- [GIVEAWAY CLOSED] I had the luck to pre-order the Noodler's Ink special release "Holly" fountain pen ink! It arrived today from Dromgoole's, packaged quite nicely, and safe. i was really excited for this ink as I tend to really enjoy Grinch themed, or inspired by Christmas things. Having a Grinch inspired ink is such a fun idea! This ink is a lovely green color and boasts a "red carmine halo." I found that this ink showed up a little more blue on the Tomoe River paper, while the Onion Skin paper looked a little more on the green side. This ink seems to be on the wet side, almost watery. It is a lovely consistency in my Vanishing Point medium nib pen. I am really enjoying writing in manuscript while this ink! It looks great and the consistency is pleasant.
GIVEAWAY RULES!
I will be giving away one bottle of Noodler's "Holly" ink to one lucky winner!
1. Just comment about your favorite ink below!
2. The contest runs through Christmas Eve, December 24th 2022.
3. I will tag the winner in the comment section to notify.
This contest is given by me and is not sponsored in anyway.
Supplies Used:
Pilot Vanishing Point "Stripes" (Medium Nib)
Tomoe River Paper Notebook (Gouletpens.com)
Onion Skin Paper Notepad
My favorite ink is Noodler’s El Lawrence. It looks like old motor oil.
That one is on my list to try!
This looks like a very unique dark teal! My personal favorite Noodler’s ink at the moment is Noodler’s X-Feather Blue, although with the bottles I currently have, I’ve found myself using the most of Noodler’s Red Black this year! I will also give an honorable mention to Noodler’s Baystate Blue even though I’m too afraid to use it in anything other than my Platinum Preppy 😅 Happy Holidays!
Great ink choices! Happy holidays to you too!
I keep a kakuno set aside for baystate blue because it’s my favorite vivid blue. The extra fine nib controls it from eating through paper.
Didn't expect such a teal but it's a gorgeous color. My favorite Noodlers ink at the moment is Pecan! It's a lovely rich golden-brown. Thanks so much for the giveaway!
Pecan is such a gorgeous brown! I love it!
A favorite Noodler’s ink? Not so easy to pick just one! Of the Noodler’s inks I’ve tried in 2022 though, I’d have to go with “Nightshade” as my current favorite. It’s such an intriguing color - I can’t stop looking at it! Runners-up are Heart of Darkness, X-Feather Blue, and Cayenne.
I haven't tried "Nightshade" yet! Will have to add to my wishlist!
The Noodler's Holly is gorgeous! Because of your channel my current favorite Noodler's ink is Dark Matter. Thank you for sharing!
Yay! That is my favorite too!
I've been crushing recently on my Lamy Agate - it flows absolutely effortlessly, and is such a comfortable dark gray. Very wintry!
Ooooooo sounds gorgeous!
My favorite ink is the Fountain Pen Hospital's exclusive Noodler's Ellis Island blue-black. It's a beautiful ink and it was reverse engineered from the ink that was used at Ellis Island. I highly recommend trying it out if you haven't. Merry Christmas.
What?? Another Noodler’s ink I haven’t heard of??
They also have Noodler's Manhattan Black, Subway Sepia, Manhattan Blue, and Henry Hudson Blue but I've only tried Ellis Island.
@@wayneslade5968 that’s awesome! I do not need any more ink. I do not need any more ink. :-)
I DEFINITELY need to add these to my wishlist!!!
What an interesting color! On onion skin paper it's coming off as very teal, but the Tomoe river paper is giving some almost chromashading vibes.
Right now I think my favorite ink is tied between Noodler's borealis black and Diamine oxblood.
Oooooo two good inks for sure!
My favorite ink is vert empire! I love all green and brown inks. As a matter of fact, I picked up an ink based on your likes. I went to my first fountain pen show, in Detroit. I was able to find the Rome burning, before the name change! I love it!
Nice! Rome Burning was such a fantastic label.
Oooh, that's really pretty! My favorite ink is Sailor Byakuya, because of the interesting color variation (it's a multi-shader). It's a bit too light to use for everyday use, though!
Ah, I will have to check it out!
When Anderson Pens was liquidating their Noodler's I was late to the party but managed to snag a bunch of samples. They were selling the 3 oz. bottles at ~$4/per, which is a shame to have missed, but the samples assuaged my FOMO. In that bunch of almost random sample selections there were a few true beauties, my favorite of which was Noodler's Saguaro Wine. The color and performance of the ink match my Lamy Studio perfectly. The vivid magenta pops off of white paper and is the right combination of colorful and legible. I'm a fairly masculine man who was hesitant to use it in letters meant for others to read, but realized that it's a color that should be shared. I've gotten positive feedback.
