This video is one of the million reasons you’re the only workout person I stick with. I have carpal tunnel in one of my wrists so certain things are harder for me and the alternatives you give are a life saver. I’m gonna have surgery this summer and I wish I could get special workouts from you so I don’t have to take a break from working out.

So happy I found you! I was stressed out about getting back into shape and hesitated with other routines because of my knee damage- I just always felt like when I exercised, it only hurt in my knees and didn't work the intended muscle. You help me understand exactly what actions I need to implement to feel that muscle worked and, you do it in a way that's greatly helped me with my form and makes me feel safer working out! Thanks for always providing great warm ups, cool downs and instructions, you're wonderful!
I really wish your workouts included a warm up and cool down. But it was really nice that this one had modifications for people with wrist problems. That was really helpful.

Thank you for making this a low impact exercise video because I have arthritic knees. The deep squats and lungs were too painful on my knees. Can you please suggest a modification for them?
