- Easiest way to learn gumbi. Might still not be easy to master. It took me many years of training to get it this powerful. But I'm not done with it!

Very helpfull man, such a pro tutorial, i Just watched it in 0,25x and i think i at least know somehow what I should be focus at 😁
🙏🙏🙏thx for teaching me this lit trick
Thank you for the tutorial
Who tf disliked this?? Thanks for the videos bro
Best tutorial!
what I appreciate most about this is the compartmentalization of the skill. these segments of drills provide a solid foundation of building that translates to other tricks:) with that being said, would you say that shaping the gumbi for an efficient swing comes more from the back, or shoulder flexibility?
Back and shoulder flexibility are not important. In fact mine are so bad that doing a back bend-over bridge is hard. The power comes from the hip and hamstring flexibility :)
thanks sir for this tutorial
Found it, found the right channel, here it is boys
Happy to hear 😄
good shit bro
Looked like a casual dub you could gumbi trip
loving this tutorial
how about a 540 kick next and maybe mobility drill and exercise
I hope that after my knee surgery next Tuesday and after I have recovered from it, I can start doing cheat kicks again.
@@johzuke1 I hope your knees get soon, btw I love your aerials they are just so fast and extended
yesss
To you Johzuke, what are some setups that are powerful besides gumbi?
Anything you are good at. Td raiz, masterscoot, scoot, valdez, raiz, wrap full, full, cork, gainer switch are good examples.
@@johzuke1 Ok, thankyou so much for your answers!
great video what's wrong with your knee i know what bad knee's are like hope its not serious or long term injury have you had it checked out would be a good idea
Cartilage and meniscus damage, surgery next Tuesday (waited for it like 4 months).

Cart 720 tutorial plz bro..
👍
Anyone else feels a sharp pain in the hips while doing (3:43) this movement? Any advice? I got the same problem for my TD raiz...
Please help!!
Your hips might be just a little weak and/or too unelastic and/or unused to this position. Look up for some general hip-mobility exercises.
@@johzuke1 thanks!
where can i find this musics
👌👌👌
Always written in description
Is gumbi supposed to have fear cuz whenever I try it it is terrifying to reach my hand over my head
Little by little approach shouldn't feel too bad.
Have something to fix your eyes on beside/behind you. So if your left hand touches the ground first, you can look at something to your right/somewhat behind you. Right hand touches first, something to your left/somewhat behind you.
one of my problem right now, i regret not cartwheeling from both side at the start since day 1
Never too late.
Another comment: is there a way to make the gumbi technique consistent?
Like always, conscious repetition
@@johzuke1 Like observing on what you're doing that's making it powerful?
@@waterbottlethatalsolikesme1670 Always do that
@@johzuke1 Ohh okok, i understand, Thanks Johzuke, time for me to take notes on what makes it powerful :>
Suomalainen? :)
Juu
