i once stopped seeing a guy because my dog didnt like him at all and he said he wasnt a "dog person". no future there. i was nervous introducing my current partner because i really liked him but knew itd be over if they couldnt get along. she loved him immediately but he still put in extra effort to win her over even more. we're getting married in a few months 😊 incomprehensible to not choose the wellbeing of your child over some egotistical brat
@jaydemon5928 and those women that do that we women call POS. A child is innocent and NEEDS a parent and in this case the dad should of given the mom full custody instead of murder him!!! There's plenty of men that r good to kids so yeah we pick those ones and I will pick my daughter over any man till she's old enough to have her own bf,marry n have kids 😉. Maybe when u grow tf up n have ur own child u will understand even YOU would pick ur little child over a woman that don't want u to be near ur child, maybe ur the type like the man in the video???? Ur not special cause u think women who aren't good mom's r cool.😉😉😉
@jaydemon5928 what a comment to say!!! Ur NOT special cause u have no capacity to understand protecting ur own kids over a grown adult!!!!!! We can always meet a nice man and If he didn't like my little girl see ya ,luckily for me I'm engaged and he's the best dad on the planet!!! Grow up and once u have a child and grow some sort of parental instinct then we will see if u still think wow I will choose my gf who is demanding I never see my 3 year old son. That is NOT someone u would want that is a mean jealous monster. Clearly ur not a dad 😒😒😒
I agree that he should have been held in custody - no bail. However, I do not understand why Tierne went to his house alone, without protection. The law can only do so much, but if you go willingly to a dangerous mans house...
Ok, but she’s not the murderer, so your anger is misplaced. HE should have stopped dating a child and been more concerned with his son’s life. Are you kidding? One person owed absolute loyalty to that child, and it was the cat who murdered him.
@@jennifer60515No, their anger is not misplaced! I'm always baffled by people who act like someone is wrong for recognizing/highlighting additional issues or problems (other than the main or most obvious one). I'm sure op feels the father is also trash- they're just making a different point right now. Just cuz they're mentioning one thing, that doesn't mean it's the *only thing* they have thought about or have an opinion on. Some people are able to analyze the situation as a whole & have opinions on more than one aspect. If you can't grasp that it's fine, but that doesn't somehow make them wrong.
Absolutely devastating 😢 💔 How can a father murder his little boy for a 17 year old child girlfriend? 😢 and 10 years is a pathetic attempt at justice. RiP beautiful Brendan. You deserved so much better. You should be an 11 year old boy now enjoying your life. May DJ be haunted by his son's sweet little face every day for the rest of his life.
Because these men in power are also psychopatic monsters, who knows what they do behind doors, they are still men and carry an animalistic nature that is "under control" when it comes to the public image. They are sick and parasitic entities.
What a childish comment. What do you think who then would want to become a judge? Politicians should be held accountable as well and then nobody would become politician anymore either. Switch on your brain BEFORE posting, please.
It's getting harder and harder to watch these videos and the deliberate carelessness of our justice system and some of these so-called judges who couldn't give two sh*ts about anyone not living in their gated communities. Sickening!
I agree... I have to take breaks. There are so many cases of the courts having the chance to stop monsters but they continue to make the wrong decision and let abusers, repeat offenders and don't give long enough sentences when the monsters are put in prison. It's sickening. And it happens all the time so they know what they are doing isn't working. But they go home and sleep soundly at night. If it bothered them they would start coming down harder on violators and making changes to keep victims safer. It's defiantly a problem everywhere.
And then when other parents don’t want their children around significant others they are labeled “bitter and jealous “. Some of us are well aware of the dangers. I’m not saying every significant other is bad but this is why I think it’s important to have clear understanding of expectations and boundaries. As well as good communication creating great co parenting relationship thus ensuring more that the child is safe because everyone is on the same page about the child’s best interest being at hand amongst everything else.
I am in the firm belief that if a judge is lenient on a perp, and it results in the death, or serious injury to the victim, that judge needs to be put on suspension IMMEDIATELY, and even held liable for compensation. I also believe in order to take on certain cases, such as DV, SA, and child related cases, the judge needs to have certain certifications.
Should be held responsible for a % of the said perpetrators crimes committed after premature release.. Judges need to be responsible for identifying inconsistent sentences disproportionate to the crimes committed and ensure the law is up to date, to protect communities from would violent offenders. A lot of times it was preventable had the perpetrator been given approximate sentences.
The husband is 1st perpetrator in the wife's death. The judge the direct 2nd perpetrator in her death. The husband took his own life, the judge should have been immediately taken off the bench for life plus financial compensation to the wife's family for assistance for the sons schooling/ university etc. disgusting decision by the judge. 😢
What I replied was for personal reasons. There’s alot of sarcasm behind my statement that you wouldn’t be able to hear in my voice cuz it’s typed. It’s meaning that abortion is legal and everyone is ok with that but when a child is killed it’s horrific as it should be and it’s one of the worst things if not the worst thing that could possibly happen but what I’m trying to say is abortion should be taken just as serious. Their life is taken as well even if they haven’t popped their head out yet. They are a living being and going to turn into a full grown person someday if they are able to not be killed while in the womb. Basically what I am stating that if anyone has sex and gets pregnant because of having sex they should not be allowed to kill a baby whether it is in the womb not in the womb. They did what they did to get pregnant and knew there would be potential of that now they should not be allowed to kill a future human. That should be just as devastating as murdering a child because that is a future child and there are soooo many options available after giving birth. They don’t have to step up and be a parent, the child would be better off alive and adopted rather than dead and just dead. That’s murder as well. That’s all I’m saying. I don’t what took it as what I meant but it was kinda personal statement that doesn’t make sense unless you’re me and know what I meant when I typed it. Everyone geeks out when a child is murdered as they should but at the same time we all should be geeking out when a child is aborted as well. It’s just as serious. Now if a child is conceived due to rape which I’m sure is extremely very rare that may be a different circumstance and I can’t judge on whether that should be legal or not to abort a baby that is a product of such an ugly sex crime in my opinion if it was me I wouldn’t be able to bring myself to kill any living being cuz I believe there is hope for all creatures brought up with the proper love and guidance and taken under the wing. I believe we ALL can change and grow and develop into being wonderful living beings. We all deserve that. To be treated with love and respect and given all the time that is needed to understand and to comprehend right and wrong and given the knowledge of why things are right and wrong and shown the best ways of living possible for all human beings. I believe in forgiveness and I believe in never giving up on ANYONE ever. We all need love and care and as much time it takes for us all to come around and no one should be left behind or cast out or treated poorly or cruely punished and beaten down or made to feel less than. I believe that fully. I been through ALOT and grew up in the system in really bad situations BUT at least I had the opportunity to live and to be alive and have enjoyment and happiness and I’m full of love and understanding because of it all and massive amounts of forgiveness. I love everyone and everything. I wish the whole world would have the love that I have and no one would ever be hurt cuz we wouldn’t want to hurt one and another and we would talk to each other with love and respect. No one would be the first person to disrespect another. If we did wrong we would quickly understand and apologize and make it right as soon as possible and we would forgive forget but learn and grow. Nothing in the past would be held against any of us. We would be full of love and joy. And be amazing. That’s all. I didn’t mean anything bad at all. I apologize I wasn’t very clear at all in my reply. All respect and all love~da boyyy Johnny Savino aka John Keller one and only no enemies all homies
I hope you read my reply to you above or un. Let me know. If you would that would be cool so I know you understand what I meant now cuz I don’t wanna come across wrong and it to be taken as a negative response because that is not what I meant at all. Please read my first reply to you. Thank you! All love and respect over here!!
