After hearing the first story of Ashley's murder, finding out that Erica made Gracie eat dog #$/^, I couldn't listen anymore. That is the one of the most horrible instances of child abuse. It was so disgusting that I couldn't listen anymore. I think Erica deserves to be charged for the extreme abuse she heaped on Ashley's and Chad's daughter plus helping murder Ashley. She needs to be in prison for life. Erica is a stone cold psychopath.

The nerve of Erica putting her guilt on Ashley's family.A typical narsarcistic move. If the definition of evil is not her, then what is? They both deserve to spend the rest of their lives in prison! I am glad the judge kept the bond as it was. She don't deserve to live her life, Ashley didn't get that chance.
He didn't approve of her lifestyle; so theirs was better? Murderers and abusers????
Unless missed something, how did they even get custody of Gracie? How did Erica, get custody of Gracie after her Mom was murdered? How does Erica's husband have custody of his kids, and not his Mom. A total stranger, no blood, with living blood relatives. If they aren't fighting to get them, maybe they don't deserve to see them.

You cannot be a parent when it’s convenient for you. A child’s needs supersedes a parent’s wants everytime, and when you don’t honor that your life will reflect it. She gave up custody of her child and then when convenient she was immediately given it back. If a deadbeat dad tried this he’d be rightfully laughed out of the courtroom. Family court is a complete joke.

Everyone is talking smack about Ashley giving full custody to Chad to join the military. There are three requirements that must be met to enter the service if you've already had kids. 1.) You have to get married so your spouse can have custody, 2.) You have to give full custody to the opposite parent, or 3.) You have to give temporary custody to your immediate family for the duration of your enlistment.
Regardless of how heated the custody battle gets, there is no justification for ending someone's life. Domestic abuse is a horrific ordeal to go through whether it's physical, emotional, or psychological. Keep in mind that this woman is dead. Everyone is entitled to their opinions and views. But that doesn't mean you have to be venomous about it.

I belong to a small state called "Mizoram" in India. Our population isn't that big. As a true crime fan, After watching Homicide especially in America, I think from 1960 - 2023, people killed or murdered in America can be 1/3 of our population. It means 1/3 of my state population are killed in America..maybe half of our population???
I don't know why people like Christopher can't just move on? Did he killed her because she dumped her and his ego was hurt? I don't believe Christopher motive for killing Tanika. I don't think Christopher even had an ego...here in India, main reason for killing and throwing acid on a girl or a woman is because she had denied his love or dumping him for another man, "if I can't have you, no one can" is always the motive.

After training is done, technically, you can regain custody as long as you can prove the capability of being able to handle being a full time soldier and a single parent, but even now, it's more difficult than it should be. Actually it is. When we are disobedient and fail to honor the commandments of Adonai Yeshua Elohim HaMessiah sin couches at our door. I hear so many people blame Elohim for all the cruelty, murders, thefts, and hatred, as well as sickness and diseases but the true culprits are we ourselves.
If we live according to the will of Adonai Elohim HaMessiah none of that evil would be before us. I had to learn the hard way to accept the will of Adonai and I am diligently praying that others would become aware of our failure to receive correction.
Believe me it becomes a different world that one lives in and a difference in ones attitude when one lives according to the will of Elohim.
You learn one thing in particular that many of the victims and the families of these hateful crimes miss, Adonai warns you of whom and who not to trust. Shalom, L'hllel, Amen. Shalom, L'hllel, Amen.

Theirs entire sub division that come down on their heads & they don't want the hassle so instead of everyone bringing "white women" into this & possibly drive a wedge between us all let's talk about CRT that we SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAUGHT because we would all then realize that this is really institutionalized racism coming thru from centuries of repression as well. I am glad you're all finding your voices to speak out against this atrocity but again why make it sound like a privilege we finally have, when it was always a right we should have had but only wealthy upper class white women did❓️ It's also a right you all should have been able to use to help your loved ones as well. So maybe Chad was awful to Ashley but that doesn't mean he was a bad father. She gave him custody of her while she was in the military so I don't think he was a bad father so why did she just decide that he suddenly couldn't see his daughter? Just because she wasn't getting on with him doesn't mean that he would treat his daughter like crap. Considering he basically committed murder for her, he must love his daughter. The real victims are Ashley, first and foremost, and Chad, Ashley, and Erica’s family. I can’t believe Erica could say, “No matter what they thought they heard on the tape…”. It’s on the tape for all to hear that she did her part and was not remorseful. Her retrial is such a sham. She just wanted bail lowered so she could have a normal life while waiting for her trial which could take years. I saw her cry hard when her bond was maintained at $2 million. That was her real desire and reason for the retrial. What a loser.

