    I took Home Economics and Sewing (US) 40 years ago ..I didn't sew much while my own children were growing up - but have wanted to do so for me grandchildren... This refresher course was spot-on and at the perfect time! Thank You!

    ......it is a lovely understated colour. Your videos are inspirational and a delight to watch, however Alfie is conspicuous by his abscence.

    Hello debbie, May i know which foot is used for stitching bags/totes/handbags with biasing/interfacing...I have "SINGER 9960" machine.

      For the most part I just use a standard foot, for multiple layers a walking foot is useful, and for thicker fabric don't forget to change your needle for a denim needle as they are stronger than the universal ones. Hope that helps!

      Try Amazon, John Lewis, Abakhan, and many of the independent stores, they're readily available,

    I have a clear foot that has the letter K on it. I have no idea what it's for. It has a clear plastic screw on the side and has one leg shorter than the other. Also the shorter leg is a little higher. I have checked on line all over and I can't find anything that looks like it.

      +Melatina77 What machine do you have?

    • @Melatina77
      @Melatina77 9 років тому

      debbie shore That foot was from either my Brother which over 40 years old or my Kenmore which is over 25 years old. They both use the same feet so I have them all together.