There’s multiple cases of DV where the JUDGE literally killed the victim by letting their attacker off w. Leniency. Then they have hindsight like oh. I had no idea it was that serious. Look at the case of Galina Komar. Judges need to be held accountable when shit like this happens. RIP Tierene ❤
You cant hold a judge accountable for something like that. People have the presumption of innocence & you can't scare judges into denying that! The problem here is that she went back to him. That's how she ended up in that basement! That is the issue here- when women are beaten down mentally to where they can't think straight & they go right back to their abusive partner. They need to be immediately deprogrammed! Why can't we focus on things that can truly help?... oh yeah, cuz no one wants to be called a victim blamer 🙄
The first one is unbelievable. I'm pretty sure if he'd just said to Brendan's mother, I don't want to look after him on weekends anymore then she might have been annoyed and upset but she would have looked after him, she did the rest of the time. He acted like he was looking after the little boy 24/7 with no help at all. What a selfish moron.
Exactly! Sure, he’d still be obligated to pay child support, but god willing, maybe Brendan’s mother might have met a wonderful man who wanted to adopt him and that child killer would have been free from being a father.
@@cherylhaynes3960 Yes! And deadbeat Dad's find their way around child support payments anyway. Brendan's mother loved him clearly and her biggest priority was him, I'm pretty sure she would have let the man just walk away if he didn't want the blessing of his little boy and she probably would have found a husband that loved her and Brendan and would have ended up being a real father with a bit of luck. Regardless of any of that, he had a Mama and she wanted him and she loved him and he would have had a life filled with much love, his idiot father should have just walked away but he chose to murder a little boy that he KNEW others loved and would have cared for. Not that it's any better when unwanted children are hurt or murdered but to kill a child that you know someone else would happily love and look after if you didn't want to just really bothers me. What a waste.
Sadly I think child support played into it, he didn't even want to be financially responsible for him! He should have said "Look I don't want to be a dad in any form, I want to sign over my parental rights to the child, im really not mentally stable to do it", then I'm sure she would have agreed, sadly people like this only think of themselves!
@nasher112 Yes! Exactly. Ok, it wouldn't make him look like the best guy but Brendan would have found a way to have a good life without his biological father in it. It would have looked a lot better than murdering him because looking after him on weekends and paying child support was such a massive hassle. I don't understand why they don't just walk away, just leave. Give your baby a chance at least.
I can never understand people that pick a partner over their child. I also don't understand people that get involved with people with kids, then have an issue with them having kids.😳 Your kids will ALWAYS be your kids! Your partner may/ may not be a permanent part of your life.
Judge Gilman didn't seem to be bound or powerless as a result of the existing legal system. It WAS within his power to set a very high bail, making it practically impossible for the dangerous, sick bastard to be released. I agree with Tierne's father. I hope that the judge is no longer at the bench, and never has the opportunity to unleash monsters back onto the street with little-to-no consideration given to the victims. It makes me sick that the facts of the case and the brutality shown toward Tierne was not factored into the judge's decision. What a waste. I pray Gilman gets what he deserves, whatever that may be. My heart goes out to her friends and family. Hugs
@@jennifersierzant2152she went back to him because he was threatening to kill other members of her family. She believed she was protecting them and she might have.
@MemeofTwelve Yep. I believe she sacrificed herself to save her parents. People need to stop being confused (and saying dumb shit) and start Understanding. He didn't threaten to kill, he DID kill!
The Judge killed his daughter.. 😢😢 There is no doubt in my mind that she would still be alive if he had to stay in jail until his trial date, and was sentence right after. 😢😢 The Judge could have help her if he wanted to. 😢😢
Perhaps the bond could have been set higher. However, can argue the fact she poked a bear? She literally went back to talk with him!?! Why? Nobody deserves to die but can you honestly say she didn't bring that on herself? What was she thinking? I don't know, all she had to do was stay away from that guy and he'd be in prison right now and she'd be with her kids.
@@InfamousFunkster "Nobody deserves to die but can you honestly say she didn't bring that on herself?" Yes, we can. The psychological effects of domestic abuse are complex, and victim-blaming Tierne ignores that Kevin Ewing is and was the one at fault.
When is the justice system going to recognize that letting a serial abuser out is the worst possible idea? With the amount of times it takes a victim to successfully leave an abusive relationship you'd think they'd see the high probability of the abuser being able to reel the victim back in. That judge should be fired. She could have still been alive if it wasn't for his dumb decision
Because these men in power are also psychopatic monsters, who knows what they do behind doors, they are still men and carry an animalistic nature that is "under control" when it comes to the public image. They are sick and parasitic entities.
He should be charged with criminal negligence. Just like a doctor would if their negligence on the job resulted in death or serious injury, why shouldn’t this apply to a judge!?
yup! the Cops and investigators do their jobs but remember.. Judges are just old Lawyers 🤷🏻♀️ they know their job depends on the revolving prison doors and it’s absolutely infuriating but if citizens never speak up regardless of the consequences (for instance like me being banned more times than I have hairs in my head from every social media platform) things will never change 😢
@@tarasherman2714it’s EVERY country sadly not just Murica like I said it’s the judges and also the parole board that let this bs keep happening and we have to say something and try to change it or hush about it completely
The judiciary system is corrupted beyond repair. Ran by pdoz and fr33masons and traffickers. Why do you think child abusers get very light sentences? Citizen justice is needed for these monsters and the monsters who let them off lightly.