I haven't tried that one!
Favorite Noodler's is Lexington Grey. But favorite overall is a custom mix of Rohrer & Klingner SketchINK Lilly + Carmen. It makes a great sepia that I've been loving for my watercolor ink and wash projects
Ooooooo...custom mix! How neat!
interesting variation in color reads on different paper. I love and regularly use several wonderful Noodler's inks. Navajo Turquoise, Apache Sunset are usually in a pen. I have a half dozen or so. I enjoy your channel.
Fantastic ink choices! I'm glad you're enjoying the channel!
Lovely ink! I don't have many Noodler's inks. My favorite ink lately is Taccia Nana Murasaki. It's a lovely purple.
❤️
I have several bottles of Noodler's ink that I enjoy: Walnut, Habanero, Cactus Fruit, Midway Blue, Ottoman's Rose, BSAR, Squeteague and Baystate Blue. But the ink I use most often, so It's probably my favorite, is Army Green. I find it to be very easy on the eyes. When I run a paper chromatography it has the most complex mix of colors -- yellows, blues, pinks. Happy Holidays.
What a fantastic collection!
My favorite in has got to be Noodlers Baystate Blue. So rich and vibrant. My go to for everything.
👏
This is a lovely color! My favorite ink is currently Ferris Wheel Press Peter Moss. There are so many colors to love. Thanks for the opportunity to win this generous bottle! Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas!❤️
Very nice demo of this limited edition ink.
I've enjoyed using Noodler's Kung Te-cheng for it's rich, deep indigo - as well as the historic significance behind it.
Thank you! Good ink choice!
What an awesome color ink. Curious if you have tried my favorite ink, Noodler’s 54th Massachusetts. Love the color of the ink and appreciate Noodler naming an ink after a historic unit from the Civil War. The history behind the 54th Massachusetts infantry regiment is quite interesting if you happen to be a history nut.
In deciding between that and the very similar Air-Corp Blue-Black, the main point of distinction was that Air-Corp is a bit more lubricated. Does 54th run dry in your pens?
@@azzgunther I have both and the Air Corps ink definitely is more wet, but the 54th is wet or dry depending on the pen.
I haven't tried that one yet! It seems to be a big favorite. I've been hoping Nathan would do some southern inspired Civil War inks too. I'd love to see what historical reference he would pick for it.
My favorite Noodler’s Ink is Southwest Sunset! It reminds me of of my beloved Arizona!
❤️
I have not yet tried any Noodler's inks since I just fell down the rabbit hole at the beginning of October, but so far Diamine Earl Gray is a favorite. It's alway inked in one of my pens.
Welcome to the fountain pen and ink world! Earl Gray is a lovely color ink!
My children would love that ink. My favorite ink is Noodler's Zhivago. the black green is subtle and wonderful.
Zhivago is such a lovely color! I have a friend who uses it as one of their top two inks.
Noodler’s is my favorite brand as well. They kind of have all that I need in terms of color. My first Noodler’s bottle is still my favorite color of all of my inks: Antietam.
👍❤️
Thank you for such a sweet giveaway, this is a gorgeous color!
My favorite ink is probably Papier plume moss green. I recently also fell hard for BPC Whiskey Rebellion Bourbon, a warm brown that shades beautifully! Ask tomorrow and I’ll probably tell you about the next favorite!
Happy holidays - Dag 💕🖋🎄🌟
❤️❤️❤️
Southwest Sunset is my favourite, I just love the shading on it.
It is a stunner!
My favourite ink so far is Diamine Inkvent Blue Edition Polar Glow! I like Noodler’s inks as well. I would love to win the Noodler’s Holly! Thank you!
❤️
Nice color. My favorite Noodler’s ink so far and I’ve only tried 5 is Air Corp Blue Black. There’s something about the blue black that gives me a feeling that I’m reading some old paperwork from the war and has a very nostalgic appearance. Hard to explain but I think it’s the way it sort of shades and the color itself is very pleasing to me. I have my cheap Charlie pen that came with a large bottle and the combination of that nib and the Air Corp just blew me away for some reason. I haven’t tried any other blue blacks so maybe this is just a blue black thing but for now I adore Air Corp Blue Black from Noodler’s. My non Noodler’s fav ink so far is Ox Blood from Diamine. Satisfies one’s need for a powerhouse red and brown at the same time.
