Corporator Murthy Yadav from visakhapatnam fought the case in high court and gor stay orders and when he and his senior counsel tried to entee the palace premises with high court CJ order, an FIR was registered against them. Mr. Murthy yadav fought against many cases and issues in vizag like rushikonda hill, hayagriva hills, ex MP MVV illegal activities and land acquisitions, swaroopananda swamyji land acquisitions, ex Chief secretary land acquisitions , ycp leaders land acquisitions etc.
