing to put on a wheel you get 1 copy of joey Yugi and Kiba but can only use 1 for monsters 1 for magic/spell cards 1 for traps in singletons but if one has an unstable care e.g Yugi has last will you can sub it for a spell from one of the other starter decks

for the wheel only use cards with which a player pays life points with only a few that allow you to gain life points