That judge is just as dangerous as the abusers. The father only getting ten years for murdering his little boy is insane. Why would the prosecutors agree to such a thing? Just sick!
They just want that win! That conviction that's all. You think these prosecutors really care about anyone?;hell no! They want that conviction to move up the ladder.
@@Oliviasmama trust me I'm well aware how it works. The point is dudes lawyer would know that! And would fight it! Unless he had a public pretender. It's all about prosecutors getting a win not about real justice!
First guy is so obviously guilty based on that 911 call. No emotion, no sense of urgency. And he only got 10 years for drowning his child. Infuriating.
Anyone watch the hearing aid commercial? I caught myself thinking that the hearing aid would stop up our ears and prevented us from hearing. 😳 Sometimes my instant thoughts surprise even me😂😂
& He could have easily just given custody to the mother and abandoned his child like his awful gf wanted him to. The only reason he wouldn’t have done this is bc he didn’t want to pay child support. 10 years?!? Why is he not on death row!!!??
Doesn't help she's a minor too dude should have got charged for that 2. But she got problems to make him pick between which child he wanted in his life
He killed his son because he didn't want to give up custody to his ex and pay her child support. She asked him to give up custody and not murder him. He showed he wasn't a good father so I agree he should have given up custody. He's a loser and he always will be.
you should see 9gag. 9gaggers would sometimes comment 'i dont want to continue someone else's save file' referring to a single mother of a black kid on dating apps who thinks they are still 10/10
Why ? It's not incorrect. A toddler (to my knowledge) is a young child typically between the ages of 2-4 (or up to 5). I mean everyday we hear the term "Another man's child" which is also not incorrect nor derogatory. But in saying all this, this witch was intentional in her particular wording as it "distanced" her from any personal involvement. 💁🏽♀️
The 17yr old who he was spending all his time stalking on snapchat could see he was a loser who should have given up custody. Instead, he killed his son because he didn't want to give up custody to his ex and pay her child support and the 17yr old is to blame lol.
Hope that judge knows he’s absolutely played a hand in the death of tierney…. Her blood is on his disgusting pathetic hands. How many have to die bc of DV before it is taken more seriously. Makes me sick of how many victims bravely come forward and force themselves to get help and report their abuse… just for the judges to let the abuser free on bail before a trial, and it to end in a murder… or even a murder suicide before the trial.
10 years for killing a child, 3 years for luring and strangling a man… it’s really hard to watch this. No one who has deliberately and maliciously taken a life, should have a right to go on and live out the rest of their lives after serving 3, 10 years, even 20 years. How can any amount of time besides a life sentence be a fair punishment for taking a life? How is that justice? I have thankfully not had a loved one murdered. I pray I never do. I can’t imagine the rage and hurt of not getting justice.
@@ALT-vz3jnFunny NOW it's about sex and suddenly she is an minor, but if a 14 year old commit a murder he's suddenly very much mature and gets charged as an adult. I'm so sick of the hypocritical back and forth to fit anything as you guys see fit. If a 14 year old gets treated like an adult than a 16 year old girl or boy is also fit to have sex with an 18 or older kids , without him / her ending up being classified as a sex offender for the rest of their life. You guys really want it both ways.... it's sickening. Either lower the entire adult situation as either 15 or 16 or treat children who kill as kids that have a screw loose but are still considered to be kids. Your country is beautiful but your politics and morals are a mess.
He killed his son because he didn't want to give up custody to his ex and pay her child support. The 17yr old who he was stalking on snapchat could see he was a deadbeat father but grown adults clearly can't.
How many woman have to die before these ignorant judges take responsibility for their part in their deaths Now this pisses me off. I judges were held accountable for their part then these woman wouldn't have to die. Makes me sick that they hide behind their robs.
Judges need to go thru in depth sensitivity training in what IPV victims go thru. Prayers to her family this guy was a monster just like the judge...no distinction imo E
The ten-year sentence of DJ is outrageously small. His family are delusional. He’s a cold-blooded murderer. He could’ve given up his son to the son’s mother, but he wanted to avoid paying child support. I hope he never gets out of prison. The narrative for this site sounds as if it’s written by AI. Re Tierne’s case - The judge was negligent, and Tierne herself should never, of course, have gone back to her captor. As for Tierne’s Law, I’m no lawyer, but I don’t understand how this law changes anything. Didn’t judges already have the ability to deny bale to those deemed dangerous? Had this judge denied bale, Tierne would’ve been saved.
the judge is to blame. he literally allowed this abuser to continue his rampage..the victim's family NEEDED that final shield to effectively protect their loved one. USELESS. justice, like him, shouldn't be allowed this sensitive position. it's as if he taunted the victim of her abuser..SH.T!!
Unfortunately, now we see that bullshit more often than not. Violent career criminals with 20+ felonies released over and over just to create more victims. These people should never be released. They have already proven that they cannot be trusted in society.
Tierne did not have to die shame on that disgusting piece of crap of a man and he is not even that he is disgusting and in hell I'm sure but more shame on that judge when he knew everything that he had done to her and tortured her and held her and captivity and still allowed him to walk freely even after disobeying orders and having weapons when he's not supposed to that is on the courts hands and that judge has blood on his hands as well?
The judge should have been impeached and removed from the bench. He had more than enough legal latitude to keep that nasty POS man in jail until his trial, because he was a repeat offender.
But, sadly, Tierne still went back to him and for whatever psychological reasons, THAT was the crucial mistake/turning point of this horrendous episode. Disturbing.
The family of DJ think he should be acquitted and released, are they kidding or what ! their son murdered his own 3 year old son their grandson all cause he lost his head over some girl who was only 17 they must be deluded, he should spend at least 25 to 30 years inside for what he did to his own poor son, never mind them saying he should be acquitted on set free, silly sods
Also, they could have added "sex with a minor". Since he was 22 and his girlfriend was 17. That would have added time. 10 years for straight up murdering a 3 year old is abhorrent. Thst should be life.