Very good inks! I haven't tried Air Corp Blue Black yet!
Merry Christmas Logan.
My favorite ink (currently) is Jacques Herbin Shogun, although I would have loved to try Ferris Wheel Press Roaring Patina if it wasn’t so hard to find.
Happy holidays!
Merry Christmas!
I just got into the fountain pen world and only have one noodlers ink, black, the original one I think. And definitely need more of them! So far my favorite inks have been grey, like pencil grey. I'm currently using Moonstone by Edelstein Pelikan and love it!
You should definitely try Noodler’s Lexington Gray. It looks exactly like a pencil and it’s waterproof.
Welcome to the fountain pen and ink world! Good luck with your collection! If it's anything like mine, it will grow!
Getting your fountain pens to look like pencil. Very meta.
I have always loved Dark Matter. I would have never thought that a black ink would be my favorite, but DM has a cooler tone to it than most blacks, and it just writes so smooth. It also doesn't feather. Now, though, I am really liking Noolder's new Stockyard brown. Not only is it a great shading brown color and writes well, but I'm from Texas so I love the theme! Definitely one of my favorites now too. Thanks for the video and contest. Merry Christmas!
Dark Matter is still my reining favorite! It's just so satisfying to write with! Merry Christmas!
Wow! That was not the color I was expecting!! Crazy how different it looks on the TRP compared to the onion skin. My favorite Noodler's is Walnut. Hands down. It was the first ink I ever tried, so it holds a special place in my heart. I always have it in a pen. I'm a sucker for browns and bright light blues (Lamy Turquoise).
I was amazed at how different thr ink looked on the different papers! Crazy!
My favorite inks are Noodler's Heart of Darkness, Diamine Ancient Copper, and Waterman Mysterious Blue. Favorite pens are Pilot 912 (soft-fine), Lamy Vista (fine), Twsbi Eco (extra-fine) and Noodler's Creaper.
👏
(I not entering the giveaway)
I have this ink but haven't swatched it yet. I'm not a big fan of teal inks, but will admit to falling in love with this Grinch catfish label. Thanks for showing this ink.
I think my favorite Noodler's ink is Anti-Feather Blue.
Closely followed by Baltimore Canyon Blue. The Goulet exclusive Liberty's Elysium is also lovely. I also love the crazy Baystate Blue, even though it bleeds like crazy. I seem to really like Noodler's blue inks...
I shake my new Noodler's bottles like a crazy person.
Then I set them aside and come back later for a gentle shake and opening - yep, on a flat surface.
👍❤️
Wow, that color! I'm in love! I really wish/hope this could become a regular color for Noodler's. My favorite ink(s) would be, Platinum Forest Black tied with my newest acquisition, Noodler's Black Swan in English Roses.
I really wish there were more retailers carrying Noodler's inks local to me. (Norway.) So far, i've only found one, and they've not brought in any new stock now for almost a year.
Anyway, happy holidays! :)
That is a way off! I hope more shops carry it soon!
My favorite pen and ink combo for personal writing is my Lamy Dark Violet EF pen inked with Pelican 4001 Violet. The combination of the EF nib with this ink gives great flow but not too wet, allowing decent dry times on just about any paper type. Love it!
Oooooo what a great combination!
Hi Logan! Interesting ink for sure :) I'd say my current fave in the world of Noodler's is my Bad Belted Kingfisher Blue. Similar to this Holly, it also has a great contrast of colors between a white page and a more yellow (ecru) page. Great review! Looking forward to more of your videos :)
Thanks! I haven't tried that ink yet! I'll have to add it to my list.
Great looking ink! The only Noodlers ink in my collection is Noodler's Black, a great ink but not the favorite of my collection. That distinction goes to a new acquisition for me, which is Pilot Iroshizuku Fuyu-syogun, an excellent grey ink. Merry Christmas to you and to all and good luck everyone! 👍
Nice ink choice!
My favorite Noodler’s ink is Baystate Blue! Great cobalt color. Good luck everyone.
Good ink color!
Based on the name it looks nothing like what I would expect but the colour is lovely!
I only own one Noodler's Ink so far (Raven Black), which I love but I think my favourite one has to be Wearingeul's "I Am a Cat" because of the name, the colour and the shimmer. I love Wearingeul's shimmer inks so much, they are my go to brand for them!
