Copilot is a Service Autopilot clone, even some of the pages like service metric have the exact 'help' wording.

I am not sure what you mean. If the blade is bent in any way, the blade is no good and must be removed and thrown away. If the blade is not sitting straight on the sharpener jig, you will mess up the angle and grind of the blade. The blade should always be straight. Thanks for watching and commenting!
I just purchased the same 32 stairs. gonna try it out this year and see how it goes.
I would add that you should clean the entire face of the blade clear of dried lawn grass from the blade before balancing it.
God bless you, my friend
You can't beat how clean a blower makes it. If you maintain a property a backpack leaf blower is nice to have
What truck do you have?
Did you ever had a problem with the togger switch getting in between your hands or handles or ECS CONTROLS causing problems?
Its been 2 years we need reviews
Did you ever had any problems
You should get a f250 extended cab long box and put a ramp rack on it then get bigger plow and small salter to make you more money and make you more efficient and profitable
When is the back Thanksgiving business?
Hi
Spinning it with your hand first was smart thumbs up 👍🏿
Hi
ive clear dirt and gravel hills mine, id imagine it have no issues with snow
Do double blades cause more wear and tear ?
According to the site I got them, Ballard-inc.com, they do not increase wear as long as you engage them at half throttle and then power up to full throttle. I have used them pretty much all year with mowing grass. We will see how the mowers are before we bring them out next year for mowing. Thanks for watching and commenting!
When you go back to lawn mowing, are you going to put your blower rack back on your trailer?
Of course. Having it out of the truck bed helps eliminate it rolling around and breaking/getting damaged and getting super hot to where it is really tough starting it. Thanks for watching and commenting!
@ ok
What machine was that u were pushing at 3:38
It's a Billy Goat leaf vacuum. Thanks for watching and commenting!
why are p4p hours less than clocked hours?
Timestamp? I briefly watched the video again and I don't see his actual hours more than P4P. His actual hours worked is 29.75 and his P4P adjusted hours are 35.3 @9:30
say you charge a homeowner $100/mow. Is $100 your labor revenue?
Your labor revenue is the amount of money the job generates divided by the amount of people on the job. If you are the only one on that $100 mow job, then your labor revenue is $100. If you have 2 people on that job, then each persons labor revenue is $50. I hope that makes sense. Thanks for watching and commenting!
@@LawnCareNinja so it's revenue per worker
Another way to say it, yes.
The smaller Wright machine is a Stander B “32” or “36”? If is a “32” whats the horse power? I haven’t seen one with that type of air filter!!
What the engine size and How much extra you paid for that? I already have a stander x 48 and looking for a 36 or 32 for small gates but I don’t want to get less than 18 horse power
It's a 32" Stander B and according to the website the HP is 19. Plenty powerful for the type of lawns I use it on. Thanks for watching and commenting!
I think I paid around $7,700 for the 32" and around $11,000 for the 48" Stander X. The website says the engine for the 32" I bought is a Kawasaki FX600E 19HP.
What area. Are you in
I’ve seen that same set up in my area
I'm in Denver, CO. Thanks for watching and commenting!
If you see them again, you should tell them it is a great setup!
@ the guy must be very inspired by you
Hey man, any thoughts on the wright zk? Have you demoed it?
I have no thoughts on it other than if you have the yards to support the size of it, Wright is a great brand and I am sure it's amazing. My yards would not support a sit down mower, so I have not demoed it and probably won't unless I get some bigger yards farther south in Denver. But that may be a few years away. Thanks for watching and commenting!
@@LawnCareNinja ah, if you do demo one or an lg make a video on it 👀
I will for sure do a video, but again, my yards are on the smaller side so it is unlikely.
love these videos, and the screen in the truck, makes the interior much more functional
Thanks for watching and commenting! The screen is nice but it has some issues that annoy me.
When you mark the heavy end, why not mark it where you sharpen it? You will grind away the marker when sharpening and leaving it on the blade portion that doesn't get ground can be a problem if you over-sharpen it and then have to mark the other end that needs to be re-ground because now you have two marks to decide on when something distracts you. You forget which mark you did last. Unless you are going to add numbers or Roman numerals to each side marked?
That's actually a good idea and something I may end up doing now that you bring it up! I have in the past just made another mark if needed, so I will see 2 or more marks on the side I need to take more metal off. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Snow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😱
A LOT OF SNOW! Thanks for watching and commenting!
My favorite Billy goat vacuum
It works very good and I am happy I bought it. Thanks for watching and commenting!
@@LawnCareNinja your welcome
Amazing video!