The 17yr old who he was spending all his time stalking on snapchat could see he was a loser who should have given up custody. Instead, he killed his son because he didn't want to give up custody to his ex and pay her child support and the 17yr old is to blame lol.
What a horrible person Julia is to make a father of a 3yo choose between her sorry ass and his own son. She’s so pathetic. Can’t believe DJ actually did what he did to his poor little innocent baby. Disgusting that he only got manslaughter and 10 years which means with good behavior he’ll be out before then. Why do prosecutors accept a lesser charge when they have the evidence to get a second degree murder conviction. Poor Brendan didn’t get justice with that light sentence. RIP little man.
Julia was only 17 and even admitted she wasn't ready to care for someone else's child. And for DJ to choose a girlfriend over his own precious beautiful 3yr old baby son is sickening. DJ boy didn't deserve to be a father to begin with and should be snipped and not conceive another child.
She was 17, that much is true. However, she was having sex and participating in an intimate relationship with a grown ass man, and attending college. A man whom she knew had a child from the outset! For her to tell him to choose between his child and her IS despicable. She knew what she was saying, she wasn’t some innocent, naive child herself. She is disgusting. If she didn’t want the responsibility of a child, then DON’T date a single father and then pressure him to get rid of that child!!! Her text messages to him were evil. As a teenage mother myself, trust me when I say she was no child. Be that as it may, he was even worse, choosing to have a relationship with a 17 year old….and then choosing that disgusting 17 year old over his own precious child. No way in hell did he get justice for what he did. I feel so bad for that boy and his mother. If he didn’t want the child any longer, he could have easily given full custody back to his ex, she would have gladly taken it.
@@kendradamm1428 I completely agree with you. People view 17year olds as children, that is because we raised this generation very cocooned and sheltered..( living in the gaming and social media world isn't really living) When I was 13 I began modelling and by the time I was 15 had more than enough of the industry and worked with my mother and different nightclubs for 5nights a week, came home had shower and after the breakfast of champions 2x coffees went to school up and while in university. All the money I earned gave to my mother to help her and we all lived in prosperity I was in a serious relationship by the time I was 16 and he was 21 ( he honestly didn't know and thought I was 18... At that time in my life I have played ,the I am 18card,since I was 13'years old) I was more mature then, than when I was in my twenties or thirties unfortunately. I looked after my family well being and shouldered adult responsibility. Saying she is only 17 is a mistake we made with this entire generation. My own son is selfish and egotistical to a point that I want to hurl and scream yet sit by and ponder how I did go so wrong. My own father age 40, took off with his own employee aged 16 who became quickly pregnant with his child before he even had the time to pack his suitcases. At the time we had a large construction company and the brothel. [Clarification, we owned a large brothel in Germany where the age of consent is 16 and my father had women aged between 45 and ofmcourse the prize winner 16 year old daughter of one of those women] They stayed together until she was 24 and she left him for another brothel owner. What I'm trying to say is that 17 is not young or innocent. We see it that way because we cottoned our children. But they are brutal, selfish and if needed utterly ruthless and malicious. We did that. Doesn't mean she is kid. And she knew he had a child she was jealous and wanted to explore whom he would choose...he chose wrong and deserves the death penalty.
Being 17 isn’t an excuse. At that age you know right from wrong. And demanding anyone to choose them over their own child is inherently wrong and disgusting.
He took the life of his own child knowingly and willingly because his girlfriend didn't want the child he got a slap on the wrist he should be forced to stay in prison for the rest of his life for knowingly taking the life of his own son😢
I truly believe judges need some form of punishment for letting an attacker out and it leading to a victim getting murdered. The excuse is always “I didn’t know it was that serious” after the victim explicitly expressed how dangerous the person is. I’m sorry but that excuse isn’t good enough. They need to receive some form of consequence. Whether that be a write up (3 leading to loss of license) or a temporary lay off with no pay. I’m not sure, but it needs to be something.
Everytime i see Tierney Ewings story and see her lovely mum and dad my heart breaks a bit more. They underline the fact that there are always more than just the one victim.
The second story , yes, that jerk judge was the reason she is gone , I felt so bad for her parents and all of her family . And her Dad was only speaking the truth about the judge .
These freaking judges have a long history of turning the other way when it comes to protecting women and domestic violence. This judge literally sided with the perpetrator and downplayed the gravity of the situation. Leaving the victim powerless and no chance of getting justice. I bet if this was his daughter or sister or granddaughter he would use all his power to protect them. May she rest in peace
You are going to get super angry at me but do you have proof for your statement or is it just your opinion? I'm not trying to be a jerk but we only hear about the judges & the sentences when things go poorly. For all we know the one we're hearing about is 1 of 10,000. Doesn't make it right or acceptable. Maybe this isn't quite as big an issue as it seems.
From your response you must obviously be a man. I guess you haven’t noticed or realized that Everyone who post on this platform are giving their own views on the matter. Do you go to everyone comments and ask them the same question? I can ask you the same thing: where’s your proof to back up your statement? How do you know it’s 1in 10,000?
I am absolutley loss for words at the injustice given to precious baby Brendan. So so sorry little baby boy you deserved loving caring father who would have cherised every little hair on your head and would have done anything to protect you!!
Omg HOW could that judge let that guy go?! That's so ridiculous....I...That judge is 100000% responsible for Tierne's death. Also, I remember the Laci Peterson case. I was a teen/young adult when it happened. It was horrible.
Tierne's parents both such lovely people & their heartbreak is very painful to watch. The way her father rubs his wife's back to keep her from losing her ability to keep going in the interview Also his response to her delight when they hear about Tierne's law. They are the last people I would want to see go through such tragedy.
Sheesh, he would rather murder his own son than simply give the mother full custody ? That's horrible. He could have just gave him to his mother and had his 17 year old GF (for a bit) and been free. Simple. That is unbelievable. And also 10 measly yrs, if that, with parole for cold blooded murder of his own child. Unconscionable !
I will never understand anyone who chooses a romantic interest over their own child or children. It is unthinkable. First of all if anyone is telling you you have to choose then obviously that person doesn't know you at all and is also obvious that is not a person you could ever love. Your child and your children are the home within your heart. Anybody else is just a guest.
