I actually just got done reading the book of Matthew and asked ChatGPT to create a Bible study on it for me. I had it create a summary of each chapter with study questions and it was really quiet good. The questions were insightful and the summaries were accurate 😊

Biblical verses prove that Jesus ain't God :
~If Jesus is God, how could "God" not know the season for a plant to produce fruit ? "After noticing in the distance a fig tree with leaves, he went to see if he could find any fruit on it. When he came to it he found nothing but leaves, for it was not the season for figs." ( mark 11 : 13 ) . Even farmers know when a plant produces fruits, somehow "god" didn't know it. What kind of god is that ?
~If Jesus is God, how could "God" not know when the Hour will happen ? Isn't God supposed to be omniscient? "But as for that day and hour no one knows it - not even the angels in heaven - except the Father alone." ( matthew 24 : 36 ) .
~ If Jesus is God then why did Jesus not match the characteristics of God mentioned in the Bible? "He alone possesses immortality and lives in unapproachable light, whom no human has ever seen or is able to see. To him be honor and eternal power! Amen." ( 1 timothy 6 : 16 )." And the Father who sent me has himself testified about me. You people have never heard his voice nor seen his form at any time." ( john 5 : 37 ). So, according to the Bible, God ( Allah ) cannot be seen by humans! Strangely, Christians accuse Allah is a fictitious God because Allah cannot be seen by humans, even though God really cannot be seen by humans, according both to the Qur'an and the Bible. While Jesus could be seen by humans, it means that Jesus is not God. The voice of Jesus heard by many people means that Jesus is not God. Jesus died on the cross, meanwhile God as in the verse mentioned never died so Jesus is not God.
~If Jesus is God, how could "God" can't do anything without ...... God ? "I can do nothing on my own initiative. Just as I hear, I judge, and my judgment is just, because I do not seek my own will, but the will of the one who sent me." ( john 5 : 30 )
~If Jesus is God, how could "God" was sent down by.... God ? Did God send God ? "Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the will of the one who sent me and to complete his work." ( john 4 : 34 )
~If Jesus is God, how could "God" be an intermediary between human being and God ? "For there is one God and one intermediary between God and humanity, Christ Jesus, himself human," ( 1 timothy 2 : 5 ). After all, Jesus confirmed that he was a human.
~If Jesus is God, how could "God" assured that ( another ) God is The Real God ? Can you imagine if the official President of USA said that ( another ) President is The Real President of USA instead of himself ? "Now this is eternal life - that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you sent." ( john 17 : 3 )
~If Jesus is God, then why did Jesus never explicitly call himself God? Even Jesus called himself the Messiah who in the terms of the Qur'an is called Al-Masih. Everyone knew that the Messiah was not God. "Then he said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Peter answered, “The Christ of God.” ( luke 9 : 20 ) .If Jesus was God, surely Peter would have answered, "You are God!"
~If Jesus is God, how could "God" prayed to another God ? Didn't it show of his weakness and submission ? "He went away a second time and prayed, “My Father, if this cup cannot be taken away unless I drink it, your will must be done." ( matthew 26 : 42 ). If Jesus is God then he prayed to God, wasn't it like someone made a call then said,"HELLO CAN I TALK TO MYSELF ?"
~If Jesus is God, how could "God" prostrated to another God ? If Jesus is God , how could "God" not be superior enough to do what he will ? "Going a little farther, he threw himself down with his face to the ground and prayed,“My Father, if possible, let this cup pass from me! Yet not what I will, but what you will." ( matthew 26 : 39 )
~If Jesus is God, how could "God" be tempted and taken by devil to some places ? "The tempter came and said to him, “If you are the Son of God, command these stones to become bread. But he answered, “It is written, ‘Man does not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God .Then the devil took him to the holy city, had him stand on the highest point of the temple, and said to him, “If you are the Son of God, throw yourself down. For it is written, ‘He will command his angels concerning you’ and ‘with their hands they will lift you up, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone. Jesus said to him, “Once again it is written: ‘You are not to put the Lord your God to the test. Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain, and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their grandeur." ( matthew 4 : 4 - 8 )
~ If Jesus is God, then why did Jesus was tempted by the devil and even was taken by the devil to several places? How could God be carried here and there by evil creatures? Imagine, a police was taken by a bad guy to anywhere he wanted, didn't mean that the police was weak and helpless ? "The tempter came and said to him, “If you are the Son of God, command these stones to become bread.” But he answered, “It is written, ‘Man does not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.’” Then the devil took him to the holy city, had him stand on the highest point of the temple," ( matthew 4 : 3 - 5 )
~ If Jesus is God, then why did Jesus command the devil to worship the Lord his God? Jesus should have said, "Worship me your Lord!" "Then Jesus said to him, “Go away, Satan! For it is written: ‘You are to worship the Lord your God and serve only him." ( matthew 4 : 10 )
~If Jesus is God, how could "God" didn't have a kingdom in the world ? A True God must have Kingdom in the world and Heaven and between both of them . "Jesus replied, “My kingdom is not from this world. If my kingdom were from this world, my servants would be fighting to keep me from being handed over to the Jewish authorities. But as it is, my kingdom is not from here." ( john 18 : 36 )
~If Jesus is God, how could "God" refused to be called God ? Even he warned everyone who calls him Lord won't enter into the kingdom of heaven ! Only True God can put anyone into it. "Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the kingdom of heaven - only the one who does the will of my Father in heaven." ( matthew 7 : 21 )
~If Jesus is God, how could "God" was lower than Angels which are his own creatures ? "but we see Jesus, who was made lower than the angels for a little while, now crowned with glory and honor because he suffered death, so that by God’s grace he would experience death on behalf of everyone." ( hebrews 2 : 9 )
~If Jesus is God, how could "God" desperately cried for God's help when he was about crucified ? "Around three o’clock Jesus cried out with a loud voice, “Eloi, Eloi, lema sabachthani?” which means, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" ( mark 15 : 34 ). Let's supposed that Jesus was crucified, then who arranged universe when "god" died ?
~ If Jesus is God, then why did Jesus deny that he is God & refuse to be equated with God? "Now as Jesus was starting out on his way, someone ran up to him, fell on his knees, and said, “Good teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?” Jesus said to him, “Why do you call me good? No one is good except God alone." ( mark 10 : 17, 18 )
~If Jesus is God who incarnated into a man, how could God said : "God is not a man, that he should lie, nor a human being, that he should change his mind. Has he said, and will he not do it? Or has he spoken, and will he not make it happen?" ( numbers 23 : 19 )
~ If Jesus became God because of the following verses : "that they will all be one, just as you, Father, are in me and I am in you. I pray that they will be in us, so that the world will believe that you sent me. The glory you gave to me I have given to them, that they may be one just as we are one - I in them and you in me - that they may be completely one, so that the world will know that you sent me, and you have loved them just as you have loved me." ( john 17 : 21 - 23 ) KEEP IN MIND ! Doesn't that mean that the disciples of Jesus must also be appointed as God by the Christians? REMEMBER, I AM ( JESUS ) IN YOU ( ALLAH ) & YOU ARE ( ALLAH ) IN ME ( JESUS ) SO THAT THEY ( DISCIPLES OF JESUS ) ALSO IN US ( ALLAH & JESUS ). SO, HOW MANY GODS DO CHRISTIANS HAVE ? So, my dear christians friends, why do you still stubborn to worship Jesus and mislead yourselves into hell ? May Allah give you a guidance to Islam ! Amen ! WE LOVE PROPHET JESUS PBUH !