Thanks for watching and commenting!
The Billy Goat is awesome!
Yes they are! Thanks for watching and commenting!
I still like that you sometimes put your blower in the pick up bed
I have to now since I took off the blower rack. Thanks for watching and commenting!
@lawnCareNinja you can also put stuff around the blower so that it doesn’t move around
Hey 👋
Thanks for watching and commenting!
Wanting to leave the customer factor because its convoluted even after 4 years.. I want something better for automation and followups. I'm debating between copilot and jobber. Do you recommend jobber currently if you had to pick today?
Automations worked great for me early 2023. Then they changed them all and made all that effort I spent creating them worthless. I haven't dealt automations since really as it made me upset. I would recommend Yardbook but as far as I know they do not have automations. I would not recommend Copilot yet. There are still features promised last year that have not yet been implemented. I don't know much about Jobber. Hopefully that helps, even if just a little. Thanks for watching and commenting!
@LawnCareNinja perfect we are a few days into our 2 week jobber trail and liking it so far probably going to stick with them until copilot is where they should be. It's going to cost a lot either way probably spending $3k a year on the jobber plan
I've got 1 1/2 acres of yard that gets covered in leaves. Wondering how much easier it would be to have one of these. I have a bagger on my riding lawnmower but it doesn't much fine enough.
This machine could do it for sure, but it would take awhile to go over that 1.5 acre yard. You would have a literal ton of debris you would have to dump or recycle, but maybe you already do that. Since it mulches the leaves so well, the debris can get very heavy, though it does a very good job of compacting the size of the leaves down to really tiny parts. Do you have mulching blades on the mower? Have you heard of X-Blades? I think your best bet would be to get X-Blades and mulch it back into the lawn. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Awesome vid
I appreciate you watching and commenting!
I highly recommend putting your leaf blower in the pick up truck bed because number one. It looks better number two. You obviously have the space and number three. You’ll never know if it could fall off of the latch on the trailer. The weed eaters are better to latch because they’re longer and lighter.
The blower is secured in the Equipment Defender rack, so I am not sure what you are talking about it falling off. I want to keep it out of the truck bed so it doesn't roll around. Having worked for other companies for over a decade, most broken or damaged equipment came from them just sitting in the truck bed. I do appreciate your concern and for watching and commenting!
OK. I usually do what’s best for me too. Have a good day!
Would a stander 34 fit on a taco?
Maybe a burrito, I think taco's are too small and fragile.... /s You are only limited by the size of your truck bed, so if the truck bed between the wheel wells is less than 34", I doubt you could. Most trucks seem to fit 32" standers fine, what company makes 34" mowers? That seems like a strange measurement for a mower. Thanks for watching and commenting!
@@LawnCareNinja thanks for the response and I meant a 36.
You're welcome. Measure the wheel wells, 36 might be tight but you could maybe make it work by having it towards the back of the truck bed with your smaller equipment towards the front.
Robert finally showed up
hahahaha! Indeed he did! Thanks for watching and commenting!
I like the stand on personally there good mowers
Really good mowers. Fast, cut well and comfortable to stand on and use. Thanks for watching and commenting!

Hi
Hello. Thanks for watching and commenting!
@@LawnCareNinja yup.
I have a question How do I transfer my messages from message+ to Google messages without losing all my contacts?
I have no idea and this isn't the channel to ask that on. Try Google. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Are most of your days around 3hrs work? If solo operator only with basic equipment do you think could support family off of similar?
If I am solo, my days are around 5-6 hours. They are longer in the spring due to grass being longer and usually shorter once the heat comes in and slows the growth. You can do over $100K solo. I hope to double my route next year as I can support it with another person helping me. Thanks for watching and commenting!
@@LawnCareNinja legend great to know! I’ll try find a vid of yours on quoting but as a basic idea do you base most of your quotes off of area or hours? Or depends on each property I guess
It kinda depends on the property. My minimum mowing charge is $44, so make sure you have minimums for EVERY service you offer. My big Wednesday property I charge a higher amount due to the lawn size and the fact that I blow off all hard surfaces like driveways and patios for all my customers. I want them to feel they are getting value for the price they pay, so adding stuff like blowing off surfaces gives them perceived value, allowing me to charge a little bit more. I have been doing this for a long time so I just know how long a yard may take. I try and hit my per man hour rate on every single job I do and I have an Efficiency Score that I keep track of to make sure the overall route is profitable, that includes drive time and other stops we may have like gas or whatever. I do have a video on it I think.... ua-cam.com/video/72VuENK8Fro/v-deo.html
Looking good!
