Even if you didn't do a cam swap wouldn't a higher stall torque converter help a bunch for off-roading, bigget tires , etc? I would think that it would.
Generally you want a smaller converter for rock crawling 4X4 ing. If you are speeding through mud high rpm’s as fast as possible then yes a bigger stall. But the bigger the stall the more heat to the tranny. So get the best trans cooler you can afford. Or you will grenade your transmission real quick.
How did the converter work for you? I’m looking at same one for Jeep.
new converter ought to make a big differance