What about all the mothers that do it at an alarmingly high rate…. he’s a bitch no doubt but so is that 17 yo…. Let’s not make it a “men suck” thing when it’s a “this specific mf is a piece of shit”
The judge definitely contributed to her death. It’s incredibly sad that domestic violence is hardly ever taken seriously until the victim is dead. Ankle monitors and anger management classes do not cut it! There should be mandatory jail time, no bail. They can’t even enforce restraining orders…. Took six mths for my ex to get arrested for violating his restraining order.
Have had a terrible childhood and sexualy assaulted from just being a baby to eight and then much moor happen to me so the excuse of an horrific childhood makes a person become a murderer or abusive person is just a cop out to me for all these things are so called excuse as far as I am concerned and anyone who takes a life like this women did i feel should have to be sentenced to the rest of their life for fitted to a full life sentence or atleast to the amount of time that their victim could have lived if not for a bi!!! Like her 1:43:58
The Laci Peterson case will always live rent-free in my memory banks. I was about a freshman in hs and live about 60-70ish miles away from Modesto. I even spent the first half of my life in SLO by Cal Poly. In fact, it was thought that Scott actually had ties to Kristen Smart and was thought to possibly be involved with her disappearance (Paul and Reuben Flores recently ended up being put away for that). But Laci and Connor's story was run 24/7 on my news, leaving everyone incredibly worried - who would hurt a beautiful, young mom to be and her unborn baby boy? Then there was Scott, acting like Nick Dunne from Gone Girl, and poor Amber Frye (she'll always have my sympathy). There's just no heckin way that a woman who is almost 9 months pregnant was just totally accepting and ok with her husband participating in extramarital s3xcapades. I just can't help but feel like Scott absolutely had at least something to do with Laci and Connor's passing. What a mess 💔 (Side note: California is full of Spanish and Indigenous names... La Jolla is Spanish and is pronounced like LA HOY-yuh 😊😊)
Of course Scott was involved! He was also charged &convicted for his son & wife’s murder. I feel like he would’ve also killed Amber if she met up with him before his arrest & attempt of going on the run.
I almost snorted soda out of my nose when you said it would be very unusual for a three year old to get out of the house by himself. It may be unusual but I know for a fact they will find a way if they want to. When my oldest son was not quite two, he is now 41, we were living in a pretty nice apartment complex. Saturday morning was my day to sleep in, which meant until 7:00 or 8:00am instead of 4:30. My son, also named BRENDON, liked to watch cartoons, eating dry Cheerios and sipping juice. He was happy to do this for quite a while, then he would climb up on the couch and take a short nap. I would get up and have a real breakfast ready by the time he woke up. On Friday night I would turn the TV to the channel he liked and set out a little bowl of Cheerios and a sippy cup on the coffee table. If he woke up before I did, he would toddle in, turn on the TV and watch his “toons”.Brendon was very precocious, so turning on the TV was no problem. So…I woke up one Saturday morning about 7:30 and could hear the TV. I went into the living room, expecting to find him sitting in the floor, or asleep on the couch, but there was no Brendon and the front door was wide open! The bowl was empty on the floor and the cup on the table, but NO BRENDON! I screamed his name over and over as I ran out the door . No answer. My heart sank as I ran around to the back of our apartment block. There was a deep culvert back there and we had had a lot of rain, so it was full. The night before, we had found a little turtle on the sidewalk when we got home. We had taken it around to the culvert to let it go. I could just picture him going back there to look for it and falling in! Still screaming for him, I ran as far down the culvert as I could go then back around to the front. People were starting to come out to see what what going on. As I ran toward a friends apartment to use the phone, I spotted him. He was sitting on the curb, about two apartments down, between two cars. He had his Cheerios in his pajama top and was throwing them out on the ground to a bunch of little birds! I snatched him up and he got upset because I had scared away the birds. When I had myself under control I asked him why he didn’t come when I had called him and he just shrugged his little shoulders. Back then, most apartments didn’t come with deadlocks on the door, but di have a chain lock that I knew he couldn’t reach. I locked the door and asked him to show me how he got out. I was afraid I had forgotten to lock it the night before and I knew he COULD turn the knob. He just marched right over to the couch, went to the end closest to the door, climbed right up on the back of the couch and unlocked the chain! Just like that! He looked so proud of himself! Of course, I moved the chain up high enough that he couldn’t reach it and scraped up the money to have a deadlock installed. I will never forget that as long as I live. He was one of those kids that watched everything you did and then had to try to do it himself, and he loved taking things apart. I swear he took apart every toy he ever had. He’s 42 and he is still does that. Drives his wife crazy.
Oh my gosh my Son who's 25 now was the same way he'd watch you do things and figure them out a visual learner.. His Dad and I called him Mr Resourceful too he's figure out how to do things including getting out of our new home when he was 5 .. I couldn't figure out how the lil stinker UNTIL I saw the garage door up .. The lil stinker used a chair to open the garage door and got out that way..We have some funny stories about the Resourceful things he did lol..
My son was two at the time..once open the downstairs door which was very hard to pull at..I had gone to throw the bottles out at the container near by..On my way back I saw him walking towards me in the middle of the road...I ran towards him in shock... Thinking how unbelievable he had made it three floors to the downstairs..open the door and let himself out...Never underestimate kids...They have a power that goes undermined...😊
What a total waste of space this Jamie is. Not only taking an innocents life, poor Malin, imagine the societal cost of just taking care of this selfish girl. The two full time care givers, the medical costs of her self harm, ie removing batteries she had swallowed. My heart goes out to Malins parents. She took their lives too. She is just evil and should be locked up for life. She is crazy, yes, but she is also evil and criminal and deserves way more punishment than a few years. I feel sorry for her next victims.
First guy’s girlfriend is a walking red flag. Who the fck picks a relationship over their child and who the fck gives a parent that ultimatum? You visit and couldn’t just be kind to a child…jeez 🙈
On the DV case the judge is responsible for this what happened, not that it makes any difference because they are never held responsible! In the hands of this judge this new law won't help because he chose to allow him out with very little to protect her. My heart goes out to her family.
Tierney is responsible for her own death. After ALLLLL that (beating, kidnapping, burning, being tied up, torture, etc) why on Earth would she go back to be in that same house with him WHILE he was on house arrest for harming her!!! It seems like she was suicidal or something. Everyone blaming the judge (including her dad) is delulu.
@@brittanytucker7633victim blaming is NOT it, don’t be an ignorant douche. Just be glad you’ve never known this level of domestic violence, and keep your mouth shut.
