interesting video, though a funny thing is, i'm vegan and this is not only how i eat normally (in terms of ratios) but you are actually eating lower carb and lower sugar in this experiment than i normally eat. i typically get about 20% protein, 70% carb, 10% fat, and a lot of the carb is sugars (not added sugars, but natural sugars found in fruit, e.g. i might eat 4 bananas and 2 cups of blueberries a day, plus a few peaches and mandarin oranges, add a bunch of raisins to my oatmeal, etc.). so i just found it amusing that your 'high sugar' experiment is lower in sugar than the way i normally eat.