I was reading an article today on two sisters, one is either 102 or 103 years old and the other 106! The oldest sister said she doesn’t feel old and happy that she doesn’t speak like an old person. She attributed this in part to reading books. Your points are valid and well taken. Im not 106 but I love to read. I totally get it for something quick but I don’t want my brain to “get lazy” 😂. Hi! I really enjoyed this video because I didn't hear about it until recently and students at my school use it for academics lol. Although I'm a senior and might go into graduate school to get my masters, I definitely would rather rely on the holy spirit to help me with my assignments because leaning on him has been the biggest blessing in this period of my life and then I can give him the glory whether it's a C (some classes are extremely hard lol) or an A. I just know God helped me pass by his grace and mercy without the chatGPT.
Also, not all commentaries are biblically based so using discernment on those is essential because it may have false doctrines. There are many scholarly sources that are wrong as well, so using discernment as Mrs. Ashley said in her video is important. I hope everyone is doing okay and drop down any prayer requests. Blessings!!

Hi Sis, I deal closely with this tech in my job. Developers themselves can't explain how outputs are reached. I think we need to be especially unemotional as believers engaging with AI. The root word of demon - daimon is Greek for intelligence. The less we disclose to chatbots the better. They're especially tricky, and there are other AI tools that can help better and not need as much verifying for accuracy. Like Scite, for research is pretty cool.