The Cody Johnston case is really weird. From the sound of witness testimony and txts from his wife he was forcing her to have sex. That is a crime. I don't understand how that's totally glossed over. Crying on the sisters couch. Telling her friend if I'm forced to. It should have at least been explored. You can't force people to have sex. Wife or not.
Yes the judge caused her death, after holding her hostage for 12 days he allow him bail and a faulty ankle bracelet that lwad to her death. That judge should be jail for his JA decision.
I worked with this guy. His dad owns a company by marlton. I met Brendan and he was such a happy care free little boy. Brendan’s aunt was only a couple years older and loved him so much. Such a sad, sad story
I was 8 and lived in Northern Colorado when this happened. I saw the story of her disappearance when I walked through the room my dad was watching the news in. It affected me, and I asked the next two days when I got out of school, if she was found. I remember the day she was, when I opened the door to get in the car, before I could ask, my mon said Lori was found today. I have actually thought of her often and how she was doing. Thank you for this coverage.
robert should have gotten a much longer sentence for what he did to that poor girl!! i am glad she is thriving and turned her pain to helping others! she is a legend!
Jamie is a socio psychopathic killer and she will do it again. What kind of justice is this for the young man and his family. She said she wanted to kill him and the prosecution had unrefutable evidence. So how did the jury come to the conclusion that she did not intend to kill him. What is going on with justice sytems everywhere. Dangerous people are being enabled by courts to kill innocent people. This killer gets acquitted???
I know,in Tierne's case..😕 so many people will have the attitude,of "Well, she's the one that went back"! Most folks don't understand Domestic Violence, unless they've been subjected to it. The level of Coercive Control,is mind bending. Many women have become conditioned to these kinds of treatments. I think alot of them are scared..like abuse is bad,but "If I try to leave he'll kill me,or my family" 😕 Many times, they are stuck. The abuser is so controlling, they have no money, nowhere to go..and at this point, the abuser has systematically pushed out EVERYONE! So,they don't just feel alone, they are alone. I believe Tierne stayed so he wouldn't hurt her family. Sounds like,in her mind, better her than them..🥺 I am so,so sorry to everyone that loves Tierne..❤ A very big Thank You to everyone that worked to pass this legislation in her name. This will save lives..to be sure!!
Absolutely. They didn’t need a new law for this, the judge could have kept him in jail because he was a repeat offender. The law was just an excuse to shield the stupid judge’s actions. He should have been impeached and removed from the bench.
Nooooo... HER decision led to her death! She was safe at her parents home. She spoke to him on the phone (even tho she shouldn't have) and then he convinced her to go back to him. Those were HER choices, not the judge's. I understand she was mentally beaten at that point as well, but that should be the focus then- undoing that mental damage & teaching her to safeguard herself again & recognize/respond properly to danger again!!! That shoulda been the immediate focus when she escaped the last time. He didn't go kidnap her, so I don't see how anyone is blaming the judge for this.
@@hillarybillary21 Finally, some reality. Thank you for that! I can't stand how people will basically make up an alternate truth just to avoid "victim blaming". It's not about blaming her for making her own mistakes or not, it's about taking an honest look at the situation so that we can actually learn from it. Then we can use those lessons to implement ways to prevent this kind of horror & loss in the future... and ignoring reality is definitely not conducive to that!
22:00 😢 edit: 44:00 the first Judge COULD have given him harsher conditions and a bigger bail he couldn’t post too but DIDN’T! omgosh Tierney’s mom and dad break my heart so much.. they all tried to get her away but she was scared for her kids to become the target though she successfully made it out once, I’m not sure if the kids went with her or not.. if they all made it out, I don’t see how or why she’d ever go back 💔 rip Tierney
I was completely on her side right up until it got to the point where she went to his house. What? She was so terrified of him she needed to exit out the back of the bank to avoid seeing him again. She was horrifically abused and yet she goes and sees him a few weeks after he got out on bond. Seriously? She's insane. She's the person that gets out of the car on safari to try and pet a lion.
I disagree. Tierney is responsible for her own death. After ALLLLL that why on Earth would she go back to be in that house with him when he was on house arrest for harming her!!! It seems like she was suicidal.
These women looov going back for more abuse, the make-up sexx, the abuse, the lovey-dovey days etc. They willingly play the other half of a vicious cycle. ☝🏽😌
The new wife of the disgusting pedophile is nearly as bad as him. How can anyone lie for this monster, what is wrong with you! Lori your an amazing woman who is an inspiration for others!
Lori, 3. SA'd and basically flushed down the toilet. Perpetrator: 10 year bid. And cleared from parole. Why this guy didn't get inmate justice is beyond me.
Kevin is a monster. There are millions of men like him. Please ladies be careful who you let in your life and please get away from them if your with a abusive partner.
He should have sued that judge. No way he should of been released. Being that close he did kill her. Letting him out on bail. After way he did that law is nothing. That judge said he should be out. Like what he already did to her was nothing. He ignored all she suffered. Then helped him kill her. He should of been accountable for that. He didn't even think of her at all. This is sickening to hear. Breaks my heart for them. There was no reason with him beingna danger. He should of been out on bond. I hope that judge lives with that daily. He's a murderer to even though. He didn't pull the trigger. That needs to stop a bracelet does. The problem was the judges failure. To even think about the victim. This is a murder that didn't have to happen. Some victims need to be relocated. When things are bad as they were in this case. I'd like to hear what he has to say. Knowing he was ok even said. No reason for him not to be out on bond. When her being done the way she was. Was all the reason he needed. Had he even thought of her. For five seconds he shouldn't have been out. Forgive me Lord for the thoughts I have hearing this. Did he call the police when he say that. You can't leave your kids out alone. Not even for a second. Did they call police because of the incidents. You'd think by now you wouldn't have to tell ppl. About leaving kids unsupervised outside. Don't ever do this stupid to do. At this point to dangerous. Especially with kids under 15. Ppl let their five year old out alone. Go down the street unbelievable to me. You've got to talking to your kids daily. About safety now stalranger danger. If his wife lied she needed to be charged to. Sick of ppl helping these monsters. Get away with the evil they did. Early release shouldn't exsist. No where at all with some of these crimes. I could care less about them. Sleeping on the floor. On top of each other. Sitting against the wall. That's to good for some of them.
That judge should have been held to account as he did nothing to help her. Disgusting. Domestic violence not only damages your body but your mental health also. Poor Tierne what an absolutely sad story. God bless you Tierne.
