Very awesome i grow up in the town lived there for 30 years 3 years ago i moved to heerlen near Maastricht and i dont regret it but after seeing your video it brought back good memories where you was visiting the silver museum thats where i lived nearby thx for the video ❤
translation - the two-wheeler called "scooter" in (US) English, is called "step" or "autoped" in Dutch
That's true, Myra was saying it a 'Step' but I was calling it a 'Scooter'(may be convinced her indirectly to say Scooter) haha

Tompouche: remove the top part and place it on the bottom. (Pink glaze will help it stick). Now you can just cut through it with a fork/knife or just pick it up and it it from your hand.

Toen ik nederlands bezocht, ging ik naar Rotterdam- bij de Doelen voor eene jazz concert. Mijne dochter is met krachtig intersse voor de historie zo wij bezocht ook Huisdoorn- de laaste woning van de duitse keizer Wilhelm II. Zij spreken geen engels bij Huisdoorn. Maar, mijn duits is heel beter als mijn nederlands, zo wij hebben de duits ronde gedaan. Zo, ja, snap ik- da zijn andere plaatse dan Amsterdam. - and to English, because i'm finding this sentence in my nascent nederlands too difficult to kraft- I would like to visit many other places in the Netherlands, though not Amsterdam. Places that typical tourists do not frequent. Between German and Dutch, I think I'll do OK. My current teacher and her fiance live in the Hague, so I will visit there, and my first teacher is from Nijmegen so a visit to her also. Your videos are very nice and help me to discover places I might like to see. Perhaps you can visit Groningen and maybe do a waddenloop- walking across the waddenzee at low tide to one of the Friesiche eilanden. Spreek je alsjeblief meer nederlands zodat ik de taal beter leren kun....tot straks
Als Schoonhovenaar valt het mij op dat met name de 'touristic parts' zijn gefilmd.
Dat kan heel goed kloppen 😉 maar ik denk dat een toerist hier ook het meest blij van wordt

Ik vind het grappig hoe Adi de nederlands "sch" geluid in "schoonhoven" probiert. Snap ik. Ik vind dat lastiger als de nederlands "g", en werk hard aan de juist uitspraak. Ik ben kleine, gelijkmatig vooruitgang boeken. Eindelijk....