The statute placed on age in court cases was put in place for a strong reason. Josh was well below the age of an adult and should have never been sentenced to life without parole! They have a juvenile life sentence in some states which purples kids at 21. What happened was tragic and horrific but he lacked the skills to problem solve and it’s not fully known the extent of his relationship with his father. The fear was obviously real. We need to stop allowing our government to throw out children away.

I can see why the father got so upset because the system just be awarding the kids to the mother, without thinking twice even after the father invest so much into his child

Maybe Ashley and Chad's daughter didn't want to live with her father anymore. He was abusive to her mother, maybe he was abusing her too. Soldiers aren't allowed to enter the military as a single mother. You have to legally give custody to the other parent or a grandparent before they let you enlist.

His mom only then pulls out her proof of the girls part in the death via the tape recording. So essentially she sat on evidence for a number years. How in the hell does she then become the little boys caregiver?!? She actively covered up aspects of that poor sweet little boys mother's death. Why isnt she going to jail too??

As a man you gotta have a better job better home better environment better support system no roommates etc just to get joint custody that’s BULLSHIT. A woman can live in the projects not apply for a job in years get food stamps etc and still get joint or full custody then the father has to pay child support it all bullshit. Good men deserve all the same rights to a child as women. It’s been proven single fathers raise better kids than single mothers. Full joint custody should be mandatory until it’s proven one isn’t capable. Again Free Chad

It's kind of odd to me that nobody really questioned whether or not the body found in the fire in the last case was actually Bell or not. One they pointed out that the body was shorter and that it did not fit the proper description as well as the fact that the face was removed which would not allow them to identify her properly. And who's to say that she didn't somehow get to her dentist to lie and say that that was her teeth in the fire especially considering she has all of these dead bodies piled up she could have used this to threaten him into compliance under threat of his or his loved ones lives. So my question would be are there any other similar situations that happened after this case occurred anywhere else that could be explained by her still being active and alive

Going to America used to be my dream, I really want to go to America and see the beautiful country especially the Grand Canyon....but as a true crime fan, after watching True Crime videos and seeing so many killings and murders and people being shot just because you don't have money to give them and tourist being robbed and kill, I lost all excitement visiting America. In America you can be killed in sec. , so many shootings as everyone is carrying guns legal or illegally and if come face to face with a crazy racist carrying gun, I don't wanna end up dead in foreign land. I'm really afraid of cops too because they can arrest and make some kind of case against us or get shot if you don't know the rules just like seeing many shootings by cops when they stop African-American driving and in a few seconds they are killed and shot. I don't want to be robbed and shot at, the moment you step on American soil or get robbed by taxi drivers if they know it's my first time visiting America. America is full with crazy people who carries gun and willing to shoot you if you don't give them what they want. Maybe it's not the same or maybe different from what I see and hear through true crime channels on UA-cam but one thing is true, people get killed and shot every day. From my point of view, the reason for high crime rate in American cities is because of too many illegal immigrants. Too many homeless people, addicted to substances carrying guns and ready to rob anyone. I'm not against migrants or immigrants. I know there are many Indians too but though I'm Indian, our looks or face is very different from other Indians. We look more like Chinese, Thai, Phillipino etc. and that's why we face many racism in other Indian states and cities.
But one day, I will surely visit America before I die, I hope I can get enough money so that I can visit America and watch at least one concert of my favourite bands like Gn'R, Metallica or any other rock bands of the 80's and 90's.
