@@ManofOneGod nope you are the one who did not read carefully, I said almost the same, Sukuinage and Aikiotoshi. Judo and Aikido have various shared techniques and you would have known that from their history. Infact Judo does not have a monopoly on this technique as Chinese martial arts also have this concept throw as well.

Depends. In traditional Judo, yes. In the current Olympic Judo rules, no. Some places train leg techniques regularly, some occasionally, and some not at all.

Te Guruma isnt a version sukui nage only the first one is sukui nage

It was initially a version of it before it became it's own throw. Te guruma still has the scooping element in it for it to be called Sukui Nage.

Because Judo been a martial long before IJF denature it with its regulation. And this is still legal in other federation like Ju-Jitsu International Federation.

Because there is more to Judo than IJF competitions. There are a lot of techniques in kata that are too dangerous to do in randori or shiai but are still very effective Judo techniques.