Raven Black is a good one! I haven't tried Wearingeul's before. Another to add to my list!
Hi, Thanx for showing this beautiful ink. I was thinking the same as you that it would be a Holly Green. My favorite Noodler"s Ink is Heart of Darkness.
Very good black!
My most used ink is Noodlers X Feather Blue. Super saturated and great on cheap paper. All of the rest of my inks get equal attention.
Nice one!
Wow! Noodler's Holly was an unexpected surprise. Much different from expectations.
I look forward to future swatches when the ink has had time to mingle with all the shimmering particles.
I am not entering the competition. I’m just here to support your channel and thank you so much for amazing content. You have a very calming voice.
It’s so wonderful that you show the inks on two different surfaces and really interesting how much they differ (as is the case in this video)
That said, my favourite ink (right now) is P.W. Akkerman #24 Zuiderpark Blauw-Greon.
Oh, this ink looks gorgeous! The color is really weird, I wonder what Nathan means with the "red carmine halo" though. Maybe it'll be like Black Swan in Australian Roses where you need a flex nib to showcase it best. My personal favorite ink is definitely Noodler's 1984 though, I love the gray-ish purple it presents, and the blue ink left behind when it gets soaked in water is just a lovely shade.
I haven't swabbed the 1984 yet but I should be sometime in the new year!
The color is actually pretty I was thinking bright green 🍏, my favourite fountain pen ink I've only tried one kind in two colors, it's the Parker quink ink, I am looking forward to trying some other inks in the future which are available in my country.
❤️
My favorite Noodler's ink is 54th Massachusetts but for being unique you can't beat Noodler's Blue Ghost! 👻
👏❤️
Merry Christmas! My favorite ink has to be Sailor California. I am a sucker for teal and that is the best teal I have found so far.
Good to know!
Raven Black is still my #1, and recently got a first edition 1984, maroon coloured. Guess Holly is another Blue Upon the Plains of Abraham, another one that got away. I enjoy the chase.
I do love the limited editions but wish they were available as regulars!
Nice! I think my favorite Noodler's ink is Southwest Sunset. It's far from my favorite for just general writing, but I recently started going back to school and it has been great for underlining and annotating notes. Not bright enough to be distracting from the content of the notes, but still dark enough to be readable.
A good use of colored ink!
Noodler’s makes my favorite black ink…Heart of Darkness. It writes well in any pen!
Such an amazing black ink!
i just discovered the world of fountain pens this past month so i'm still bopping around and trying different ink samples. two i've really enjoyed so far, though, are noodler's dark matter and robert oster summer storm. 😊
Dark Matter is my favorite ink! I don't want to live without it!
I picked one up too. Although it isn't a very green ink, it's a pretty interesting one. The color shows up pretty different on different papers. On Rhodia as you write it looks pretty green, but as it dries it darkens. And I enjoy how fast it seems to dry. At least for mine, it seems to be dry in maybe 5-10 seconds. Overall it's a cool ink even though it isn't really a Christmas green color.
I agree!
Ah, good! Glad to see you got a bottle.
Thanks! It is a fun ink.
I'm just getting back into pen and inks, so I have never tried a Noodler's ink. My current favorite is Stroke of Midnight by Ferris Wheel Press. This Blue-black with sparkles makes me feel adventurous so I can strum up the courage to try all the crazy colours now available! 😄
That is a fantastic ink! I should be reviewing that one in the new year!
I expected this ink to be a brighter green, but it does resemble dark holly leaves. I love it! Such a rich and beautiful shade. There are so many Noodler’s inks I’d love to try. My current favorite Noodler’s ink is Black Swan Australian Roses. Thank you for such a lovely giveaway❤ Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas! I have been wanting a bottle of that color!
I am really loving Golden Brown. If you only use Tomoe River paper then stay away because it takes FOREVER to dry on that paper, but it's great on midori and it's a lovely shader - it's an orange that leans brown, or a brown that leans orange, depending on the day and light. :)
Also, use that syringe to fill your converter with ink - if you go about 1/2 way up the top part that's past that little weird stopper you will get a full fill. If you try to fill to the tippy top, you will get some on your fingers. It's my fave way to fill the con40 without any messes!
Good to know! I usually "full fill" my con-40 and so am used to dipping in the nib. For sample inking, I don't really need too and so syringe filling would be smart!
My favorite ink so far is Diamine Writer's Blood,
but I currently have a semi-large backlog of ink so uh that may change.
