Wait, so you're trying to address sexism by using a term which inverted you'd call sexist (woman-splaining) Actually call out the attributes you have a problem with as opposed to implying that "men" as a whole are wrongful just by the act of explaining something, which fundamentally is a basic and common act. Yes some - certainly many - men are particularly inappropriate in their interactions with women, but the term "mans-plaining" waters the issue down to the equivalent of "shut up, men". Which is an offensive attitude and generalization in its own right. Sorry but you don't beat racism with racial-bias, you don't beat sexism with gender-bias.
I work with a lot of women, many of them come to work and start bossing everyone around including the supervisors. They have with this sense of entitlement, expecting all their demands and accommodations to be met. They'll get furious if they're demands are ignored or passed off.
The message was poorly conveyed, wish they were more assertive however it made sense about pressure to outperform when there is unconscious bias against non traditional identity to perform a job usually done by dominant identity. However, you can't blame straight white males for that.
Hilarious........they need mansplaining to tell them how to act. They should be grateful some men are still willing to 'splain it to them. In reality the mansplaining card is a get out of being wrong card. When proven wrong just play the mansplaining card that way even though you're wrong you get to pretend you've been attacked. It's just a variation on the victim card.
where are they on the construction sites and in the coal mines? Once there suicide rate is equal we talk again. What these "woman" want is that MEN DO THE WORK FOR THEM.
"the best way you're going to connect with someone" in a poorly illuminated room with fuzzy picture. Does it really takes a man to explain her about "backlight" ? Get it right for yourself first then complain.
Mgtow!

Imagine having so little to worry about that you cry about things that are mostly non-existent and trying to be the victim as hard as you can.