Case 1 - Parents should open up their eyes to the flaws in their children, and stop acting like they will never murder. I know it must be very hard to admit, but in fact, the victim deserve at least that acknowledgement: Guilty as charged. Case 2 - The judge killed this lovely couples' daughter. Brave Tierne, she saved herself, and her children, only to be let down afterwards by a judge. Case 3 - Lori Poland is a tall beauty, and love shines out of her eyes. Great work! Great Life! The monster looked very please with himself, but he is a nobody. Case 4 - Maulin Rathod, - what an attractive young man, and his parents look like very kind people. Why him? That filthy monster deserves to rot in some psychiatric ward, forgotten by all, where they can experiment with her brain, a brain she clearly don't want to use for anything good. My heart goes out to the dear parents, who now sit in their old days longing for grandchildren, and of course their beloved son. May he R.I.P. Case 5 - Laci Peterson - R.I.P., and I hope that monster never get out in society. Why, oh why? Case 6 - Cody Johnson - It would've been better to just admit, hey listen I am really not ready yet, than killing somebody else's son. R.I.P. Cody, you didn't deserve to be deceived like that by a Delilah. Case 7 - Benson - May the monster never come out, and may she rot, and live a horrible life with nightmares every night. R.I.P. inocent young child.
RIH Brendan I'm so sorry you only got 3 years to love & share your love with this world. I'm sure your mommy misses you every single day. And I'm sorry that you died by your father's hands. You deserved so much better. Fly high sweet angel
While the judge's decision will always be controversial it is undeniable that, for whatever reason, Tierne's sad decision to return to her tormentor resulted in her ultimate demise. Disturbing.
I know it's all relative, but my childhood trauma puts Jamie's to shame. I'm not hurting anyone nor do I ever want to. She may have had many issues, but at the end of the day, she knew the difference between right and wrong. She knew the crazier she seemed the better her chances. Keep that girl off the streets. She's psychotic. Plain and simple. Psychotic
10 years for MURDERING your child? What a CROCK of BS! And that girlfriend of his is evil too! He had NO business being with a 17 year old anyway! And she LOOKS evil. Ughh!
I don't know, you kind of look like a secretary that married up by having fun on the office couch after hours and then decided to poison your husband for the insurance money. Just saying take it easy on the eye shadow at your age.
The 17yr old who he was spending all his time stalking on snapchat could see he was a loser who should have given up custody. Instead, he killed his son because he didn't want to give up custody to his ex and pay her child support and the 17yr old is to blame lol.
Hang on is no one gonna address the stupidity of teirnys law, why give judges power when the moron that had power did nothing with it !!! How is that pile or junk still breathing after letting that monster walk ? May she rest in peace and that law is only a joke for her
The justice system allowed this monster bail???? This poor woman she told them how dangerous this maniac was yet his rights were more important then keeping this beautiful mother alive! Just heart wrenching. Do these judges realize they literally have the beating heart of a human being in their hands and their decisions can give a violent controlling husband the opportunity to kill his wife.
10 years for murdering his 3 year old Son ,seriously disguting and that jury should be ashamed of themselves .So the answer to the question of whether justice was served ,hell no .These cases make me sick to my stomach and its so hard to even watch them .The judge is as much the cause of what Kevin did ,thry may as well been holding his hands as he did it .
First guy: who would choose a gf over your own child….. I wouldn’t even choose a bf over my dog let alone my children
i once stopped seeing a guy because my dog didnt like him at all and he said he wasnt a "dog person". no future there. i was nervous introducing my current partner because i really liked him but knew itd be over if they couldnt get along. she loved him immediately but he still put in extra effort to win her over even more. we're getting married in a few months 😊 incomprehensible to not choose the wellbeing of your child over some egotistical brat
Exactly 💯 well said!!!!!!
Women choose their bf over their children all the time…you’re not special cause you can’t get a bf
The devastated father was absolutely right when he said, " the judge killed my daughter."
Completely agree!!!
100% true there are no words to describe the anger. I feel right now listening to the story about the judge, allowing this to happen., unbelievable!!!
Nope...the stupid aughter should have left years before
😢 poor parents so devistated
I agree that he should have been held in custody - no bail. However, I do not understand why Tierne went to his house alone, without protection. The law can only do so much, but if you go willingly to a dangerous mans house...
I was 17 and wasnt ready to take care of another womans toddler. THEN DONT DATE THE FATHER AND DEMAND HE DITCH THE BOY.
💯💯
You're 100% correct. That chick is an insecure monster!
@@_HimToo What anger was expressed toward the murderer? None. You can be baffled, but I’m not.
Because pedo
He killed his child and that young dumb chick needs to grow up both are marked for life as dolts bad eggs not super natural very in natural
Yea so sad rip little man 😢
all for an underaged and overweight teen. insane. and next year they both will likely be right back in each others arms.
Amén to that decree 📜 it’s in Jesus name 🔥🙏🏻🔥
The justice system is absolutely horrifying. They give these monsters a slap on the wrist and that's it😢
Bloody disgraceful it is.
I hope he has nightmares because of his stupid judgement!
Because these men in power are also psychopatic monsters, who knows what they do behind doors, they are still men and carry an animalistic nature that is "under control" when it comes to the public image. They are sick and parasitic entities.
Yes!! Judges should be held legally and financially accountable for their decisions;
That judge was disgusting with what he allowed Kevin to get away with
What a childish comment.
Sickening!
I thought I was the only one who felt like this 😣 10 years for taking a baby's life 😢
Makes my blood boil, and my heart ache. 💔😥
Yea…
If that had been my daughter the judge would be done in.
Came here to say that judge should 100% be held accountable!!
ABSOLUTELY!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬
10 years in prison for killing a child??? Absolutely despicable!!! That judge and jury should be ashamed of themselves!!!
A dog gets death I don't understand this
I thought abortion was legal?!?
@@JohnnySavinoSo it's the Parents fault for having the Child??
So, so many cases.
Yes, I hope the judge is no longer practicing. Incompetent imbecile!!!
Because they probably abuse their wives
You cant hold a judge accountable for something like that. People have the presumption of innocence & you can't scare judges into denying that! The problem here is that she went back to him. That's how she ended up in that basement! That is the issue here- when women are beaten down mentally to where they can't think straight & they go right back to their abusive partner. They need to be immediately deprogrammed! Why can't we focus on things that can truly help?... oh yeah, cuz no one wants to be called a victim blamer 🙄
There’s so much help out there for battered women. The help is out there, but you have to want it & admit you need help.