Diamine Writer's Blood is one of my staples! Love that ink!
That looks amazing. I love noodler's liberty's eliusium. My all time favorite is 3 oysters peacock green
I'll have to check that out! It sounds lovely.
Love it! I'm a huge fan of Noodler's 54th Massachusetts. It is my daily-use work ink.
I have a bottle of Holly on order. Hopefully it doesn't freeze!
I hope it gets to you safely!
current favourite ink is Sailor yonaga which is a blue/black; but, absolute favourite of all time is Diamine imperial blue: like my pens to put down a nice fine line (got small handwriting), and this ink will optimise which ever pen you put it in; really liking your channel: thanks:)
Good inks! I'm glad your liking the channel!
My favourite is Noodlers Black swan in Australian Roses.
Ooooo I have been wanting a bottle of that!
My favorite is Baystate Blue. There's literally nothing like it.
👏👍
I never had any Noodler's ink. At the moment my favorite fountain pen ink is Diamine Polar glow I think. I do love the Ferris Wheel Press Strawberry Macaron but it is too light to write normally with.
Very nice!
Really liking your ink swatches, from the inkvent calendar 2022, one my favourite inks is Noodlers Apache Sunset I know it's had name change on and from Daiamine there so hangout Bloody Brexit which is a blue withered shade 😊🖋
Thank you! I'm glad you're enjoying the videos!
My favorite ink would have to be Noodler's "Dark Matter".
Samsies!
My favorite Noodler’s Ink is Lexington Grey
👍
I have never found a more consistently "wet" ink than Noodler's Black or Lexington Grey. Those inks make even my most troublesome nibs run wet without a thought; can't put a price on reliability. I also love my "Black Swan in Australian Roses" and "Black Swan in English Roses", and I always have a pen filled with Apache Sunset. I feel like they're criminally underappreciated inks, even though they are already well known and well liked. 🤣
Yes indeed! Good choices!
I like inks that have more than one colour in it, like sheening inks or shimmering inks. My current favourite ink is not A Noodlers ink, but rather a Kiwi ink. I bought Quetzalcoatl recently and am enjoying the colours ink it. It shimmers gold and blue and sheens green over a red-fuchsia based ink. For Noodlers, I like Black Swan in Australian roses. That's a really nice Noodlers ink, even though it doesn't sheen or shimmer.
👍
I think that color is very pretty. I don't own any Noodlers ink. My favorite so far is Diamine Pink Glitz!
That sounds fantastic!
I’m super new to the world of fountain pens so I don’t have a favorite ink yet. The only ink I have used is a Lamy blue T10 cartridge in my new Lamy Safari 😂
Welcome to the fountain pen world! Enjoy!
I don’t have any noodlers ink, but I am a fan of Monteverde Noir Collection Inks
I will have to check those out!
Nice review. Noodler's Ottoman Azure is my favorite ink.
Such a gorgeous ink!
Wow, like you I was expecting a more vibrant green like emerald with a wisp of red! It’s still beautiful. My favorite ink is Colorverse Witch by Moonlight!
Ooooo, I haven't seen that one!
Witch by STARLIGHT!🤦♀️ sorry! It’s a blue purple with rose gold shimmer.
@@wickidgrrl 👍
Hi!!! My favorite Noodler's ink is sequoia green I love the dark green shade and the label the ink is so nice too😁
I haven't tried that ink yet! It looks gorgeous.
@@curatedavalon Definitely worth a try, my favorite ink so far😃
My favorite Noodler's ink is polar green. Flat and unexciting it works great in the freezer. Now to find a pen that can tolerate cold too.
Haha! That would be cool to find a freezer pen.
@@curatedavalon Plastic shrinks and embrittles in cold. Maybe metal will do.
Beautiful color. I don't have a favorite ink yet. I just ordered my first lamy fountain pen. I'm doing research to find the best ink for illustrations. Thank you
I'm no artist (caveat emptor), but I've heard that many people that draw like Noodler's Lexington Grey because it starts out pencil grey, but, if layered over itself, becomes progressively darker. Also, Lexington Grey (like Noodler's Black) is "Bulletproof", meaning that it will bind to paper fibers and become waterproof. Useful if you want to go over it a bit later with another colored ink without disturbing the drawn layer. (Now, to be absolutely up front, if the ink is too saturated in a single spot and isn't allowed to dry, if you wash over the surface with something wet, the portion of the ink that was floating will be able to be pushed aside. With Lexington Grey, this doesn't show too much, though.) I think I found all this in another UA-cam video, so you can hear from the artist themself! Hope you enjoy your LAMY! Welcome to fountain pens!
