Welcome to the Jagan Mahal, a 550 crore plush property that's nothing short of a palace! This sea-facing estate, perched on the Rushikonda hill in Visakhapatnam, exudes luxury from every corner. Originally intended as a tourism project and a camp office for former CM Jagan Mohan Reddy, this opulent residence features a lavish bathtub, grand chandeliers, and many other extravagant details. The TDP has released footage of the palace, claiming it exposes Jagan's lavish lifestyle funded by the people of Andhra Pradesh. According to TDP, the bathtub alone costs 40 lakhs, the commode in the washroom is worth 10-12 lakhs, and each chandelier costs 2 lakhs. Additionally, a 4-ton castle AC has been installed, worth 1 lakh. The internal decoration of the palace reportedly cost 33 crores, and the landscaping of the 9-acre project took 50 crores. In response, the YSRCP has countered these claims, asserting that the mahal was a tourism project for the benefit of the people of Andhra. Nevertheless, these images of the grand palace have raised serious questions about Jagan's handling of Andhra finances and whether public funds were used for personal projects.

In this also recently E.D releases 1300 crores of property according to Supreme court orders because E.D filed a petition before S.C bench to give a permission for investigating this case as simultaneously with cbi enquiry .So after getting permission E.D did it's investigation but no clues was there against jagan sir so finally S.C issued an order to release 1300 crores of property (in this bharathi cements ,. van pic organisations also there ) only E.D collected 5 lakhs of surity amount for security purpose in bharathi cements matter in form of bank deposits .Even though E.D release 1300 crores of property cbi continuous their case investigation .While cbi did not get any evidences what the congress raised against Jagan but here cbi after releasing IAS officers like sri lakshmi గారు during those Rajasekhar period as C.M .Congress also at the initial stage of this case stated that their cabinet ministers had do nothing corruption in this Jagan case during Rajasekhar period means cabinet ministers signatures / approval documents / cabinet involvement in any other way had not been there then how can Jagan used his father's influence to get investments from different organisations into his business ? No reply from that side

A committee headed by Sri Lakshmi IAS already submitted a report saying Rushikonda buildins alone suitable for CM( then Jagan) residence.
First 7 lavish buildings built at the cost of Government with the pretext of tourist accommodation, but later those are being concerted to Jagan residence. Expenditure born by the government and enjoyed by Jagan at free of cost