    • @coffeeandbibletime
      @coffeeandbibletime  Рік тому +6

Hello! Thank you so much for your insight and thoughts. :) I further studied into the greek work daimon (I took biblical greek in college). The word δαίμων has the meaning a god, a goddess; an inferior deity or an evil spirit. This exact word is found in Matthew 8:31, Mark 5:12, Luke 8:29, Revelation 16:14; 18:2. Nowhere is it translated as intelligence - but always as devil. δαίμων is not directly translated as intelligence nor does it have that in the definition either. I am curious where you made this connection? Another thought... The Lord has allowed mankind to create this technology we see today. Do you believe this technology can be used for both good and evil purposes or only evil purposes? Thanks for discussing!

I love what you said about making us lazy, as well. Learning always has two dimensions: a content of information that we take in, and a processing mode. Even if the content would not have the problems it has (the ones you mentioned about lacking semantics, therefore not being vulnerable to anything related to truth and ethics), the problems it poses to our cognitive processing mode are absolutely huge. In my Church, the Bible can only be read if you pray before and you humble yourself while reading it (by kneeling, for example) because God's word is not on a par with other intellectual products, and we must be in a certain state of mind and heart to receive it right. I think that apart from lazyness, a certain gum-chewing attitude could also be instilled on biblical topics, which would only lead us very far from the state of mind needed to grasp Heavenly content.

i think it can be a study TOOL, but at the end of the day we can't expect an AI to do a full Bible study with the spiritual understanding a child of God could have. There is no revelation in that study, it's just regurgitated words the AI has taken from other sources and mashed up together. There is no time spent delving into God's word, there is no relationship building with Him. If the spiritual aspect is missing from the Bible study, then it's worthless imho.

You got us thinking...and thank you so much for that! I keep hearing about the discernment and the checking that people should engage in...And I find that a bit naive. This tool is clearly a shortcut, and will be used as one. Let us imagine someone does not have the time, or the patience to look up 5 different webpages on the same topic on Google and instead feels happy to have ONE summary on chatgpt. It is clear this person is in a hurry - the hurry can have different reasons behind it and we will not judge that. What makes us think that people in this situation will have the time to cross check what CHAT GPT produces? To discuss with mentors and to look up credible scholars who wrote about it. And if they did have that time, why start with chatgpt in the first place? Maybe it will just get you on a wrong path, and make you waste time with a perspective that was not a research priority in any way. Research priorities can come from two directions: your genuine interest (your heart burns to provide an answer to that question) or a major author's emphasis on that topic (the authors are credible sources and it is worthwhile to pursue topics that they believe are essential to a particular subject, right?). In other words, chat-gpt can have an agenda-setting effect and a framing effect as well. It can anchor your mind towards a certain perspective and, if you do not have the time to check, that perspective will stick. If you do have the time to check, why spend it checking on chatgpt instead of pursuing your own interests or an author's thread?

An immediate thought that I had was imagine if you’re getting a Bible study from Mr ChatGPT and suddenly realize that most, if not everything that it’s been teaching you from what is the information that it gathered while it’s scoured millions of websites all over the Internet, which included the Mormon LDS official website, as well as the
Jehovah’s Witness and you guys get my point.
If you’ve done any apologetics, or witnessing to either one of these organizations, you’ll probably know that both of their official site’s are an ocean of false deceptive teaching. And not most but ALL of it was written specifically to manipulate, confuse and eventually win over the listener to believing in their cult as actually being Biblical!

When I was a teenager I use google a lot and didn't read my bible. I had weak faith, now I read the bible for a few years and I had grown so much more in my relationship with God. People need to take time for the Lord, I believe there is not a shortcut to learn the bible. You need to meditate (remember) it and that takes long.

Ye ask your priest some hard questions and he won't be able to answer.
      Did Jesus preach trinity?
Did he spoke about trinity anywhere in the bible?
Why are the commandments not followed by Christians at all?
A tittle or jolt in the commandments and you go to hell says Jesus. So how many have you torn down.
Why isn't Jesus omniscient, omnipotent, omnipresent while the father is?
Why one in the Trinity has the highest authority while the other two have none.
      How can creation be God?
If Jesus is son of God yet born of Mary, then is he his own father and husband of his own mother ( May Almighty creator forgive me for uttering such nonsense about Her) but you Christians do not have a bit if shame.
You want yo get rid of repentance for your sins and get salvation in your own sight not in the sight of God. You are following the teachings of Paul and Church which lead you astray by introducing the concept of trinity. Trinity is not a original scriptural entity at all. All your bibles are according to some unknown writers who no one knows and had nothing to do with Christ since bible was written 300 years latter than when jesus walked the earth.
      Your trinity is a lie
Your crucifixion and resurrection is a lie ( jesus proved it in that upper room by eating the honey coombs and broiled fish) and they thought he was a ghost. Do ghosts resurrected bodies eat. Unfortunately you are blinded by false faith without a proof. Your hearts have grown dark and you can't see the light of the truth. Don't worry he is coming back to kill the antichrist and rectify your mistakes.