@@DaedalusGage thank you I will try that
I hope you like the Lamy!
I do like Noodler”s ink also Black Eel.
That's a good one!
Where did you find this?? How did you hear about this?? Exclusive inks are so exciting! I LOVE Noodler’s inks. I wouldn’t say my favorite ink is a Noodler’s, (it’s Monteverde Horizon Blue) but there are so many I like! The first few bottles I ever bought were Noodler’s. I like Navajo Turquoise and Apache Sunset and Baltimore Canyon Blue and Habanero and BSIAR. I could go on and on! :-)
I think Isaw it on Instagram offered by Dromgoole's. I also had a few followers message me to let me know!❤️
I didn’t really get into Christmas inks until this year and now can’t get enough! Thanks for sharing, did not know about this one.
👍
@rjmarmaro You are the giveaway winner! If I can get your email or you can send me a dm on Instagram I'll get thr ink out to you asap! Congrats!!!
@@curatedavalon the package arrived today! Thank you so much, you really have blessed me this Christmas. Holly is now the pride of my ink collection.
@@rjmarmaro Yay! I'm so glad! God bless!
Do you have videos on what papers you use? I've been collecting FP off and on for a couple years, more off than on, but I always get intimidated on what paper to swatch and use as like an "every day" FP paper. TIA! :)
I should do a video on that! I talk about some of them in various videos. But a dedicated video is a good idea!
How do you think this compares to the AirCorp BlueBlack?? Looks really similar from here. Diamine Salamander is defs my fav.
I haven't had the pleasure of trying the AirCorp BlueBlack! I'll have to add it to my list.
Pretty color. Do you see the halo? My favorite ink is diamine Scribble Purple.
I haven't seen the halo yet. I may have to try some different lighting.
Favorite noodler's is black bat.
Fantastic black!
Burma road brown
👍
Baystate Blue/ Blue VP med
Noodlers Black / matte Black VP med
👏
I love noodlers Blue Ghost its my secret letter ink I also love putting splats of it on some of my ink paintings which really pop in the right black light and if you have a really dark ink that you want to lighten up I separate a sample into a vile and empty the ink into the bottle and refill the pen with the noodlers blue ghost and then it tones down the color to a point where its fun and enjoyable to use this years inkvent calendar I didnt like how dark the spruce was so I did that and made a whole new color of ink and I love it cause it matches my leonardo momento magico in emerald I love it :)
Very, very cool! I love the Blue Ghost ink but haven't mixed it yet!
You little sneak!!! hahahaha!
I couldn't let this one go by! It is a really neat ink!
@@curatedavalon Do you think Nathan made the description and sent it out making us think one thing that it would be a green and red sheen, but then it being something completely different or changing colors? Like how the Grinch told Cindy he was Santa lying to her saying he was good when he wasn't, but then he ended up changing in the end and being something completely different? lol Maybe I'm just thinking too deeply on this... I couldn't pass it up either. It's so unique!
@@williamcatalano1762 I'm not sure. But I can say that when I ran some writing under some water to test the water resistance on this one, it turned a more vibrant green without any ink washing off. Tbh I'm kind of glad it isn't the Christmas holly green described. This color is still pretty cool, but you could probably still get away with it in professional environments since it's in between blue and green.
@@LordTywinLannistertheBased I haven't tried to test it with water. That is super interesting to an already interesting ink. Is this supposed to be a bullet proof ink?
@@williamcatalano1762 I haven't seen any descriptions from retailers mentioning it as such, but it definitely is bulletproof from what I can see.
I never liked this company and the reason is their sketches on their boxes and bottles. They look to me freaking and blasfymous. I would say they are unholy and satanic. Same as Twsbi, another company that i don't like because of their name and logo.
Interesting! Do you have a preferred ink company?
@@curatedavalon No, i don't, and where i live the options are very limited, but i just don't like these two companies. Nothing wrong with their products as a product, but their logo, name and what i see, is just something that i don't like.
@@nikossiotas That is what I enjoy so much about the current Fountain Pen World, there are so many options!
Ahhh my very first bottle of ink was X-Feather and still my favorite. Purchased with a Twsbi mini diamond 580. That ink and pen are always paired together and inked up. This Holly ink is beautiful.
Good to know! I love a good pen/ink combo!
