About the Interviewer
Nicola-Jane Gregory, founder of 3CFT Limited, has nearly 30 years of experience in psychology, working with TCKs, Cross-Culture Kids (CCKs), and expats worldwide. With her global expertise and academic qualifications-including master’s degrees in Applied Psychology Research (University of Liverpool) and the Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health (King’s College London)-Nicola-Jane provides specialized support for the challenges faced by TCKs. She is also authoring a TCK Trilogy to share her expertise and knowledge, so stay tuned!
About the Guest
Maika Pedersen joined ANA as a Summer Intern after earning her Neuroscience and Psychology degree with distinction from King’s College London. A creative thinker with a passion for emerging technologies, Maika is fascinated by how neuroscience and innovation intersect. Her ambition is to explore neurotech, neuromarketing, deep-tech, and AI, focusing on meaningful advancements for the future, especially in healthcare.
