    What you described about not being able to hit a bandeja one day and then suddenly being able to the next is such a real thing. It always amazes me how once my body feels how something is supposed to work, I can quickly repeat the feeling and work it into my game. Last Friday I got the feel for hitting backspin on harder forehand and backhand volleys and it felt like a breakthrough :)

      Yeh absolutely! It just shows you practise and hard work pays off

    Totally exhausted after that, as I am sure you were. Great video..... once again. Tip 7 is SO important and one that you rarely see. "Tell your partner where you are going to serve". (A) it makes it easier for him/her to read the return and (B) It prevents you from changing your mind at the last second.... which usually results in a fault. Tip 49 is huge as well!!!

    No matter how many videos i see about the bandeja, i can't make that shot consistently. I train once a week and play 2 to 4 matches in a week since the last 3 months.
    Anyway, great tips! You gained a follow.

      it is so hard bro, you gotta keep going though, also, when you do the warm up, just take like 15 bandejas rather than warming up your other shots because that will help as well before every match if you practise it

      @@EverythingPadel Trying to work the bandeja into my game and it definitely takes some time to get a feel for it. When I'm practicing, the main thing I'm paying attention to to judge if it was a bandeja or not is that it bounces low of the glass, instead of up. Is that a good marker or is there anything else I should look for?

      @@nicky-hajal thats a great idea, if the bandeja stays low, you have probably hit it well with good spin, and it keeps the opponents back and struggling!

    Thanks for the great advice!! For a beginner, which would you recommend out of these: (1) Dunlop Aero Star Lite (2) Head Flash Pro (3) Adidas RX200 Light (4) Adidas Drive 3.1. I play more strategically, so control is slightly more important. Thanks a lot mate!

      Hey mostafa ! Sorry I missed this

    • @EverythingPadel
      @EverythingPadel  2 роки тому +1

      Adidas RX200 light would be my recommendation if is the best for control, nice comfort as well. All of the rackets are good but, the adidas RX is really good for control and volleys

    Another tip: always look where you are on the court when you (and your team mate) lose a point. More often than not you're somewhere you're not supposed to be as a beginner/intermediate. This will improve your awareness.

    As a padel coach myself, a lot of those “tips” are missleading for the begginer players and will cause problems in their game or even injuries in some cases. Try to be a little bit more reserve when giving tips since you are not a padel coach or even an advance player. Giving bad tips even with the best intentions can cause harm in new players

    • @EverythingPadel
      @EverythingPadel  2 роки тому +2

      I used to be padel coach for 2 years, played the game for nearly 4, can you give an example of which tips are "missleading" or would "cause problems and injuries" ?

      @@EverythingPadel there is a difference between padel coach and giving padel lessons. All about giving spin to the ball, the smashing and your technique overall is completely flawed for people that will try to replicate

    • @EverythingPadel
      @EverythingPadel  2 роки тому +2

      Haha okay, so I am not a padel coach then, I just give padel lessons.
      I want to learn from you, which tips are flawed? How is adding spin to ball flawed? Are you saying it is impossible for beginners to learn spin? Which parts of the smash technique are wrong?
