This is not a normal BG Sextet, but is drawn from members of the Tucson Symphony, not top-notch jazzmen. There is a definite difference. Earlier on this local broadcast BG played Mozart and Weber.
Where did you find this recording? I remember being at this concert when I was a very young boy. I believe the rhythm section was Tom Pattric on drums, Art Pepin on bass, and my dad, Archie Parrott on piano. It might be Wayne Webb on trombone.
