Marathon course at Warsaw Marathon

The course of the Warsaw Marathon is introduced by creating a video using Google Earth (Pro & Studio).
The Warsaw Marathon is a running festival held on the last weekend of September in Warsaw, the capital of Poland, since 1979.
The course takes you through the many scenic streets of the Old Town, past some wonderful parks and past palaces.
Also, the flat course is perfect for runners aiming to improve their personal records.
In 1939, more than 80% of the city of Warsaw was destroyed by heavy attacks during World War II, with most of it reduced to rubble.
Such a building has been faithfully restored to the extent that it is described as "down to a single crack in the wall." In 1954, it regains its pre-war appearance.
The Old Town, which was recreated through the efforts of the citizens of Warsaw, was registered as a World Heritage Site in recognition of its "people's efforts to restore and maintain it from destruction".