My thoughts exactly @Danica.Powell
EXACTLY!! Even the 2 that gave the child life doesn’t work out, just like in this case!
Hugs

@@InfamousFunkster "Nobody deserves to die but can you honestly say she didn't bring that on herself?"
Yes, we can.
Let me get this right. A man whose brakes failed him got 110 years in prison but these pure monsters get slaps on the wrist? Wow.

yup! the Cops and investigators do their jobs but remember..

She’s narcissist. You can tell the empty eyes and the personality of a dead fish.
“Another woman’s toddler,” is an interesting way to refer to a child.
you should see 9gag.
I agree, it is strange. She could have said my boyfriend's son. More apt IMO.

I agree as w child who grew up seeing her mother battered over and over not only by a sick father but by the legal system that couldn't care less😢.
The judge should have been removed from the bench and held in prison for life.
Yes. Him and the wife. Sheesh
I would have sued that Judge (Gary Gilman) in Tierne Ewing’s murder. Shame on him for giving the perpetrator more rights than his victim.
Unfortunately, now we see that bullshit more often than not. Violent career criminals with 20+ felonies released over and over just to create more victims. These people should never be released. They have already proven that they cannot be trusted in society.
This is very common among judges &prosecutors in liberal runned-to-the-ground areas.

Disturbing.
The family of DJ think he should be acquitted and released, are they kidding or what !

they must be deluded, he should spend at least 25 to 30 years inside for what he did to his own poor son, never mind them saying he should be acquitted on set free, silly sods

People view 17year olds as children, that is because we raised this generation very cocooned and sheltered..( living in the gaming and social media world isn't really living)
When I was 13 I began modelling and by the time I was 15 had more than enough of the industry and worked with my mother and different nightclubs for 5nights a week, came home had shower and after the breakfast of champions 2x coffees went to school up and while in university.
All the money I earned gave to my mother to help her and we all lived in prosperity
I was in a serious relationship by the time I was 16 and he was 21 ( he honestly didn't know and thought I was 18... At that time in my life I have played ,the I am 18card,since I was 13'years old)
I was more mature then, than when I was in my twenties or thirties unfortunately.
[Clarification, we owned a large brothel in Germany where the age of consent is 16 and my father had women aged between 45 and ofmcourse the prize winner 16 year old daughter of one of those women]
They stayed together until she was 24 and she left him for another brothel owner.
If that was my grandbaby that dude should tell them he doesn't want out he's safer in prison bullshit justice system 😢
I’m not sure, but it needs to be something.
it sounds like that judge wanted tierne to die what the hell

These freaking judges have a long history of turning the other way when it comes to protecting women and domestic violence. This judge literally sided with the perpetrator and downplayed the gravity of the situation. Leaving the victim powerless and no chance of getting justice. I bet if this was his daughter or sister or granddaughter he would use all his power to protect them. May she rest in peace

Sheesh, he would rather murder his own son than simply give the mother full custody ? That's horrible. He could have just gave him to his mother and had his 17 year old GF (for a bit) and been free. What a mess 💔
(Side note: California is full of Spanish and Indigenous names... La Jolla is Spanish and is pronounced like LA HOY-yuh 😊😊)
Of course Scott was involved! He was also charged &convicted for his son & wife’s murder. I feel like he would’ve also killed Amber if she met up with him before his arrest & attempt of going on the run.

It's disgusting
You didnt get the rest of the story...

The last video, she could of broke the cycle of abuse, by NOT HAVING CHILDREN !!!
I hated the way Marissa was smiling in her mug shots & and in the court room.No respect or remorse. They will love her in prison
DJ should have gotten much more time in prison for the murder of his son,Brendan.😡
Sounds like,in her mind, better her than them..🥺
I am so,so sorry to everyone that loves Tierne..❤
A very big Thank You to everyone that worked to pass this legislation in her name. This will save lives..to be sure!!
tierne Ewing - yes, I believe the judges decision resulted in her death. He should no longer be a judge. He was well informed
Absolutely. They didn’t need a new law for this, the judge could have kept him in jail because he was a repeat offender. The law was just an excuse to shield the stupid judge’s actions. He should have been impeached and removed from the bench.
The judge belongs in jail because his irresponsible ruling took Tierne's life.
You’re misplacing blame. She stayed for decades knowing he was a psychopath.
So crazy to me… can’t stop hearing about Chris Watts, but this is the very first I’ve heard about this case!
I agree with the dad. The judge is responsible for Tierneys death. He should step down 😢
Tierne is responsible for her own death, she went back to him.
@@brittanytucker7633 good point but ultimately he should not have been out on bond.
When the D is good, the D is good
Totally agree
Tierrne's family should sue the judge
Nope...she was complicit for not leaving years ago
So happy to hear when there is a survivor ❤ especially one that is able to channel their unfortunate experience and help others
Brendan’s story absolutely breaks my heart💔
What kind of psycho a$$ pos does this to any human?!? And a child! Sickening! Poor sweetie, but I'm so happy she's thriving 💖 💗
Jealous of a 3yr old baby??? 😮 lets hope *She* Never gives birth....!! Sicko!
Only ten years for the first guy. So sorry for the mother and the rest of the family. There is nothing a 3 year could do to be treated like that.
Wow Lori, you are amazing!!!!!
Yes, I agree with the dad that judge is responsible for her death. Judge should have kept him in jail.
She looks dead inside!
SHE wanted to open her "business" up to him. Because she is big and unattractive, an older guy who was a single father was all her sort could get.
May she rest in peace and that law is only a joke for her
Hang on, is nobody going to address the stupidity of your spelling?
The justice system allowed this monster bail????
This poor woman she told them how dangerous this maniac was yet his rights were more important then keeping this beautiful mother alive! Just heart wrenching. Do these judges realize they literally have the beating heart of a human being in their hands and their decisions can give a violent controlling husband the opportunity to kill his wife.
Wow @ julia that's sick .
How do you tell a man to choose between his child or a crusty dusty relationship . 🤢🤮 the first story literally made me sick
Minute 1....WTF? No panic, nothing. Immediate suspicion I would have passed onto the poolice about to attend