The models powering ChatGPT and similar tools are not actual databases, they are more like mathematical formulas developed by processing a vast amount of information from the Internet. What they do is take some input (the prompt plus previous prompts plus answers in the case of the chat format) and generate a sequence of words that sounds correct (but it might not be correct). Disclaimer: I'm not an expert, just have some basic knowledge on these tools.
100% agree that they shouldn't replace trusty sources and that we should use our own discernment. After all, spiritual things are spiritually discerned.
I've personally find it useful for summarizing things, editing text for better wording, and arguing against me with (ie. "here are my thoughts on X give me some counter arguments")

The thing about ChadGPT and all these other AI chats. Is that it’s taking information from other sources. It’s not stuff that it created on its own. It’s artificial the intelligence part comes from humans. So if you are going to use it. I would suggest at the end of your question to ask it to cite its sources. Before submitting the question. There’s always going to be a reference point in which it took its information from. When it comes to Christian questions, the information is going to come from theologist, Christian sites, pastors, and the Bible. You just wanna make sure that the pastor, theologist, or site information is taken from. Is someone/something you can trust.

Thank you for the insights into the disadvantages - indeed, the information is curated by a system that basically makes a sort of an average of all the information it was trained on. It is quite far from an encyclopedia, in every meaning that we might give to an encyclopedia (which would mean credible information and first-hand sources above all). I am wondering why you mention this advantage: finding ONE summary instead of FIVE that would be available on Google - how is this a major advantage? What do you mean? I see immense advantages in having 5 perspectives.

One would think that one could have variants that have been trained based on a limited database. For example one might limit it to Lutheran doctrine that would have say all of Luther's sermons and material from Lutheran seminaries.
Or one might have one that is based on a set of these such as those who have a certain view like pretrib vs post trib etc.
One would think over time one might see these specialized databases on many subjects with Bible study being one of those.
But as you say, it is a tool is that like any tool can be used in a good way or a bad way.
One other thing is that there is a random element so one can ask it the same thing seral times to compare those as well.
Another use might be to use it to find data such as asking it what is the best commentaries on the Book or Revelation that is based on a pretrib rtapture that has been written before 1955?

BTW, I just logged onto ChatGPT (for the first time at that) and asked it this question
What do Psalm 1 and Psalm 2 have in common?
      and got this answer:
Psalm 1 and Psalm 2 are both considered to be "wisdom psalms" in the Book of Psalms. They are also placed at the beginning of the book, with Psalm 1 serving as an introduction to the entire collection and Psalm 2 setting the stage for the rest of the book by introducing the theme of God's sovereignty over the nations.
In terms of their content, Psalm 1 and Psalm 2 differ in style and tone, but there are a few similarities between them.
Firstly, both psalms contrast the righteous with the wicked. Psalm 1 begins by describing the blessedness of those who do not walk in the counsel of the wicked, while Psalm 2 contrasts the rebellion of the nations with the righteous rule of God's anointed king.
Secondly, both psalms emphasize the importance of meditating on God's law. Psalm 1 says that the righteous person delights in the law of the Lord and meditates on it day and night, while Psalm 2 describes the rebellion of the nations against the Lord and his anointed as a rejection of his law and authority.
Finally, both psalms make use of imagery and metaphor to convey their message. Psalm 1 compares the righteous person to a tree planted by streams of water, while the wicked are like chaff blown away by the wind. Psalm 2 uses images of God's wrath and laughter to convey the futility of the nations' rebellion against his anointed king.
Overall, while there are some similarities between Psalm 1 and Psalm 2, they serve different purposes and convey different messages, with Psalm 1 focusing on individual piety and Psalm 2 on the sovereignty of God over the nations.
      Pretty amazing!

We can think of it as just another tool however we should keep in mind what those creators and those out in front of AI had and have in mind for it. Look for Elon Musk, the World Economic Forum, Yuval Noah Harari, and see the purpose of why AI was created and what they have in mind for the world regarding AI. Every time we engage with AI the closer we bring it to being sentient, i.e. "alive". We can't be unaware of what the world is doing.

Hey there! First of all it's great to hear about your desire to be in the word. I'd say most important is not opening the bible and just picking any old verse and claiming it. Taking scripture out of context is an easy way to get off course. Just take it book by book, then when you pick a book, take that book chapter by chapter and verse by verse. The bible will explain itself to you if you take your time and look at whatever chapter you are in and just slow down. Take notes and look words up. Each verse will help interpret the verses before and after. I hope this helps a bit. Just take it slow.

