    Ingredients:
    2 Russet potatoes
    2 Green onions (scallions)
    Olive Oil
    1 Tablespoon butter
    3 Strips bacon
    1/4 cup Shredded cheese (cheddar)
    Salt & pepper to taste
    Directions:
    Rinse and dry potatoes
    Brush with olive oil
Preheat Weber Q on high for 10 minutes
With potatoes on roasting rack and shield, place on grill
Cook for 1 hour (until fork tender) on Medium heat (400° F / 204° C) with lid closed
Remove potatoes from Weber Q when fork tender
Rest for 10-15 minutes until cool enough to handle
Using spoon, remove flesh from potatoes, trying not to rip skins
Mix together half-and-half, butter and potatoes with a fork
Add scallions (chopped), bacon, cheese, salt and pepper
    Mix
Add mixture to hollowed-out potato skins
    Top with cheese
Return to Weber Q for 15-20 minutes over Medium heat with lid closed.
Serve with Sour Cream and a Steak!
    Enjoy!

Made these last night. So good. The day before I made the chicken, and I two days ago, the chicken kebab. Two weeks ago I was looking for a gas grill. Found you on UA-cam, and now I have a Weber q1200 and everything that goes along with it. And I love. Thank you so much for a great channel. 😋

    Thanks for being a great Q advocate, don’t have a 100 type series, but own a Q220, a 300, and a 320. Weber really designed a great gasser

Hello from New Zealand. Going to have to give these a try as they look awesome! Had my q2200 about a week now. Love how it works as an oven as much as a grill.

Sounds great. Will be grilling on my new Webber Q 2200 this evening. First time on this grill. I’m using your baby back rib video as my guide. Thanks.
