Sara, each time I watch you paint I am so inspired to try new things. The way you marry different colors together and work with a pallet knife is amazing. I would of never imagined the colors you used would have made such a beautiful painting. Your artistic vision is amazing.
I just love the combination of the pearl technique with bloom colors and CA. That palette is gorgeous anyway but the vibrancy is what is so stunning. Just beautiful! I’m looking forward to more of these. ❤

Omgosh you know what it reminds me of some sort of large beautiful bird with all these gorgeous colors in a large full tail? I don't know if that makes sense cause i seen a side profile of a parot or lg beautiful bird with its gorgeous wings rolling over each wing full of color! Sometimes i can stare at paintings and see so many objects, animals and Angels ect . I Luv watching how you use your pallett knifes and other tools to create a unique beautiful painting. OH!! WOW Sara. The first thing I noticed when this was dried besides it`s AWESOMENESS!! was that the colours a very Renaissance colours. I love it, it has a pull on my eagerness to explore, and travel inside it`s beauty (my kind of ART!!).

😲 wow. Just. Wow. Its like your flashlight finding gemstones coming out through the earth in a cave. I REALLY cant wait to see the big version.... i strongly recommend you hide this from yourself for a bit and look at with fresh eyes, i cannot imagine a reason you arent in love with this
It’s so funny, you say this, Alexandria! I came back to it a few days later, and looked at it completely differently. I was being too self critical, which we tend to do as artists… Right! Thanks for your support, I really felt it.
@SaraTaylor good! It's difficult not to get wrapped up in a particular vision you have for a piece. Your intuition is just that. Sometimes the paint tells you what it wants, even though you don't always see it at first. It's great you just go with it. I wish I knew how to let go like you do! Happy holidays, Sara!
