To any Year 12s watching this. Anki is the absolute goat. Don't download premade decks and instead pend the time understanding the content and make your own flashcard decks. Trust me, once you brute force the memorisation and build that knowledge base, the basic recall beomes wayyyy easier, and that allows you to excell at application questions. Reagents, conditions, colours even mechanisms are easy to remember with Anki. I’m telling you that A-Level Chemistry can become your best A-Level easily if you lock in with this method. It’s literally the main reason I’m working at an A* in chem. Year 13s, use past papers to identify weak spots, and use UA-cam to go over them. At this point it’s mostly going to come down to everything you’ve done these two years. But we’ve got this lads. Chemistry can be improved a lot in a short time. Lock in 🤞🏾
@@i_love_dua_lipa1 It was decent. I managed to answer all the questions even though i was waffling half the time. I'm not usually good at paper 1 though, like in my mocks I would always get a D. Think I got a bit more than a D tho, maybe C. How did you find it?
DON'T NEGLECT ORGANIC SYNTHESIS - THIS IS HIGH YIELD FOSHO!!! AND DON'T FORGET PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE! Ngl guys I had to record this one during my work lunch break and I forgot to mention Energetics... Energetics is rare, but was high marks last year, so IMO it's likely absent or low marks this year. AQA A-Level Chemistry Paper 2 High Yield topics video: ua-cam.com/video/XmTIuNFqKBk/v-deo.html
how has isomerism only come up once and been 1 mark from 2020, I swear they've asked us to draw E-Z isomers, optical isomers, define stereoisomerism or those have all been in paper 3?
You can watch Dr de Bruin's Classroom. She has really good videos that explains each step in the methods. You can also watch videos of the practicals taking place on KAA Science and you can watch exam questions walk through on MrR Chemistry