Hey Chat GPT in an unbiased perspective keeping all qualities of The Creator almighty in mind and read the bible and tell me is Jesus more likely God or A Prophet i want you to use logic and reasoning and remain unbiased when you analyse.
    ChatGPT
    Logical Assessment
If we use logical reasoning based on the attributes of God in the Bible-such as being omniscient, omnipotent, self-sufficient, eternal, and immortal-Jesus does not fully meet these criteria during his time on Earth. He experiences human limitations, death, and dependency, all of which are attributes associated with prophets or human beings, not with an all-powerful, all-knowing God.
    Conclusion
Given the limitations Jesus displays in the Bible, it is more logical to view him as a prophet or a special messenger of God rather than God himself, as he does not fully align with the classical attributes of God during his earthly life. The theological idea of him being God rests on faith in doctrines like the Trinity, but from a logical and scriptural perspective alone, he resembles a prophet more than the omnipotent, omniscient Creator.

      You said:
Do you think by logic trinity makes any sense
      ChatGPT said:
      ChatGPT
The concept of the Trinity-which describes God as one being in three persons (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit)-poses significant challenges from a purely logical standpoint, especially when we apply classical reasoning about identity and the nature of God.
      Let’s break this down logically:
      1. Logical Coherence of "One in Three":
The Trinity claims that God is both one and three simultaneously. Traditional logic follows the principle of non-contradiction, which states that something cannot be both one thing and a different thing at the same time and in the same way.
To claim that God is both fully one and fully three creates a logical tension. For example, saying Jesus is fully God, while the Father is also fully God, yet they are distinct persons, challenges the coherence of singularity and plurality.
      2. Divine Attributes and Persons:
If each of the persons (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) is fully God, they must each possess the divine attributes-omniscience, omnipotence, and omnipresence. However, during his time on Earth, Jesus did not display these attributes fully, as mentioned earlier (e.g., he showed limitations in knowledge and power). This creates a discrepancy between the divine nature and the human experience of Jesus, which complicates the idea of him being "fully God."
Moreover, if the Son is subordinate in some aspects (as seen in his earthly ministry where he prays to the Father), it raises the question of how all three can be equally God while one seems to exhibit dependency.
      3. Relational Dynamic:
The Trinity also suggests a relational dynamic between the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. In human terms, relationships imply a distinction between persons. If the Father is not the Son, and the Son is not the Holy Spirit, yet all are supposed to be God, it leads to confusion. If they are distinct in terms of their roles or functions, but all share the same essence, how can we logically reconcile their individuality with their shared divinity?
      4. Historical Context of the Doctrine:
The Trinity is not explicitly laid out in the Bible in a clear formula. The doctrine was developed over centuries in response to theological debates, rather than being a straightforward teaching of the texts themselves. This suggests it was an attempt to reconcile conflicting ideas rather than a naturally logical or intuitive concept.
Conclusion on the Trinity and Logic:
From a logical perspective, the Trinity is difficult to justify because it appears to violate the principle of non-contradiction (one God who is simultaneously three distinct persons). It creates a tension between the unity of God and the distinct roles or persons in the Trinity. While it is a central doctrine of mainstream Christianity, purely on logical grounds, the concept does not make intuitive sense and presents significant challenges to traditional reasoning about identity and unity.
Therefore, based on logic alone, the idea of the Trinity struggles to hold up as coherent. It is primarily accepted on the basis of theological faith rather than strict logic.

Thou shall not worship any other God's besides him alone ( jesus and Holy Spirit are GOD) another part of 1st commandment bang bang boom.
Thou shall not make images or worship anything flying in the air (Dove), walking on the earth ( Jesus/man hanging on the cross) or swimming in the water ( fish in fishtank on podium) another commandment bang bang boom.
Thou shall not commit adultery ( pornized western world sodomites Gays LGBTS2C) that's another one.
Thou shall not eat pork ( how tasty is the pork when you eat it.
Thoy shall not kill ( remember the KuKlux Clan, Hitler,Crusades, native amerocans, Indians, moaris, aborigines and latest whole of the middle Asia. How many killings till now since ages. Do you count.
Thou shall not steal: how much has british Christians stole from India and other countries. You christians looted wealth of the world, oil from middle Asia.
Fo you Christians even follow a commandment at all. Doesn't seem so. It looks like a religion which totally disobeys God Almighty and his mighty prophet and messiah. Give it a thought before it is too late.
